Amazing experience and guide!
We would like to express our sincerest thanks to our tour guide and Egyptologist, Momo or Mohammed, for being such an amazing tour guide, we have enjoyed all the knowledge and stories about Egypt. Also, he has looked after us, giving us private time to see more of the places which we really like. Momo is professional in his behaviour and respects our requests. Also, the boat cruise we had with Esmeralda ship was outstanding, couldn’t speak much of their professionalism, great food and entertainment on board and making sure we are comfortable each day. Excellent experience with ASWAN LUXOR TRAVEL
We booked the cruise with Luxor&Aswan Travel via internet. I must say excellent booking services provided by Hany, who responded with promptitude and seriousity, helping me to design a wonderfull time for our group of 33 pers (family and friends) with the ocasion of my 50’st Bday. Overall a wonderful experience! A dream that came true for all of us! Looking back on it, I can't believe how much we were able to see and experience in these four days. Our tour guide Mikhael, an Egyptologist with great expertise was our exclusive tour guide from Cairo to Aswan and at last Luxor. Mikhael has an extensive knowledge about Egypt history besides having a remarcable personality, very good english speaking skills, he did whatever was possible to make us feel safe, comfortable and happy. Thank you Mikhael! Thank you Hany!

Fantastic experience, made special by George the tour guide
George really made this trip special for us, he went above and beyond for us more than once. He has such a passion for Egyptology and gave us very informative tours but he could also have a laugh and joke with us too. He knew all the tips and tricks for all the temples, even the best spots for pictures. We felt safe and looked after everywhere we went. All of our private transfers were in modern, air conditioned cars and the drivers were friendly. I would highly recommend this trip and even more so recommend George as a tour guide, we feel we have made a friend for life.

Great way to see Egypt
What a great way to see Egypt. This trip hits all of the big stops to see and is enjoyable from start to finish. This truly is a private tour. From the time you arrive in Aswan to the time you leave Luxor, your private guide will show you the highlights of both cities. Our guide, Ahmed Sliem, was excellent. His humor, extensive knowledge, and willingness to customize our trip made it unforgettable. I would recommend this trip to anyone interested in Egypt. If I had to point out a negative, the food was mediocre. Breakfast was especially limited. However we weren’t there to eat, but rather see and that we did. If you can request Ahmed please do. He made us feel safe throughout. Wouldn’t have gone with anyone else

Best Tour Guide We Could Have Asked For!
We had the absolute pleasure of having Ahmed Sliem as our tour guide during our trip to Luxor and Aswan, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Ahmed was incredibly knowledgeable, ensuring that we fully understood the rich history and significance of the sights we were visiting. He customized the tour entirely to our preferences, allowing us to see everything we wanted at our own pace. Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. He always had snacks ready and made sure we were never hungry or thirsty. His attention to detail and genuine care for our experience made the trip unforgettable. If you’re looking for a guide who knows the ins and outs of Egypt and truly cares about your experience, Ahmed is the one! Highly recommend!

Amazing trip
We had wonderful time despite the hot weather. The ship is small and cozy. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The ship crew did their best to make our experience special and personal like surprising me with a birthday celebration and a cake . The food was excellent. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, personable and flexible.

Outstanding guide for a memorable trip down and around the Nile!
This tour was perfect. Great timing, great programme. One could see all important sites very efficiently and comfortably. We joined in Aswan, took a 1/2 day trip to Abu Simbel (highly recommended) before sailing to Luxor. The "floatel" (floating hotel) meant no hassle with luggage during that time, which was very relaxing. It was clean, comfortable (we took the standard twin room) and good value. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. It was summer, the low-season, so less tourists. One thing that made this trip very special: our guide, Ahmed Sliem. He was outstanding. Ahmed was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, an excellent English-speaker, friendly without being overbearing, discreet, kind, thoughtful, patient: he went out of his way to cater to all our needs and wishes, while always explaining things when necessary. Ahmed also guided us with local customs, like tips, as it was sometimes tricky to know what is appropriate. He is absolutely trustworthy. Ahmed's authenticity made the cruise and visits absolutely memorable. Ahmed the second is definitely the man to request and book! We would highly recommend Luxor and Aswan Travel for their impeccable service and this combination is simply a winner!

We enjoy our cruise tour so much!!
This tour is amazing and memorable. The communication with the travel company is smooth, helpful and fast responding. We get much information on our tour before starts. The cruise Le Fayen is also better than our expectations. The room is large and clean. Shower is great! Meal is average, not bad. Staffs are very helpful, we are so happy in our cruise. We love our tour guide Mahmoud Hassan! At the first day, he picked us up in Aswan train station. He arranged everything well in our 4 days 3 nights trip. We feel so lucky to have a nice and good attitude guide in this trip. (We met some Hong Kong friends in the trip, and said that their guide is not friendly) Mahmoud is very professional, tell us much on ancient Egypt history and culture. He is passionate on his own country history. We learned so much on Egypt history and knowledge in this trip. Overall, we enjoyed this tour so much. Highly recommended!!

It completes our Egypt journey
Good design of the trip which can see many great temples and monuments which complete our journey in Egypt. There are add-on items with different options at each stop, it is totally on our own discretion to sign up. We enjoyed a lot the time spent at the small village at Aswan, Abu Simbol Temple and hot air balloon trip in Luxor overlooking Valley of King's, sun rise, Nile river and Sahara desert. Do note the hidden visits at local shops although no obligation nor force selling, can ask to skip if not interested, though was fun to us given a first timer in Egypt. All in all, I think a very good arrangement by the agent, we were well taken care of from our hotel and send back after the trip. Their choice of tour guide (Omar has provided clear info, great at at photo taking, funny and helped us to sort out any issues during the trip, thanks a lot) , drivers, cars and cruise (staff and food are amazing, just room hygiene needs improvement) are great.
