The Giza Pyramids are one of the most iconic and awe-inspiring monuments in the world, located just outside of Cairo, Egypt. Here's a quick overview: Main Highlights: 1. The Great Pyramid of Khufu (Cheops) – The largest of the three, and the only surviving structure of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. 2. The Pyramid of Khafre (Chephren) – Slightly smaller but appears taller due to its elevated location; it’s also connected to the famous Great Sphinx. 3. The Pyramid of Menkaure – The smallest of the three major pyramids. 4. The Great Sphinx – A massive limestone statue with a lion's body and a human head, believed to represent Pharaoh Khafre.
The Great Sphinx of Giza is a huge limestone statue in Egypt with the body of a lion and the head of a pharaoh, likely Khafre, built around 2500 BCE. It stands near the pyramids and is thought to be a guardian symbol of power and wisdom. Over time, it has been damaged by erosion and sand, adding to its mystery.
The Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) is a modern museum in Giza, right next to the pyramids. It displays over 100,000 artifacts from ancient Egypt, with its main highlight being the entire Tutankhamun collection shown together for the first time. The museum also features a giant statue of Ramses II, advanced conservation labs, and galleries designed to tell Egypt’s history from prehistoric times to the Greco-Roman era.

I was able to experience the pyramids more concretely and had a good experience. It was good to be in the pyramid. The weather was nice, so I was able to fully enjoy the charm of the pyramids. I wanted to come again, so it was good.

Absolutely brilliant experience! My partner and I came to Cairo and had no idea where to go and what to do...Ahmed sorted our travel to and from the airport, travel through Cairo and tickets/express entry to all exhibits. He was very informative, funny and answered all of our questions. He took us to all of the best spots - pyramids, Mummy museum, shops, restaurants and Egyptian Museum and gave us recommendations and information at each. This made our trip really relaxing, easy and enjoyable. Not sure what we would have done without him! If you're visiting Cairo, definitely book Ahmed as your guide and you will not be disappointed!

Ahmed was a very nice tour guide, the experience was well laid out and we got to see everything we were interested in for a reasonable price. Definitely worth seeing the Step, Red, and Bent pyramids and they were much less crowded. Would definitely recommend!

Having the opportunity to visit the pyramids and the museum is one thing. But having Ahmed as a person guide made all the difference. The details and knowledge he provided answers to the questions I had helped my understanding of the culture and the history behind the artifacts. Hands down he will be requested again for my future activities. Paul
