We had a great trip with our guids Kalid and Saïd. We highly recommend this trip to other tourist. The boat was very comfortabel and Kalid en Saïd are very kind and fun. They even spotted sharks and dolphins for us to swim with and we danced with them on some good music! If we ever go back to this place we would book the same tour!

From booking to drop off everything was professional and tailored to our needs 🤩 I what’s app the company when I arrived in Makadi Bay and spoke with Albert who was amazing and organised the trip to suit our families needs. We hired a private boat which fitted 4 adults and a 4 year old really well. Pick up was included from the hotel and we were taken to the boat where we met the captain Mustafa, who I would advise everyone to ask for. He was absolutely amazing. He spoke fluent English, was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our 4 year old was desperate to see dolphins and within a few minutes he had found them. He was soo thoughtful with our daughter as the water was quite choppy and he made the trip as comfortable as possible. We went and snorkelled in the beautiful coral and then went to a natural island which was just beautiful. We didn’t use the whole time as our little one was starting to get tired, but he was happy to tailor the trip around us and when we said we were ready to move on he was happy to cater to us. On the return Mustafa had already called ahead to insure our return transfer would be waiting for us. Honestly Mustafa is a credit to the company 👌 We were able to pay on card which was great as I’m not a cash person since Covid. I’d highly recommend the trip and company to anyone thinking of hiring a private boat for an excursion. Thanks Guys ☀️🇪🇬

Everyone was very friendly, kind and helpful! From booking to getting on the boat everything went smoothly. The boat crew was fun and energetic. Great music playing and we had a lot of fun! They know what they are doing and come highly recommended from us :-)

Website could not, then could book super easy via WhatsApp. Everything worked out as planned. Super nice boater who has responded individually to our wishes. Who was very anxious to find dolphins and in fact we have seen 5 large and 1 baby, were also allowed to swim along. Was a very great experience

I went for vacations with a friend, and we enjoyed a lot our private trip (we did snorkeling, we saw dolphins and we wnt to the white island), amazing! The day after we booked the quad's and enjoyed really a lot!

Fantastic day out! We’d booked the all day boat trip with the same company & this surpassed it by miles! Excellent crew - they couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a fabulous time. The younger guy was one of the loveliest young men & so polite & helpful. We saw dolphins within 30 mins, amazing! Didn’t get to swim with them tho as too many other boats but it wasn’t a problem. We then went to Orange Bay which is gorgeous, Went snorkelling & White Bay on way back. Crew were exceptional, really made it such a fun, memorable trip. A definite must do on a holiday to Hughada!

Amazing experience. We saw so many dolphins and even got the chance to jump in the water with them. We stopped at the most beautiful island to have snacks and drinks. I will highly recommend this tour. We really had the best time. Thank you so much. We are a family with 3 kids and they were so good with the them.

Had high expectations given the reviews and whilst the boat was nice, it was an overall disappointing experience. We first went to an “island” which was really nice and we were encouraged to spent lots of time there but after about 20 minutes there isn’t much else to see and there is no snorkelling there. Then we were taken to a snorkelling spot which was poor and the coral had been bleached badly. The driver was also totally unaware how far we had drifted with the current whilst we were snorkeling (and he was on the boat!). We were then expecting to see some dolphins or at least go looking for some given the name of the tour but the driver didn’t bother looking. We were told that they used WhatsApp to communicate with other drivers to find the dolphins but they didn’t attempt to search for them. Then we went back to the same island we had already seen which was pointless and by this point it was getting cold. Then we drove around not seeing much and headed back to the harbour. For €200 this was overpriced and disappointing. Whilst I appreciate the dolphins are out of the control of the tour operator, more attempts to see them or find another decent snorkelling spot would have made this trip better.
