Aswan-Luxor Cruise
The tour was amazing: the sites, the ship and the guide. We saw all the sites that were part of the itinerary, in increasing order of importance and size. The food and the service onboard were superb. Our guide, Ahmed Sliem, was extraordinary: knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful at all times.
The main (and only) issue is related to pace: it's really a 2.5-day rather than 4-day cruise, as the ship really starts sailing in the afternoon of Day 2 (the only worthwhile scheduled activity in Day 1 is the Temple of Philae). In the quest of selling "optionals" the scheduled activities start very slow (so pleople are motivated to buy the optionals), and then cram too much at the end (Valley of the Kings, Queen Hapshesut, Colossi, Karnak). Our guide, however, did a lot to fix this issue to the best of his abilities.

We arrived yesterday from our cruise. Our tour guide was Ahmed Sliem. We had such a good time! It was an amazing experience. Our guide was so kind and always on top of every detail, incluiding making sure we always had water or snacks, or getting us the best prices at the markets. He shared tons of information with us, we learned a lot, we are extremly happy!!! The boat is also very confortable, food was excellent, the staff is very very nice. We would definitly chose them again.

Hany made sure every detail was thought of. We experienced white glove treatment the entire time. He was very responsive as things changed during our trip and this drivers and guides were top notch

Great Cairo and Nile cruise with this company
My family and I went on a Nile cruise booked through this agency. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!! Thank you Hany El Dosouki for delivering on what your company advertised! They delivered everything that they say. We flew into Luxor for our cruise and were greeted right at the baggage claim. We were escorted from there to the cruise boat. Private van was semi new, spacious for 6 and clean! Once we checked in, our tour guide, Ashraf Al Raafey, met us up for the first day of tours. My family cant say enough of this man! Extremely intelligent, kind, and very attentive. Some of the tours were overwhelming due to large amounts of tourists and vendors but he guided us flawlessly each day/night. We were able to spend time on the boat and he was more than happy to spend some of his free time to answer questions we had about Egypt. Im so glad we booked through this agency and got Ashraf as our guide/caretaker during the trip. He treated us with respect and made sure we were always feeling safe and secure. If you book, please ask for him, you wont go wrong!
We also booked a private van in Cairo for 3 days and were well taken care of. Sahar Kandil was our tour guide each day and same as Ashraf on service. She made us feel like family from the moment she picked us up from our hotel. She is extremely bright and caring. My family and I were very fortunate that both guides treated us like family. You wont go wrong with this company!!!

Beautiful experience in Egypt
Loved this trip! Especially the Isis temple and Luxor temples and around. I wish we had more time at the Isis temple ! The guide Mo was very knowledgable and it was great to see him also interact with other guides and locals and the friendships and mutual support they share. The boat trip was amazing, the staff were so friendly and kind and the food amazing - a great vegetarian diet! Also loved the massage on the boat and the feeling of peace sailing down the Nile.

Great trip with an even better tour guide!
Our booking started with an online search for a Nile cruise. I discovered Luxor and Aswan Travel and decided to give it a shot. All email traffic went fine, but when I received a payment link without any invoice or summary attached, I started to worry a bit. So we asked for it and received one in an email saying partly in caps lock "your Official VERY DETAILED INVOICE". Personally I was not very pleased with this tone. Also when reconfirming our pick up time and place the evening before departure (I had communicated out hotel address weeks before and hadn't heard anything since then), I all of the sudden got additional instructions although it was me reaching out to the agency. That raised some eyebrows too. However, looking back at the entire trip, I must say everything was perfectly organized and in the end there was no reason to worry. Also the additional instructions for our pick up where not necessary as the guide and driver were right there on time.
We were very happy with our guide Mahmoud. He took care of everything. His knowledge is profound and he is very enthusiastic in sharing everything that he knows about ancient Egypt. He always wanted to make sure he was not forgetting anything interesting to tell! In line with his pleasant personality he also showed interest in us, his clients. We also relied on him to bring is to shops where we could buy quality items without worries. A great tour guide!
Summarized it was a very pleasant trip with zero remarks during the execution of the trip. I definitely recommend Luxor and Aswan Travel and will consider them again for future trips in the region.

Great ride on the Nile
We were ubgraded to the JAZ Regent. Since there were only a few guests on the ship, we were very cared for by the crew. Also our tour guide Achmed (the 2nd) took care of us lovingly. The excursions were very well organized and Achmed could always give us very knowledgeable background information. We can highly recommend Luxor and Aswan Travel and especially Achmed (II). Wonderful experience with all details managed beautifully!
My four female friends and I used Luxor & Aswan Travel for two experiences: an overnight trip to Abu Simbel and a 3-night Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor. We also hired them for private transport to/from airports. I cannot recommend them enough, as Hany and his team took the worry out of the many issues one always encounters on an international trip and made my group feel very safe. They even provided complimentary helpers through the Cairo airport as it can be crazy to navigate! Our guide, Ahmed Megally was a lovely man ❤️. He was very friendly and easy to be with, and his passion for, and knowledge of, ancient Egypt was amazing. I highly recommend them for a trip to Egypt!

A most wonderful experience

Ahmed Sliem, and his knowledge, expertise, and kindness made for a wonderful experience. We visited multiple temples near Aswan, Edfu, Kom Ombo, and Luxor, as well as the tombs in the Valley of the Kings. My favorite was the Ramses 5 and 6 tomb at the Valley of the Kings, which Ahmed specifically recommended. Highly recommend this trip and Ahmed as a guide.
