The experience started with Haled and team ensuring a prompt morning pickup, marking the beginning of a well-organized day. The journey involved a comfortable transfer via a small coach and a boat, leading to the balloon launch site. The transitions between each mode of transport were seamless, adding to the ease of the experience. Both Haled and Captain Omar were noted for their approachable, friendly, and professional demeanor. Their attention to detail and care for our comfort stood out, making the service highly commendable. The highlight of the morning was the balloon ride itself. Captain Omar made it not only smooth but also educational. As we ascended, he provided an informative tour of the surrounding sites, pointing out landmarks and explaining their significance. His calm and professional handling of the balloon added a sense of safety and tranquility to the adventure. The entire experience was exceptional, from the efficient organization to the informative and enjoyable balloon ride. Haled and Captain Omar's expertise and hospitality made this an adventure worth recommending.

Although I was a little nervous because it was my first time riding a hot air balloon, I had a wonderful time! The price was also quite reasonable, so I recommend it!
