Beginning with a pickup from your hotel or another designated place in Cairo or Giza between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, we will be boarding a comfortable air-conditioned car for a pleasant 100-minute journey to the Wadi El Rayan Desert following a photo stop at Qarun Lake, considered the oldest natural lake in the world.
Continuing the journey, you shall experience the exhilaration of a desert adventure. After boarding the 4X4 car for a dune drive adventure, enjoy the thrill of gliding over yellow, soft sand before stopping to enjoy sandboarding. Next, you visit the Wadi El Rayan waterfalls and have the chance to admire the stunning views in the center of the desert. You also have the opportunity to enjoy a camel ride or horse ride along the banks of Wadi El Rayan Lake. If you're lucky, you could see some desert animals, such as the slender-horned gazelle, before stopping to photograph the stunning Mudawara Mountains for panoramic views of Wadi El Rayan Lake. We flew into Cairo for half a day and chose this activity combo, my son loved it. The quads are quite far away from the pyramids so if you want to spend more time to see them, it is best to arrange your own return travel to the airport. Our tour guide Mahmoud was lovely to spend the time with and has a great sense of humour.

It was a great and adventures day! It’s the only tour that has some fun action (sand boardig and dune riding), combined with respectful, local sightseeing. We got picked up by the car at our hotel, after 1,5h drive we switched to a 4x4 and went into the desert. After visiting the lakes and taking a boatride there, we went to a small camp where we sand surfed and afterwards ate lunch. After the late lunch (around 14h30) we went back to Cairo.

I have always been dreaming of spending a day like this in Africa. Fares, our tour guide made it happen to me! ❤️ He made sure that we feel happy and safe during the entire trip. He took some amazing pictures for us, shared a lot of information on the Egyptian culture, the nature and the people. This is also the first company/ tour that I felt this happy with! We did everything with our speed, there was no rush like on other tours. Here no one asks you to pay crazy fees only because you are a tourist! This trip is AMAZING! Especially thanks to the guide tour Fares! From start to end, he managed to take care of every single detail! Spot on! I would say is a must to do if you are in Cairo! Make sure to have enough storage space in your smartphone or camera, you will get so many beautiful images! You start in Cairo and after 1.5-hour driving, you ll find yourself in the middle of the desert, Beduins will drive 4x4 cars through dunes, lakes, salty lakes, and oases, they will prepare food for you (delicious) and they will help you to even experiences sandboarding! Also, you ll ride a camel or horse, you can choose! You ll drink more than enough and eat amazing local food! Honestly, I did not get sick after all that! I even jumped in the Magic Lake and was awesome! I had so much fun! In every moment you'll feel safe and Fares is even good at taking pictures of you! He took amazing images of me in a waterfall! Please gift yourself with this tour! You will not regret it! 5 stars and more!

A once in a lifetime experience! The trip was an adventure, from the moment we got in the car to the moment we were dropped of The tour guide Ahmed zaki was super professional, helpful, welcoming and besides being in the middle of the desert I never felt unsafe for a minute The 4x4 ride was a thrill in the dunes with a master in the driving and the landscape is breathtaking The came ride and the boat ride in the middle of the desert I think is a once in a lifetime experience and definitely worth it! Thank you also to the people in the company that were in constant communication with us like the help centre lady Rania to make sure everything was arranged properly

We had an AMAZING time!! Fares, our very kind and fun tour guide, made this day a unique experience perfectly built with breathtaking views, a tone of local and cultural insights responding to all our questions and on top by taking some of the best photos for us! It’s definitely a MUST, if you want to add some adrenaline and fun into your itinerary, meeting locals, climbing sand mountains and take a nap under a tent in Sahara!
