Excellente idée! Expérience unique grâce à l'aide de Heba et ses conseils. Elle a fait une GRANDE différence et cela n'aurait certainement pas été la même chose sans elle. La croisière offrait un hébergement et une nourriture incroyables. Ils ont tous rendu parfait notre voyage relativement court en Egypte. Nous avons visité chaque temple avec notre incroyable guide touristique Ahmed qui connaissait chaque détail et voulait vraiment que nous apprenions. Expérience géniale! 4 days 3 nights cruise from Aswan to Luxor including abu sunbelt and hot air balloon
It was wonderful we had a great time. The tour guides were excellent. Heba from the agency arranged absolutely everything for us, you just tell her what you want to do and she will do it for you. Amazing! Thank you Heba for all your help.

Incroyable
Nous avons été accueillis à l'aéroport d'Assouan par notre guide touristique Ahmed qui était à notre disposition pour les 4 jours. Nous avons été escortés jusqu'au navire où nous avons commencé notre visite. L'équipage était sympathique, la nourriture était délicieuse et l'hébergement était confortable. Ahmed était sympathique, très très compétent et très serviable avec toutes les demandes. Les visites que nous avons faites étaient merveilleuses et nous avons tellement appris sur l'histoire ... je recommanderais certainement cette visite

An excellent tour guide and a travel company
The greatest tour guide who can speak Japanese and English very well and the travel company,Egypt Gift Tours (EGT), I’ve ever had. The tour guide can explain about the history of Egypt, pyramids, and statues etc in detail. EGT always answer to questions right away and made us feel good. They know how to take care of tourists. Expérience géniale !
Je voyageais avec mes parents, tous deux âgés de 65 ans, j'ai donc fait attention lors de la réservation. J'ai choisi ce forfait après avoir parcouru les critiques sur viator (sur le voyage et Heba).
Heba était constamment en contact et s'assurait que tout était pratique. Il n'est pas facile de coordonner avec autant de détails mais Heba était excellent. J'ai également pris son aide pour planifier mes autres excursions dans et autour du Caire / Gizeh. Elle nous a aidés avec tout.
Venir à la tournée -. Tout s'est avéré être exactement comme mentionné dans la section «à quoi s'attendre». Parfois, nous avons été retardés en raison du retard des trains et du trafic. Nous avons donc dû changer et jongler avec les visites touristiques, mais tout a été couvert.
Notre guide était Mohammed. Une personnalité souriante et énergique. avait de bonnes connaissances et son anglais était extrêmement bon.
The Boat Company (Flash Tours) - c'est un peu délicat, je suppose que les bateaux sont gérés par une agence différente (Ce package géré par heba est organisé par Egypt Gift Tours) L'équipage avait l'air grincheux, les gens nous souriaient à peine là-bas, sauf quelques les jeunes au restaurant. repos .. des gens très très grognons, mais ne vous inquiétez pas, votre interaction avec eux sera marginale et insignifiante. Ils nous ont donné une chambre qui était à l'arrière du navire, donc sentait la fumée et était légèrement puante (j'ai lu quelqu'un d'autre également mentionné dans l'une des critiques), mais au moment où j'ai mentionné cela à Heba, elle l'a fait trier. (En fait, j'ai réalisé plus tard qu'on nous avait donné un type de chambre différent de ce que Heba m'avait dit avant notre arrivée. J'aurais dû m'enregistrer et l'informer au début)
nous étions également très satisfaits du bateau lui-même - Serenity - je suppose qu'il a été nommé. Je pouvais voir que nous avions des balcons et des chambres spacieuses. La plupart des bateaux que nous avons croisés pendant notre croisière n'avaient pas de balcons comme le nôtre. C'était donc super amusant.
dans l'ensemble, une super expérience, Assouan, Abou Simbel, Kom Ombo, Edfou, Louxor, tous sont des endroits fabuleux, l'Égypte était longue dans ma liste de contrôle et je suis heureux que ce voyage soit terminé. Le tour en montgolfière était la cerise sur le gâteau.

Ahmed our tour guide is well versed in Egyptology. He made all the sites we visited entrancing.
I was in a group of 8 people and each person received Ahmed's undivided attention. He goes beyond his call of duty from arranging pick up and tour for the ones in our group who got lost to finding suitable alternatives to ensure they trip was stress free.
Ahmed is an amazing person. He is always smiling.
The cruise on the Nile was also pleasurable. The food, service,crew, and accommodation was all wonderful.
The hot air balloon was also fantastic.
I highly recommend using this company for your tour and adventure while in Egypt.

Comfortable cruise but and great operator
Had a very good experience with this this operator. From the beginning Hebba was very good in communicating and helped plan out my itinerary in Egypt.
The Cruise itself was comfortable and Ahmad the guide was very good. He was very helpful in all aspects. He took care of everyones needs during our time at the cruise. He went out of his way in helping his guests.
Would strongly recommend Egypt Gift to other friends.

Great Heba!
Heba support in this trip was unparallel to any other operator/guide in Egypt. she catered to needs of the child, plan changes, unexpected delays, logistical challenges as well as changes in guide. the most i like about her service is the hospitality, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Nile Cruise
This was a great experience. The communication from the company was excellent throughout. Our guides were always knowledgeable, and it made the experience much better having a private guide or being in small groups, as opposed to those giant tour groups you see. It packs a lot in and it’s some early mornings, but all around fantastic.

Very disappointed.
We were very excited booking this cruise after reading all the reviews, but left this trip with a huge disappointment.
The ship was so outdated and smelly. Even if I can understand that we were just unlucky since we can not choose the boat, ours was one of the worst. Our tour guide Ramsey was not professional so made this cruise experience even worse. He was not knowledgeable about ancient Egypt and very unorganized. Most of time he couldn’t answer our questions, his English was hard to understand. Our group felt lost during the tour. However, hot air balloon was amazing. Transportation arrangement from and to the airport was smooth, and Abu Simbel was incredible.
It’s unfortunate that we feel we wasted our time and money on this cruise.
