Five Stars for the People Behind the Experience
The cruise itself was unfortunately not quite what we had hoped for. The food was rather average, the buffet was quickly cleared out, and later there was hardly anything left to eat. Unfortunately, the cruise also left my stomach upset.
What made the experience much more positive, however, were the people behind it. Our driver, Mohammed, was exceptionally friendly and attentive. On the way back, he even made an extra stop to get us some water and another drink – such a thoughtful gesture.
I would also especially like to highlight Mohamed, who works behind the scenes in Cairo and coordinates the whole operation. He immediately sorted out a duplicate booking for me, was always reliable and responsive, and even checked on me when I was feeling very unwell at the hotel. He even offered to bring me medication. That level of personal care and commitment is something you rarely experience.
For that reason, our rating is more positive than it otherwise might have been based on the cruise itself. Five stars, above all, for the humanity, kindness and exceptional commitment of the people who looked after us. Thank you very much!

Friendly team, welcoming!
The boat was nice, the show was good and the food okay. We did not get to see do much site seeing while on board, it was more about what was going on inside the boat (show and food). Overall, I appreciated the service of Mo, our driver, who arrived early to pick us up from our hotel and was the most welcoming with us. He kept communicating with us and made sure we felt safe during our transit times. Thank you, Mo!

Nice meal cruise
Very friendly evening with singer , belly dance and a very impressive folk dance. Made at night we do not enjoy too much the Nile ... Too bad the staff at this evening (servers ) are not very welcoming. I might not have been lucky.
I asked for a French driver it was not the case but very friendly and professional

Great evening on the Nile
Had a lovely time. We got collected by a lovely man called Hussein who picked us up from the hotel and took us to the boat. The cruise was great and the food was high quality. The belly dancing and live music and sufi dancer was brilliant

Great first night experience in Cairo
A great experience for our first night. A wonderful start to our honeymoon.
The acts on the boat were well skilled at their craft. The buffet was fulfilling and contains a good variety of choices.
Also, pick up and drop off to and from our hotel. No problem
Recommended that you join the tour. Good value and an experience you'll enjoy

best thing is entertainment
Just don’t eat the buffet! Expect to get Egypt belly. Best thing is the entertainment and tranquill few hours with hearing beep beep beep constantly!!!!
