It was everything we hoped to see in Cairo and more! Tours and history of the pyramids, the camel rides, ATV in the desert, shopping/lunch at local restaurant, then cruise on Nile was amazing. Our driver, Hegazy and our our tour guide Max were both so great!! The were very knowledgeable but most of all, very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommended!

Everything about this trip was top-notch! It started with a text sent the night before with a picture of the car and the name of our driver. That put me at ease knowing who I was to look for the next morning. Hegazy, our driver, was very professional. Kept cool drinks on hand and even made a stop for a photo opportunity without us having to request on the way to meet our tour guide, Max. Max was very knowledgeable and personable. He was extremely patient and informative about the history and the culture. He offered guidance when it came to tipping the camel guide and four-wheeler guide. He helped keep the people trying to sell us stuff away. Even before going into the shops, he reminded us not to buy unless you "feel it in your heart!" In other words, do not feel pressured to buy anything! We were able to take our time at each stop and never feel rushed. Since we arrived late to Egypt and Cairo was the first of four countries we are visiting in 10 days, this tour allowed us to experience all of what Cairo and Egypt has to offer with our limited time. I highly recommend this tour... especially with Max as a guide for your next trip!

Unfortunately, this tour did not meet our expectations. Our guide was not professional and spent most of the time on her phone, which made the experience feel unengaging and unorganized. One major issue was that we were not informed in advance that tickets to enter the pyramids were not included. The guide didn’t mention this until we were deep inside the site, which meant we had to either go all the way back to the entrance or try to purchase tickets online. The poor internet connection made this a frustrating process and cost us over an hour of wasted time. Even more disappointing, the guide herself discouraged us from going inside the pyramids, saying it wasn’t worth it, something you would never expect from an Egyptian tour guide. The tour also included unscheduled stops at scent and souvenir shops they clearly had deals with, which felt forced and not in line with what was advertised. The ATV quad bike experience was miserable, the bikes were in poor condition and not properly maintained. One of the operators even rode one of our group’s bikes, leaving a participant out of the activity. Though the tour says “everything is included,” the guide kept bringing up tipping for every little service, camels, ATVs, etc. Lastly, the guide’s English was hard to understand, she spoke too quickly, and she always seemed in a rush, giving the impression that she just wanted to finish and leave. The tour was long, but most of that time was spent waiting around, not actively experiencing anything. Would not recommend this tour in its current state.
