Overzicht
Geniet van de Machtige Nijl terwijl je op een traditionele Felucca-zeilboot vaart die tot nu toe door de oude Egyptenaren werd gebruikt. De boot is uitgerust met een badkamer en een zonnedek, waardoor het comfortabel is om tussen Aswan en Edfu te reizen. Dans als een Nubiaan terwijl je rond het kampvuur zit. Slaap onder de sterren en zwem in de Nijl. Chat met de lokale bevolking om meer te weten te komen over de Nubische cultuur en tradities. Bezoek het dorp Daraw dat beroemd is om de groentenmarkt en het centrum voor de verkoop van kamelen die uit Soedan zijn meegebracht. De Kamelenmarkt vindt elke zaterdag, zondag en dinsdag plaats. Bezoek de oude bezienswaardigheden langs de Nijl, zoals de Kom Ombo- en Edfu-tempels, en bovendien de unieke zandsteengroeve Gebel El-silsila.

Superbe croisière en felouque
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 nuits à naviguer sur le Nil avec Waleed et Ahmed. En dépit de conditions de vent pas idéales qui ont ralenti notre avancée, nous sommes allés de Assouan à Kom Ombo. Nous avons visité un village et son souk, immersion rendue particulièrement interessante grâce à l’accompagnement bienveillant d’Ahmed. Nous avons également visité le temple de Kom Ombo avec un guide sollicité par JJ en amont. Ce fut un grand plaisir de prendre notre temps à regarder le Nil s’écouler, regarder la faune et la flore autour, se baigner dans le Nil et se reposer. Ahmed et Waleed ont constamment été aux petits soins pour nous et pour leur bateau. Les repas concoctés par Ahmed sont incroyables dans cet environnement : une fête à chaque fois répétée ; les meilleurs que nous ayons mangés de tout notre séjour. Sur la route du retour, en voiture, vers Louxor, nous avons découvert le temple d’Edfu avec un guide, l’ensemble également organisé par JJ. A noter, nous avons dormi la veille de notre départ dans la guesthouse de JJ : très bon accueil, très bonnes conditions et très bon rapport qualité prix. Croisière exceptionnelle de 4 jours sur le Nil
Croisière exceptionnelle de 4 jours sur le Nil accompagnés d'un formidable équipage composé de Midou et Abdou. Sûrement l'un de nos plus beaux moments en Égypte, quel bonheur de voguer au fil du Nil. Nous étions comme dans un rêve : Les repas étaient délicieux, la felouque très confortable, Midou et Abdou étaient au petit soin, très prévenants et attentifs. Ils ont laissé une trace indélébile dans nos cœurs. Merci infiniment.

Une fenêtre sur le Nil
Super expérience de découvrir le Nil en douceur, au gré des vents. Une autre vision très authentique de l'Égypte avec son agriculture, ses paysages à toutes heures et ses plages secrètes. Farek, le capitaine, était très agréable et a notre petit soin. Et un grand merci à son assistant, qui nous a régalé avec sa cuisine.

Tutto molto bello , la felluca è comoda ed accogliente, il capitano Tearik è stato molto disponibile e competente. Il cibo preparato sempre al momento da Siliman è stato eccellente.

One of the Best Experiences of My Life
I spent two nights on a private felucca with JJJAMAICA Felucca, sailing from Aswan to just before Luxor — and I truly can’t recommend it enough. It was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. It was just me and my friend (two young women), and from the first moment, we felt incredibly safe and welcomed. Tarik and Suliman, our hosts, were not only kind and respectful but also made us feel completely at ease throughout the trip. Their warmth and generosity created a peaceful and joyful atmosphere on the boat. We swam in the Nile twice (a dream come true), relaxed under the sun, and enjoyed the most delicious food we had during our entire time in Egypt. They prepared amazing meals, fresh fruit salads during the day, and took care of every little detail with such care and attention. You could feel they genuinely wanted us to have the best time — and we did. They even arranged a car for us at the end of the journey to continue on to Luxor, making the whole experience smooth and easy. If you’re thinking of doing a felucca trip, do it with JJJAMAICA. You’ll leave with beautiful memories, full hearts, and a real connection to the Nile and the people who live along it. Thank you again, Tarik and Suliman, for everything — we’ll never forget you!

Excellente formule pour vivre une expérience authentique
J’ai eu une excellente expérience dans mon excursion d’une nuit en Feluque avec JJ Jamaica. Le service, les repas la propreté du bateau. Tout était impeccable. Merci à Abel Bouda qui m’a arrangé ce voyage sur le Nil, ainsi que mon déplacement en véhicule privé vers Abou Simbel. Impeccable

Une expérience inoubliable
Une des meilleures expériences que nous avons pu faire en Egypte. Chaki et Ahmed sont des capitaines exceptionnels. Ils ont une multitude d'endroits à proposer pour s'arrêter et profiter des rives majestueuses du Nil. Ils sont véritablement adorables. Ahmed cuisine particulièrement bien et Chaki est toujours là pour nous donner le sourire. Si vous aimez la détente, le calme et la plénitude, foncez ! Nous n'avions malheureusement pas le temps de faire plus d'une nuit, mais si le temps nous le permettait, nous aurions volontiers passé plus de temps avec eux. Une expérience inoubliable !

A magical trip up the magnificent Nile
My husband and I had a wonderful three nights last week sailing from Aswan to near Edfu, looked after beautifully by a fantastic, highly skilled, three-man crew. Our captain was Mido, who was also a great cook and - as we discovered on the third night - a talented musician too! His colleagues Abdullah and Mahmoud were equally lovely company. We simply sat in the shade for hours, watching the river, listening to the birds, the waves and the wind, as the beautiful boat tacked its way backwards and forwards. Mindfulness in action! We stopped several times, both at quiet islands in the river and to see big sights such a Kom Umbu temple. The crew chose quiet moorings each night, where we slept happily on the cushioned deck in our mosquito net tents, occasionally waking to a golden crescent moon or the sun rising over the glistening water. Blankets and cushions were provided too, although I also appreciated the cotton sleeping bag I brought with me. This isn't luxury travel, but that isn't the point: the point is to get some understanding of the life of this extraordinary river and for once to stop, listen and learn a little more about a country very different from ours. It was a privilege we'll never forget.

Egypt highlight
We did a 2 night trip down the Nile on the Felucca and it was amazing! For our daughters aged 10 and 12 it was a highlight of our Egypt trip. Our guide/captain/cook, Tarik and Seniman were awesome. They were both absolutely lovely people who made the trip easy and relaxing. The Food was delicious, the boat was comfortable and overall the experience was even more amazing than we anticipated. I would highly recommend this trip. It was an authentic Egyptian experience that topped off an epic family trip to Egypt.
