Sharm Smile was an incredible discovery!!
We booked everything through TripAdvisor and Nabil immediately contacted us via Whatsapp to arrange every single aspect of the excursion.
For Italians who want to have this experience (not having a particular knowledge of English) I can say that all the Sharm Smile staff welcomed us with almost perfect Italian!
They picked us up in front of the hotel right on time and took us to the airport in Sharm. Flight with Air Cairo was delayed by a few minutes and Teleb was waiting for us upon landing.
Teleb was a precious and exciting resource for our excursion.
Speaking both English and Italian fluently, he entertained us and the other couple with whom we shared the day excellently.
First stop at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo.
Exceptional beauty of the finds inside. Selected visit with precise, timely and passionate explanations about the most famous and important attractions of the museum.
Then navigation of the Nile on the typical Egyptian boat (motor-powered, since the wind did not allow the use of the sailing one).
Then buffet lunch (all included except drinks) before leaving for Giza.

We entered the Keops pyramid (the largest for around €18 each) up to the room where the sarcophagus was found. An indescribable experience.
Teleb also accompanied us to a panoramic point to take splendid photos with the pyramids in the background.
To end with a flourish, the Sphinx and the structure where the mummification took place.
Everything is breathtaking.
I never tire of saying that Teleb was fundamental to the success of the excursion and also our driver, who was really nice and helpful.
On the way back we had a problem with the Air Cairo airline, which had moved us to a flight that would have left 4 hours later than expected.
Luckily Nabil and Achmed did everything they could to find us tickets for a flight which ultimately took off practically at the scheduled time as per the initial programme.
Collected at the airport by Nabil and taken directly to the hotel.
We will definitely rely on Sharm Smile again.

Perfect organization!
We contacted the Charm Smile agency from Belgium. A few hours after sending an email, Nabil took contact with us via WhatsApp. When we arrived in Egypt all the organization of our trip was perfectly organized. We took the plane from Sharm. At our arrival in Cairo the French-speaking guide was présent with a driver and a private car. The whole day went wonderfully wel. The organization and communication of this agency is perfect. When we returned in the evening around 11 p.m. Nabil contacted us while we were in the car that took us back to the hotel to check on us and find out how our day had gone. I highly recommend working with this agency, they are professional people and their work is of impeccable quality.

Seamless experience
Contacted Sharm Smile via WhatsApp a couple days before we wanted to go to Cairo. Nabeel responded promptly and managed to get us the two last seats on the flight. Our guide Hassan and driver Sayed met us directly outside the airport terminal and we started our day straight from there. Car was air conditioned and very comfortable and made water and bathroom stops when needed. Hassan was very knowledgable and an excellent guide and we very much enjoyed our day. Would highly recommend booking with Sharm Smile and shame we weren’t there longer to do some more tours with them.

Wow - what an amazing experience with Sharm Smile Tours!
This was an amazing experience from start to finish. As soon as we booked our tour through Trip Advisor, we received a welcome message via WhatsApp, which put our minds at rest that we had chosen wisely. Our flights were pre-booked and secured by the company, and all instructors about the itinerary (hotel pick-up, check-in details, where to meet our guide, return pick up etc) were crystal clear.
As for the tour itself, Hassan (our guide) and Sahid (our driver) were truly superb. Hassan has been an expert in Egyptololy for 23 years and it showed! His knowledge on Cairo, Gisa, and of course, Ancient Egypt was second-to-none, and it enhanced our experience immensely. As we drove through Cairo and Gisa (with Sahid expertly weaving in and out of the chaotic multi-lane traffic), we learned so much about the various buildings and as we approached the pyramids themselves, we learned their essential history from Hassan.
Once at the pyramids, Hassan became our personal photographer, knowing where all the usual fun shots needed to be taken and taking some romantic shots too.
Luch (which was included) was a lovely Egyptian grill and then our afternoon was spent learning about papyrus making and visiting the world famous Egyptian museum where, again, Hassan helped us to focus on the things we really needed to see amongst the 120,000 artifacts there!
A truly wonderful trip which we would heartily recommend!

Excursion Cairo by plane to pyramid
A fantastic excursion probably one of the best prices around with and exceptional tour guide Mohammed. Me and my friends did 3 excursions through Sharm smiles and I am so glad I booked it through them rather than any others as they are very competitively priced and will ensure you have a really great time and experience. As you can imagine the weather was hot in June and Cairo trip is a really long day however on first to the coach in Cairo Mohammed welcomed us with a bottle of water. Camel ride is not free however you can easily barter with the locals and can get a great price to which we paid £20 each for a ride along the top side of the pyramids which was a fantastic view so would highly recommend doing that. Overall this excursion was great and Mohammed is extremely knowledgeable so you will sure learn a lot, thank you Sharm smiles 🙏

Brilliant!
Such a good trip, worth every penny! It seemed to be so well organised from the pick up from our hotel to the moment we arrived back in sharm el sheikh. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that picked us up from hotel but he was very nice and knowledgeable. Our driver in Cairo was great and a special shout out for our tour guide Ahmed. He was great, allowed us all the time we needed at each destination and made us feel very comfortable. Not to mention the fact he was a human encyclopaedia! All in all, a great trip and I can’t recommend highly enough.

Absolutely outstanding experience!
There are a number of companies offering trips to Cairo and The Pyramids, either via bus (16 hours of bus travel - no thanks) or by internal flight.
I chose Sharm Smile because of the excellent reviews on here and I can safely say they are well deserved.
I was contacted by Nabil 2 weeks before the trip by whatsapp with a full rundown of what I would need (like entry visa's) and where to get it.
Copies of the flight bookings were sent for confirmation and pickup time confirmed.
He even ensured we remembered to bring our passports.
Travel was by a taxi straight to the airport where we were met by Nabil himself (he speaks perfect English by the way) who gave us our tickets, checked we had everything we would need and then confirmed who would be meeting us in Cairo, right outside the airport entrance.,
And this is basically how the rest of the day went - utterly flawless.
Mohamed, our guide was a pleasure and ridiculously knowledgeable about Egypt and its history. We could not have wished for a better guide.
The pyramids were amazing (make sure you wear a hat and have sun cream, even at 10.00am it was very hot).
The museum of antiquities is just magical. It has not changed much in 100 years and is all the better for that. An unforgettable experience.
We finished the day with a yacht cruise down the Nile and that was amazing.
Honestly, if you are going to Egypt you really should visit Cairo and the pyramids. Both are worth it for different reasons.
Cairo is crazy and steeped in so much history - a true experience.
The Pyramids & the Sphinx - the last remaining wonder of the world. Only when you are there can you appreciate them and the achievement that building them was!
It is a long day, we left at 5am and returned at 10.30pm, but it is so worth it!
This was my first visit to Egypt, but it won't be my last. Next time I will visit Luxor and I will be coming straight to Nabil to arrange the excursion!

Brilliant experience in Cairo! Would definitely recommend!
Had an amazing experience in Cairo with Sharm Smile Tours. Once we had booked the tour, we received a whatsapp from one of the operators at Sharm Smile. This detailed the pick up as well as information regarding the trip (including how to apply for the visa). On the day of the tour our pick up and collection in Sharm El Sheik/Cairo was all on time. The tour was incredible and we managed to visit all of the sites. Our tour guide, Mohammed, was very knowledgable and didn't mind spending extra time at the sights we wanted to see. Overall, would definitely recommend.
