Great day out even with a toddler, please note that when you enter luxor your driver switches (would have liked to know this before hand) The car was new, has AC and the team ensured a car seat (thank you!) Our guide was lovely and this day trip from Hurghada is a MUST

An excellent Tour that Legacy Tours gave us, I recommend it 100%, very well organized, with a clear itinerary and that was fulfilled as agreed, the excellent driver always felt very safe and was very attentive, Laila our guide without words, spoke many languages and Spanish Perfect, very attentive passionate about history and additionally shared very interesting data of the local culture, it was an incredible trip we would repeat without hesitation.

Legacy tours an excellent tour operator in Luxor, excellent service, very good driver took us from Hurghada to Luxor in a car in perfect condition, Laila was our guide in Spanish speaks it very well and explained very well the history and daily life of the culture. Super recommended everything. Lunch was included and the restaurant was very rich.

This tour was amazing for the sites however I would say there are some things I would change. The tour is very long as starts at 5am, as it’s such an early start I would suggest offering a breakfast box as we start otherwise you starve until around 1/2pm when we stop for lunch. We had a personal driver who didn’t confirm a timeline for the morning so we just got in and had to wait to see what would happen. We stopped at the worst shop you can imagine which was not fit for purpose or as a rest stop so if I was you don’t drink any liquids until you get to Luxor. We drove in silence for 4 hours before our tour guide joined us. I would say if you can maybe do a group tour rather than the private one as it’s a bit intense for 2 people. We had Ahmed who was extremely knowledgeable for the tour and he also acted as photographer for the day( needs work on the angles of the pictures as I had multiple chins but grateful for the memories). We saw so many amazing sites and had the best lunch in the Paris restaurant. I would say overall this tour is fully worth doing but maybe next time would be better as a group and have more food stops available. I would also note you need to pay for the toilets in Luxor and antibacterial gel is your best friend here. Also have tissue with you as there is no toilet roll. Tipping is also constant in each section so make sure you bring enough cash with you. Overall worth doing for sure.

A tailor-made tour with the chance to have Maria a quality guide and full of anti-scam tips. A private driver just for us allowing us to avoid the tour of hotels and access Luxor in 3 hours. All professionals provided a quality service. I really recommend this tour for those who wish not to do mass tourism and discover Luxor.

We had the pleasure of spending an unforgettable day in Luxor thanks to our guide Ismail and our driver Mahmoud. Ismail was an exceptional guide—very knowledgeable, welcoming, and fun. He made every part of the tour engaging with his clear explanations and sense of humor. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout the day. As for Mahmoud, our driver, he was equally professional, safely driving us from El Gouna to Luxor with total comfort. A big thank you to both of them for such an amazing experience! We highly recommend their services to anyone wanting to explore the beauty of the Luxor region in a pleasant and enriching way.

This is a must do experience while in Egypt and with the right guide it makes it even more memorable. Our guide Ahmed was amazing, very knowledgeable and the way he tells of the life in ancient Egypt made it quite easy to follow for a family with young kids. He helped in deciding the right tombs to see and before every tomb he gave a brief overview of the pharaoh, his reign his accomplishments etc. We also had the chance to enjoy an authentic Egyptian meal unlike what you will get at an all inclusive resort, which was delicious I must say and enjoy a relaxing boat ride thereafter. If I could give the tour more than 5 Stars I definitely would.

Ahmed was a great guide and Mohamed was a lovely driver, the drive was very long but was well worth it, there were cold drinks for the drive and a nice lunch provided, the guide went out of his way to take great photos of us all day and we had a lot of fun, only critique would be that it wasn’t clear from the description on Viator that we would need to pay extra to see additional tombs in the valley of the kings, but otherwise was a 10/10 day!
