Wonderful experience on the Steinberger Regency. Luxury ship with nice clean cabins. Great windows and great service. Fantastic food and top service. Private tours with an excellent guide, who told us everything in good English and also let us experience it. A top-shelf hit. All tours in beautiful luxury VIP vans.

I found this company on the internet and Hany, the sales manager I dealt with, was truely fantastic every step of the way. Our guide Mo was exactly what we wanted: super knowledgeable, personable, cheery and kind. We had 3 different guides (2 in Cairo via a different agency) while travelling around Egypt, and Mo was on another level. The cruise ship recommended by the agency was great. Altogether very professional service by everyone we encountered.

Hany was absolutely amazing. He responded faster than any other person that I have emailed in Egypt. Sometimes within minutes which is unheard of. He provided detailed info and recommendations on Nile cruise options as well as honest feedback regarding the different levels of service and pricing. I can't sing his praises enough! I contacted 2 other tour operators that took days to respond. Not with Hany, he was on it. Another benefit is that you are guaranteed the ship you book with Hany whereas the other operators I communicated with said the ship was subject to availability 1 month before departure. Which was a no go for me. If you don't get the ship you booked with Hany for any unexpected reason, then you get upgraded at no extra cost to a higher category. So it's a no brainer. There are so many operators out there but don't go anywhere else. Especially seeing as Hany provides such exceptional service. 5 stars from me and highly recommended!

Booked a 5 day 4 nights tour with them. Had a good experience at the blue shadow cruise Nice rooms and nice food (included with buffets) Private tours (w/ comfortable vans) to the monuments with a private guide We were lucky enough to have Hamdy as our tour guide as he’s been doing this for 20 years and everyone knows him everywhere. It’s clear he has a lot of inside knowledge of the visits and how Egypt works, being able to talk to anyone. Was very protective of us especially in all of the bazars, giving us good tips on what we should or should not do. Gave us detailed explanations for all monuments, including free time to see it for ourselves. Also gave us the chance to explore the local culture - alabaster stone, papyrus, cotton, perfume, spices Recommend 👍

Amazing service from start to finish. Booking everything with Mahmoud Nacer was so easy and efficient. Shoutout to our guides Mahmoud Hasan and Amani for being wells of information and always very nice and professional. The whole staff is always detail oriented and looking out for your well being. Would definitely book with them again.

We booked a 5-day cruise on the Jaz Crown Emperor with Luxor Aswan Travel. Throughout the entire trip, we were accompanied by our very friendly guide, Mahmoud Hassan. With his incredible knowledge and enthusiasm, he introduced us to the ancient Egyptians in a fascinating way. He greatly enhanced our vacation and played a significant role in making our wonderful holiday in Egypt a success. Hany El Dosouki from the reservations center was very helpful throughout the entire booking process and also adapted the itinerary to make the trip as enjoyable as possible for us. The entire trip went flawlessly.

Many tour companies will be using the same ships and itineraries for their tours. As a solo traveler, what set L&A Tours apart was how they made me feel prioritized and taken care at every point of the tour (always first out the door, first to the sights, first in line, etc.). My tour guide (Mo) made me feel welcome and was extremely knowledgeable on all things Egypt. There were multiple instances in several locations where other tour guides would tell me that Mo was the best of all tour guides in Egypt. My only critique is that I expected the cruise ship to be a bit nicer since I had booked the ultra deluxe package. It wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t call it luxurious. It was clean, comfortable, and the food was decent. And the staff is very friendly! You will often have to walk through other ships to get to/from land while docked … that’s when you’ll notice how nice/modern some other ships are compared to yours.

I recently went on an Aswan/Luxor Nile cruise as a solo female, so I was a bit nervous. I was put with a family of four, so we were a small group of five with Khaled Fouad as our guide. He was great, very knowledgeable about the history of all the places visited, patient and informative when we asked questions, and, as I was travelling alone, he also became my official photographer rather than my just having to take selfies all the time. On one occasion, I was suffering from bad mosquito bites, so he diverted to take me to a chemist, on other occasions, he bought the group snacks and ice creams as a treat. He was so kind and funny too. Couldn't have had a better guide. Thank you Khaled.
