Everything was great; the boat was very good, the crew was very friendly and kind. They knew exactly the perfect spots for snorkeling and we saw dolphins as well. Communication was super easy, fast and effective to book. No begging for tips, and Albert was very responsive. We also appreciated having a private tour, with no waiting times. We would totally recommend it. Thanks, Albert!

Overall this was a good excursion, but the operator was themselves was not very good, due to poor management. We signed up for a 4 person Snorkeling trip. This was supposed to include snorkeling equipment as well as food and drinks. However, once we got to the snorkeling site, there was only enough equipment for 3 people and also there was food for 3 (ie three of every type of drink/snacks provided). As a result, we spent only 10 minutes actually snorkeling in the four hours, as the boat driver spent about 1/2 an hour begging and borrowing a broken snorket from another boat. Snorkeling for us was a bust. However, the Dolphin "hunting" was fun, and the time at the sandbar in the middle of the red sea was nice. At the end, I asked Viator/tripadvisor/operator for a 25% refund, for the lack of snorkel equipment and lost time trying to find another snorkel (which was broken). But the best Viator/operator would do, is refund 50 Euros. I wasn't impressed by any of them and how they handled this complaint.

An amazing experience in which, in addition to snorkeling, we were lucky enough to see and swim with the dolphins! A thousand thanks to Ahmed, who told us the moments to jump off the boat and be very close to the dolphins ^^ I would repeat without hesitation!

Very unorganized trip, we saw everything in a hurry. The snorkeling was done on a rocket, but I recommend that the island is paradisiacal. The boat photographer is very boring and insistent with the photos.

Incredible experience, we swam with a pod of 8 wild dolphins, both on the way to snorkelling at the reef and on the way back. The staff were experienced and professional and made us feel safe and looked after throughout. They responded to our family interests and provided one of the most memorable days out ever. We have kids age 11 and 13, both strong swimmers. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The boat trip was amazing! We enjoyed all the time, recommend to everyone! Did two stops on sandbanks and two stops for snorkeling. Worth all the money.

we very disappointed yesterday, it was written in the excursion that it was an excursion to see the dolphins and we did not see them. I know they are wild animals but since it was written excursion to see the dolphins, I thought there were a lot of them and that we were sure to see them! my 7 and 11 year old daughters don't like the boat and I managed to convince them to come on the excursion thanks to the dolphins, you can imagine their disappointment, my parents were with me too and they didn't want to snorkel , they also went there to see the dolphins! So it’s not an excursion to see dolphins, it’s an excursion for the snorkeling and maybe you have the chance to see the dolphins

Fantastic activity, so pleased we decided get off the resort and explore the water with Captain Mustafa! We definitely saw the best of Hurghada, - dolphins, turtles, rays, and every colour of fish imaginable. Mustafa made the snorkelling accessible for the whole family, provided drinks, snacks and as much information as we asked for. Really amazing time, can’t recommend this highly enough. Don’t waste your visit by staying on the resort - book this 🐬🐢🐟🐠🐡

We booked this trip after reading reviews on here and were not disappointed at all. Communication from Albert was brilliant from the moment we booked right through until after we finished the trip. We stayed in Soma Bay and Albert arranged a private return transfer at a really good price. On the day we had captain Mustafa look after 5 of us (3 adults and 2 children 10/11). Mustafa was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. First he took us to a small island where we had time to go in the water and walk across to the island - the water was really shallow and there were only a couple other boats there so it was really quiet. After this he took us to dolphin house but after searching for a while, unfortunately the dolphins were not at home! Next up was a snorkel stop - the area near dolphin house was extremely crowded with boats so he asked if he could take us somewhere else which we agreed; when we arrived we were the only boat there so had the reef to ourselves. We had some nervous swimmers so Mustafa took us in to snorkel 2 at a time ensuring we were safe and putting the nervous minds at ease, being patient with us all. We then went to another area to snorkel where he took me exploring the reef. We saw lots of weird wonderful and colourful fish in the reef and even some giant turtles when we were in the boat. Would highly recommend this company and the staff - thank you for a memorable experience!
