Starting from pickup, excellent, they arrived on time and were watching us at all times. The views from the balloon is wonderful, explained and super attentive. Super recommend!! I loved it, my boyfriend asked for my hand and everyone got excited. It was wonderful, thanks for everything.

It was an amazing way to spend our last day in Luxor. Everything was organized smoothly and professionally. The balloon ride was an out-of-this-world experience with marvellous views of the sunrise, Hatshepsut Temple and the Nile. We ended the morning with a very good breakfast and a traditional Egyptian dancing performance. We booked several trips with Nice Tours and we always felt valued and respected, the guides, drivers and customer support team took very good care of us. I can highly recommend this company and the tours they offer.

It's an unusual experience to ride on a heater. Recommendation for the beautiful view of Luxor! I paid extra money and watched the sunrise, but if you want to ride the sunrise, even if you want to pay extra money, watch the sunrise!!!

The driver was good, the pilot was good. The view was amazing but I didn’t receive the justification. Everything else were fine.

Everything, from the communication to the organization of the entire experience, has been perfect. We are glad to the staff, so kindly and professional. At last a special thanks to Marolla, that guided and supplied us to every our need. We suggest it to everyone who want to live a unique experience in Egypt!

We were able to experience this activity having been upgraded by Marolla who allowed us to see the sunrise although we did not take the option. It was beautiful and unique
