We had a super nice experience with Ali as our guide. He was open to our suggestions since we had already been to some spots and showed us around with really good information! Easy communication through Whatsapp as well!

Best tour ever! Ali was very knowledgable and a fantastic tour guide. We came, we saw, we conquered Egypt. I would recommend this tour to all the history buffs or if you want to personalize your trip.

We learned so much from our, professional, intellectual, and passionate Guide, Ali! Seeing the Great Pyramids, The Sphinx, the statues of Ramses II, the various tombs, and all of the artifacts was one thing. LEARNING from an educated and astute guide made the experience much better! We rode camels. We ate incredible food. We TOUCHED the pyramids, and went deep inside of them all. What an intense experience! The trip would not have been the same, without Ali's expert guidance. I have already recommended the tour to dozens of people. It was the trip of my lifetime.

I cannot say enough great things about the Jewels of Cairo Tour, led by our wonderful guide, Ali. From learning about the rich history of Egypt, the Pyramids, Kings and Queens and artifacts, to the camel rides and delicious food, our group had a spectacular time. Special thanks to Ali, who challenged us to absorb more and more with each new experience. His kindness, knowledge and expertise will always be remembered. Additional thanks goes out to Ali, our skilled driver and vigilant tour security for safe travels to and from each destination. We hope to see Ali on a sophomore journey, perhaps a Nile River Cruise or other adventure!

Don’t bother going to Cairo unless you can get Ali to show you the city!!!! We spent two days in Cairo and Ali catered our touring to exactly what we wanted to see and do. Ali took us to the perfect places for coffee, food and shopping. Everywhere we went people seemed to know him. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Egyptian history. Ali really made our visit very memorable.

My wife and I had two days available for touring in and around Cairo, and Ali created custom tours for us each day. Day 1 featured Saqqara and Dahshur. Ali was able to maximize our time at each site and brought the pyramids to life with his excellent grasp of the history and hieroglyphics and significance of each site. He arranged a 'farm-to-table' experience as we dined in a fruit tree grove to chicken and rice that was amazing. Day 2 combined Islamic Cairo and Coptic Cairo, and his grasp of the major religions of the world and the significance of the architecture brought all the sites to life and gave us a newfound appreciation for Egypt's role in those movements. As for Ali himself, his English is impeccable! He has a quick wit and an infectious laugh!! :-) He is literally BRILLIANT when it comes to the history, archaeology, and architecture of the sites. His training allows him to speak with authority from knowledge he has applied, so that it NEVER feels like he is reciting a script. My wife has a gift for asking thousands of questions, and never once did we sense any impatience...he ALWAYS answered our questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. I cannot say enough good things about Ali...we will recommend him to anyone we know touring Egypt and if we return, he will be our first call for all our tourism needs.

I’ve traveled the world, but this has been one of the best and perfectly scheduled tours ever. Ali was very accommodating for the 2 families. We actually did 4 days with Ali and the same driver. We packed so much history and sites in and still had time to relax. We ate at excellent restaurants. Ali made sure he scheduled in everything we wanted and made suggestions for must do’s! We could not have dreamed of a better experience. Ali is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. I highly recommend Ali and his team!

We enjoyed a 2-days guided tour of ancient Egypt including Giza pyramids, Sphinx, Egyptian Museum, Al-Azhar Mosque with historical background of important events. Also enjoyed quad biking and camel rides especially crafted to our needs. Best restaurants were reserved for us with magnificent views. The most important part of all was the historical, cultural and city knowledge of our guide, Ali, who was very flexible and supportive! We fully recommend Wonders-of-Egypt-Tours for Cairo guided tours. Thanks Ali!
