Genial
Contratarla, es una experiencia única. Buena duración del globo, muy organizados, amables, puntuales. Solo que el té y la guía escrita si la solicitáis no la dan ni el té. Deberían de borrarlo del anuncio.

Impresionante para repetir
Es una experiencia inolvidable que se debe hacer mínimo una vez en tu vida (Yo celebré mi cumpleaños en las alturas jaja) No da vértigo, es muy suave el ascenso y no se siente mal, la recogida en el hotel muy puntuales muy buena coordinación, está empresa es seria. Nos faltó el diploma por el vuelo.

Horrible and inaccurate
Horrible! Please don’t book from this company. I booked for a 4:30 am sunrise flight. They delayed it to 5:40 and then the earlier flights went up but they said we cannot cause weather has gotten bad. They were not transparent and communication during was terrible. It will spoilt your holiday

Most magical experience!...
Most magical experience! The initial getting there was chaotic and disorganized. once we were in the air it was so cool. Could see everything. Be aware that they are very large baskets and put 32 people to one balloon. If you end up in a certain section of the basket you might not have as good of an experience depending how the balloon is positioned and you’ll be looking over people to see things. Also some balloons had not even taken off yet when the sunrise was already starting. So I think sometimes the experience you have is based on luck. We were fortunate to be in the air at the right time and in a good spot.
