Fat trip
It was a really fun trip, with many special experiences. Good competent guides who have great professional knowledge. The Jeep trip out into the desert was bumpy and hard, about 1 hour each way. I would probably not do that with small children (5 years old) again. But out there everything was really cool and good. Foot service all the way around.

It was very interesting and well organized. In March we didn’t need warm clothes in the evening. The dinner was delicious. The sunset was beautiful and horse riding was included as well. We enjoyed it a lot.

Good but picking up other passengers was too slow.
Good, just too much waiting around when ok picking up other passengers. We waiting over 20 minutes for one group of passengers. The jeep was cramped in the back for 8 people. Otherwise beautiful sunset and location and excellent stargazing. Enjoyable evening.

Desert tour
Overall the trip to the desert was nice, however we had an internal delay and we asked for our booking to be rescheduled and there was absolutely no flexibility. In fact the tour operator was quite rude. We were quite tired and decided to go ahead. They didn’t have proper toilet facilities which made it quite tricky. Would probably pick another tour operator in the future.

Nice outing, don't forget warm clothes for the night
Nice half a day if you prefer to skip the quad and go for the stars instead. Do not forget warm clothes (including a beanie) ! We were well covered, but many in the group were in flipflops, shorts and suffered from the cold of night in the desert. We were around 30 in the whole group, car drivers did not follow each other, so as to offer a good experience to everybody.

Great people
Amazing guide around the stars in the dark. We could see the light pollution from the coast but that didnt spoil taking a moment in the dessert with the Bedouin people, hearing traditional singing, drinking tea and seeing the sun come down. My wife loved the silence, and taking a moment to look up at the stars, learn about the constellations. The whole team from siddique our English speaking car guide to the Bedouin family, was a good experience. Karim the driver was especially skilled in driving through the dessert and giving us an interesting experience. He helpfully returned my prescription glasses to me when they fell out in his jeep. Really appreciated that, we don't get this kind of care in Europe. Everyone on the trip were friendly and helpful. The sunset required a climb but was worth a moment on a hill.
