The first place you are going to visit will be the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) which is considered to be world's largest archeological museum. It contains more than 120000 pieces dating back to the Pharoanic, Greek and Roman periods. You will be guided by an English speaking guide who will help you to explore the museum and make you see the masterpieces such as Tut Ankh Amun's collection. The visit of the Grand Egyptian Museum will take 2 hours.

In the second Part of Cairo tour, you are going to see the Pyramids (Great Pyramid of Cheops, the Pyramid of his son Chephren, and the Pyramid of the grandson Mycerinus) and the Sphinx. Long day but well worth it.
Was picked at 4.40 from our Hotel and given flight tickets, for a 6am flight. Was met in Cairo and was lucky enough to have a private car and guide to ourselves all day. Went straight to the pyramids and sphinx, had about 2-2,5 hours there. we then had the option of various excursions before lunch. These included, papyrus institute, carpet making, spice emporium bazaar. Lunch was included then the Museum in the afternoon. The flight back was 9.20 at night and Ahmed picked us up at sharm as promised.and yes it is a long day. Many thanks to our guide who's knowledge was fantastic and to our driver in Cairo. well worth the trip

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the Best Tours We’ve Ever Done – Don’t Miss This!
My wife and I just returned from a private day tour to Cairo with Sharm Smile, and it was honestly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had while travelling. I’m writing this review not just because we had a great time, but because I want others—especially those looking at bigger or more-reviewed tour companies—to choose Sharm Smile instead. They absolutely deserve it. We were picked up right on time (actually early!) at 4:30 AM from our hotel in Sharm by a polite and professional driver in a spotless SUV. The ride to the airport was smooth and stress-free. Once we landed in Cairo, we were warmly greeted at arrivals by Hassan, our guide for the day, holding a Sharm Smile sign. To our surprise, because we’d been flexible with our original booking date, they upgraded us to a private tour at no extra cost—a truly generous and appreciated gesture. Now, Hassan deserves special praise. We’ve done many tours all over the world, and he is genuinely one of the best guides we’ve ever had. Friendly, knowledgeable, fluent in English, and thoughtful in every way. He told us where to haggle and where not to, planned our pyramid visit strategically to avoid the crowds and haze, and took incredible photos of us that we’ve actually shared on social media (rare for us with tour photos!). He rearranged the photo stops to make sure we had the perfect view of the pyramids, and gave us plenty of time to explore up close. He also offered genuinely insightful history throughout the day, especially at the Egyptian Museum, where his passion for Egypt’s story shone through. It was easy to tell that other guides respected him, and it wouldn’t surprise me if he really is one of the best in the country. A big shout-out also to our Cairo driver Sayed, who was always waiting for us in a clean, air-conditioned car that smelled amazing. He managed to beat Cairo traffic to get us back to the airport on time and with zero stress. Lunch was another highlight—authentic Egyptian BBQ with unlimited kofta, chicken, dips, and fresh bread. I think I ate about 20 koftas 🤣! One of the best meals we had in Egypt. Later, we had the option of visiting the new or old Egyptian Museum, and we’re so glad Hassan recommended the new one—it’s modern, air-conditioned, and packed with incredible mummies and artefacts. After the museum, we opted for the Nile boat ride, which felt magical—just us dancing on the water with amazing views all around. And just when we thought the day couldn’t get better, I casually mentioned to Hassan that I love mangoes and dates—and he took me to his favourite spot and bought me both as a gift. Just wow. We were dropped at the airport with plenty of time to relax before the flight, and our original driver from the morning was there waiting for us in Sharm to take us back to our hotel. We were in our room by 10:30 PM with huge smiles on our faces. Final Thoughts: If you’re considering a day trip to Cairo, don’t hesitate—book with Sharm Smile. They are personal, professional, and they truly care about making your experience unforgettable. Thank you to Hassan, Sayed, and the whole Sharm Smile team—you made our day perfect!

Excellent Day Trip with Sharm Smile Tours: Sharmel Sheikh to Cairo
Our day trip from Sharm El Sheikh to Cairo with Sharm Smile Tours was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The entire experience was seamless and perfectly organised, making for an unforgettable day exploring Egypt's treasures with my young daughter. The tour began with a punctual hotel pickup, and the flight arrangements were handled flawlessly. Upon landing in Cairo, we were greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable guide who made us feel welcome immediately. The itinerary was perfectly balanced. The Pyramids of Giza were breathtaking, and our guide provided fascinating historical context that captivated both my daughter and me. The Egyptian Museum was equally impressive, with its incredible collection of artefacts. I appreciated the cultural stops at the perfume shop and papyrus factory, where we learnt about traditional Egyptian crafts and had the opportunity to bring home unique souvenirs. An Unforgettable Day Trip to Cairo - Exceeded All Expectations!
This was a truly special visit, and Nabil and the entire Team Sharm Smile absolutely knocked it out of the park! From the initial WhatsApp introduction with Nabil, who meticulously structured our day, to the seamless airport transfer with our driver, everything was perfect. Our personal guide in Cairo, Youssef, and his incredibly skilled driver, Sieed, made navigating the city a breeze. Youssef's insightful commentary brought the pyramids and Sphinx to life, and he knew all the best photo spots. Lunch was fantastic, and the afternoon spent exploring the Tutankhamun artifacts at the museum was incredible. We even enjoyed a short trip on the Nile before our flight back. It was a long day, but every moment was worth it. Thank you, Team Sharm Smile, for an amazing and unforgettable experience!
