Ibrahim, our tour guide, was excellent. He welcomed us with fresh cold water as welcome drink and instantly made us feel comfortable. He has a wonderful sense of humor and impressive knowledge of history and culture. He was very presentable, well dressed, and extremely well-mannered. The car was top-notch—clean and very comfortable. Ibrahim had a friendly demeanor and conducted himself professionally throughout the trip. Me and my wife truly enjoyed his company, and the service was outstanding. Even after the tour, we stopped for food, and he patiently waited for us in a long queue before safely dropping us home. Truly great service—we really enjoyed the experience.

We had an exceptional experience on our half-day tour and cannot recommend Tag Tour company and tour guide, Ibrahim, highly enough. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine kindness. Ibrahim was incredibly knowledgeable about Egyptian history and brought every site to life with clear explanations, fascinating details, and thoughtful context. It was obvious that this was more than just a job—his passion for Egypt’s history and culture truly shined through. He was patient, engaging, and always happy to answer our questions, no matter how small. The entire experience was well-organized and smooth, allowing us to fully enjoy the sites without feeling rushed. We felt safe, comfortable, and very well taken care of throughout the tour. The team went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable and enjoyable experience. If you are looking for a tour company that combines expertise, high quality service, and genuine warmth, look no further. This was a highlight of our trip to Egypt, and we would absolutely book with them again.

It can be quite warm in and around the temples and tombs. The ticket queues can be lengthy and confusing so look at online tickets before arrival and at a quiet time. Our driver Alaa was knowledgeable and helped us negotiate the ticketing systems as well as get us safely around the various sites and is highly recommended.

Fantastic experience! My tour with Owf was excellent. He was very friendly, extremely knowledge and a wonderful storyteller. The vehicle was clean and our driver Ahmed was very polite. My package included the entry fee to all three sites which made it a lot easier, especially due to the size of the crowds. Thank you again Owf for a truly wonderful day!
