Family trip along the Nile
We had a fantastic time on the Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor on the Blue Shadow. It was very well organised by Hany from Luxor and Aswan travel with great communication. He also organised a trip for us to the Pyramids while we were in Cairo.
The ship was lovely with a swimming pool on the top deck and delicious food. Our children really enjoyed playing in the pool while we sailed down the Nile.
Our tour guide Ahmed Silem was fantastic. He took really good care of us over the whole trip, keeping us informed of what would be happening next and even getting us things we needed along the way. The trips along the way were great and Ahmed was very knowledgeable about all of the sites and was good at including our children too.

Wonderful Nile cruise and Egyptologist guide
Spending four days with Ashraf was an absolute pleasure. From the moment we met, he made us feel instantly at ease. He was generous with his time, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. He went out of his way one afternoon and organised an additional excursion for us to visit which we really appreciated.
Ashraf’s knowledge was truly impressive! He brought every site to life with his fascinating insights and stories and could answer any question we put to him, no matter how obscure.
Ashraf was extremely helpful in every situation, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. His support was invaluable throughout the trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a more helpful or caring guide. Highly recommended to anyone seeking not just a guide, but a genuinely kind and warm-hearted man.

Exploring ancient Egypt with our wonderful guide Ahmed Sliem
Our tours with Ahmed were spectacular! He has great knowledge and is a generous person. He treated us like royalty and made sure any concerns were addressed immediately. He gave us info and warnings so we weren’t taken advantage of along the way.
We enjoyed our touring with him so much we added another day of visiting sites.
We visited temples and tombs, took a hot air balloon and camel rides and enjoyed some delicious meals with his guidance.
Ahmed was always happy to share his knowledge and humor, great combination.
If we get back to the Luxor/Aswan area, we will be sure to reach out to Ahmed for more adventures and laughs.

My coworker traveled with Luxor and Aswan Travel earlier this year and raved about her guide, Ahmed Sliem, so we booked it on her recommendation, and it far exceeded our expectations! The travel agency was responsive and booked seamless arrangements. And, Ahmed was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, making me feel not only like I was getting the most out of the trip to Egypt but also that I was safe and well cared for. The Best Time on the Nile Cruise
Thank you for giving us the trip of a lifetime! Our tour guide, Ahmed Sliem treated us like family as he took care of our every need and took us on memorable excursions along the Nile River. He was engaging and entertaining and I would strongly recommend Ahmed to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and fun guide to lead you in Egypt. We will definitely be recommending this travel company and Ahmed to all of our friends back home who want to experience a seamless experience on the Aswan to Luxor Nile Cruise!

Inoubliable 4 jours à Assouan et Louxor
J'ai eu une incroyable visite de 4 jours à Assouan et Louxor avec le guide Ahmed Sliem. Tout était si bien organisé et parfaitement à l'heure avec des visites sur chaque site.
Ahmed a donné vie à tous les temples et tombeaux grâce à leur connaissance approfondie et leur passion pour l'histoire égyptienne. Visiter Abu Simbel, naviguer sur le Nil, explorer la Vallée des Rois, et marcher dans les temples de Karnak et de Louxor a été inoubliable grâce à son récit.
Au-delà d’être un excellent guide, Ahmed était gentil, attentif et faisait toujours un effort supplémentaire — même en m’aidant avec des conseils locaux et en prenant des photos incroyables. Vraiment une des meilleures expériences de mon voyage en Egypte. Fortement recommandé!

Grande tournée avec Mahmoud
J'ai beaucoup apprécié notre visite avec Louxor et Assouan Travel. Nous avons fait la croisière de quatre nuits de Louxor à Assouan, et du début à la fin, c'était excellent. Mahmoud était un guide merveilleux — sa connaissance de l'histoire et de la culture nous a vraiment époustouflés, et il était aussi une personne vraiment gentille et agréable à passer du temps avec lui. Le bateau était super, les sites étaient absolument incroyables, et tout le monde que nous avons rencontré était si arrangeant. Je recommande vivement cette expérience, et surtout Mahmoud comme guide!

Luxor & Aswan Travel is definitely an agency to consider if you are planning a trip to Egypt. Years ago, we took a Nile cruise with them, and we were truly impressed—not only with how well the trip was organized but also with the seamless coordination of all activities.
From the very first contact, Mahmoud ensured we received outstanding service, always providing us with useful information ahead of our journey. In addition, he arranged for a guide named George, an expert in Egyptology. What stood out the most was not only George’s vast knowledge but also the engaging way he shared it, making history come alive.

Excellente expérience, je recommande vivement
Excellente coordination de notre voyage. Nous avons fait la croisière sur le Nil de 4 jours 3 nuits avec transferts de/vers Le Caire. Depuis le moment où nous avons été récupérés à notre hôtel au Caire, jusqu'à notre retour à notre hôtel au Caire, le voyage s'est globalement déroulé sans problème. Notre guide était super - très bien informé (était un égyptologue) et très utile.
Ils ont même résolu un problème que j'avais avec des épices que j'avais achetées, après mon retour à la maison! Je recommande vivement de réserver avec cette compagnie.
