Decent company running an awful tour
Ras mohammad is rammed with tour boats. Very unsafe and our group almost got sucked under another boat's engine while in the water. Not much coral for snorkelling. Pickups took ages. I requested an english guide but the whole trip was done in Russian so i rarely knew what was happening. Staff were friendly.

Snorkeling Ras Mohammed
Very good experience throughout whole trip. Transfer arrived on time , boat was clean, food was tasty. Enough time to do snorkeling. Would recommend.

AMAZING
AMAZING! I was with a girlfriend and it was an UNFORGETTABLE experience. A little too much waiting (about 1 hour to the driveway because there are too many tourists) but it does not change the charm of the experience!!!!

Great boat trip and diving experience
Brilliant experience and atmosphere, beautiful sea world, friendly and smiley tour guides, divers etc through the day. Sharm Smile is a well-organized, professional company, communication is easy. Happy to see that they clearly understand the importance of customer experience and requirements. Even follow up message received as well, whether everything was ok or any problems experienced. Minor things can make the difference! Many thanks and I recommend everyone to travel with them!

Place 10, organizational attitude 2.
Between pros and cons win the pros for living the experience. The crossing and the white island are beautiful. As cons would say, the attitude of the people organizing is not the most appropriate in my opinion except Ali and another man who do not remember the name. It costs nothing to say good morning and a brief introduction of how the day will be conducted with a minimum of sympathy. I decided to dive for the first time taking advantage of this experience and it was a waste of money because there were some very basic details of the dive that did not explain and prevented me from enjoying it. The place is 10, the coral, the fish, the island, a real wonder. I would recommend arming you with patience for some long waits before you start, carrying water and cap. Enjoy!

Super nice staffs 5 star trip
The boat is very clean and nice,staffs are super friendly, there are a few kids on the boat and staffs are very nice to them.they looked after them when they are snorkelling and also let them drive the boat on the way back.apart from the nice boat and staffs the trip itself is also nice.the coral reef is so beautiful and the intro dive is such an amazing experience . I highly recommend the trip and also very happy with the agency.the price is very good as well (much much better than booking from the hotel as no extra commissions taken from you )
