From A to Z a great tour. Picked up from the hotel on time and back again. In Luxor with Mr. Samir a great Egyptologist with a lot of knowledge on the side visits all the sights. Only the sales visit of an alabaster shop not mentioned in the program was annoying, but we ended it after 10 minutes.

Our private day tour from Hurghada to Luxor was an all-round successful experience, which we can recommend without restriction. From the first moment we felt well looked after – both by our driver and our Egyptologist Ahmed E. Already in the hotel lobby we were picked up on time and with a friendly smile. Our driver was exceptionally polite and courteous. He not only ensured a safe and comfortable ride, but also had cool drinks ready for us at all times. A particularly nice gesture was the small surprise in the form of an ice squirrel – a welcome refreshment in the warm temperatures. Unfortunately, we have forgotten his name, for which we are very sorry, because his kindness and care have made our day even more pleasant. Our Egyptologist Ahmed E. convinced with his extensive knowledge and warm manner. His explanations were informative and exciting, so we learned many new facts about the impressive temples, tombs and history of Egypt. We particularly appreciated that he protected us from intrusive sellers and there was never the feeling of a standardized tourist guide. The whole organization of the tour was excellent. The route has been perfectly adapted to the high temperatures, with regular breaks and plenty of time to explore the sights in peace. There was no hustle and bustle – we could enjoy every moment. Especially nice was the boat tour on the Nile, the delicious food in the restaurant Paris and the visit to the alabaster factory. The booking also went smoothly, which rounded off the positive overall impression. This tour was a real highlight of our trip, and we will definitely recommend it to our friends and family. Perhaps one day we ourselves will have the opportunity to repeat this unique experience. Many thanks to the entire team for this unforgettable day!

Communication with the agency was excellent from the start. Although the booking process was initially interrupted due to an error and the money had already been debited, the problem was resolved quickly and professionally by email. On the day of the tour we were picked up very punctually directly at our hotel. Our driver was friendly, accommodating and had chilled drinks prepared for us. Throughout the tour he waited patiently and reliably in the shade for us. Despite the often chaotic Egyptian traffic, he drove cautiously and proactively at all times – we always felt safe and in good hands. In Luxor we met our guide and Egyptologist Ahmed, who impressed with his knowledge and passion for the history of Egypt. We had stated at the time of booking that German and English were fine with us – and got an English-speaking guide with whom communication worked wonderfully. Ahmed adapted the route perfectly to the high temperatures and took us competently through three fascinating tombs in the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the somewhat more remote but impressive Taboo Temple. Especially pleasant: the included boat trip on the Nile – at no extra cost and exclusively for us. Lunch took place in the Paris restaurant – with plenty of very tasty food. Here the drinks had to be paid extra (about 2€ per soft drink), but this was communicated transparently in advance. Ahmed made sure throughout the day that we were not bothered by intrusive traders – he often settled this with a small tip in the background. All in all, it was a perfectly organized, comfortable and highly interesting tour. A big thank you to the whole team – and especially Ahmed and our great driver!

So, we kicked things off with a driver who communicated solely through enthusiastic hand gestures and impressive timekeeping. Think mime, but behind the wheel of a car. A breezy three-hour scenic tour from the 'Titanic' hotel (spoiler: no icebergs, just endless desert) landed us in Luxor, where we traded our silent movie star for... another driver! Then, enter Samira, our tour guide, who apparently downloaded the entire history of Egypt directly into her brain. She was basically a walking encyclopedia, but, like, a really nice one. We blitzed through five locations like we were on a historical scavenger hunt, saving the Nile cruise for last because, let's be honest, who wants to see ancient temples after a relaxing boat ride? Twelve hours of pure, unadulterated 'we don't have time for your slow-walking tourist nonsense,' and honestly? Worth it. From our 'interpretive dance' driver to the endlessly patient Samira, everyone was absolutely lovely. Basically, it was like a perfectly chaotic, beautifully efficient, historical whirlwind!

Thoroughly enjoyed our day exploring the incredible sights of ancient Egypt with our knowledgeable guide, Samira. We were picked up from our Makadi Bay Hotel, the 4 hours journey was comfortable and efficient. Samara guided us around all the sights answered our questions. A long but enjoyable day, well worth it.

We had an extraordinary day. The (long) drive from Hurghada (4h one way / 4h return) was worth it. Our driver Ahmed did everything possible to drive us in the best possible conditions (water, soda, air conditioning, "curtains" to the windows to rest...) and in tight deadlines to all visits. Our guide Ismaël was great, he brought us very enriching information while leaving us time “solo” to enjoy this day as a couple. The day passes quickly, it is “sports” because visits follow one another, but it is absolutely necessary! Big advantage compared to buses and minibuses: “privileged” conditions, less travel time (the driver does not have to tour the hotels to pick up travelers who sometimes come from quite distant cities), tailor-made advice, “on demand” stops, and the feeling of living a moment out of time! We recommend this activity and we will organize with this same provider another day trip to Cairo because we really were not disappointed!

From the start of the trip until the very end was an unforgettable experience. It far far exceeded our expectations in every way. Our tour guide Samira was absolutely fabulous with such vast knowledge to share with us. The day was so well organized and at no point were we kept waiting or queueing. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely unforgettable day with Ahmed, he was very well organised and knew so much amazing stories about the valley of the kings. The car was very clean, our lunch at Paris was beautiful and we could not have asked for a better tour guide. He took so many amazing pictures for us and we felt very safe and welcomed thank you!
