Well worth the early morning alarm at a great price
I read alot of reviews before booking this company. There a many Balloon companies in Luxor with a variable amount of different reviews. It wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive but still very cheap when compared to UK prices. We got picked up at 0500am then taken to a boat which takes you over to the West bank. This a very popular tourist attraction and so can be very busy with people and minibuses. Arrived at the Balloon take off pad. I was amazed at just how many balloons were there. It was a magnificent scene to see them being blown up and their burners going. We huddled in our group just in front of the balloon waiting for it to fully inflate. Getting on board was interesting. 2 guys basically grab you and lift you into the basket. 24 people in total. Then, within minute's we took off and gently glided across the land with all the other balloons in the air. You're at the mercy of the wind to propell you so the pilot was adjusting the height to get different wind directions. Sometimes we went really low and you could almost touch the trees. After about 15 minutes the sun rose behind the mountains. Something very spiritual about it. The dawn of another day. We spent about 45 mins in the air before gently coming down in someone's back garden. The support crew were very good and have it mastered to a tee. Once the balloon was deflated and out of the way we all climbed out, had a team photo and thanked the crew and pilot then back in the bus and taken back to our hotels. The only negative thing I would have to say and I'm being very picky is that we didn't have tea/coffee on arrival or get a certificate. Both these were mentioned in the initial page on trip advisor when seeing what was included. But don't let that put you off. I wouldn't hesitate in using this company again. If you get the chance I would definitely recommend them.

The best hot air balloon guide ! Amazing experience and the weather was super ! Abdul is the best air Baloon driver / pilot , all the team very nice and polite and professional.

The balloon trip is a...
The balloon trip is a must-do when in Luxor. This company is reliable and gave us a great experience. There was some waiting around at the beginning while we waited for our balloon assignment so you might want to bring a snack if you skipped breakfast. They offered us tea and coffee. The wait was not an issue, though, because we were in the air well before sunrise. Definitely recommend this company.

Magical
Amazing experience with Yousury our guide, and Ramadan, our pilot. There were so many people and balloons launched just at sunrise, but everything ran smoothly. We climbed into our balloon with our 18 new friends, and we were off. The ride was smooth and the views were to die for.

Hot air blloon, Luxor, Egypt
Since it was the first time I actually sat in a balloon, it was worth the cost. Actually, compared to other places, it is not expensive. We paid USD 100 per head to the guide who suggested it, though we did not know the actual cost. It was cramped in the basket. We were 32 plus pilot and there was not enough viewing room or enough hand-holds for landing. Since it is operated by the Govt, I felt safe. The pilot, Muhammad, was good and confident and we enjoyed a smooth landing though I had been apprehensive. It seems that if weather conditions are not good, the ride is cancelled and the money is refunded. The ride gave a good overview of the area between the Nile and the Valley of the Kings though we did not cross the mountain to actually go over to the side which had the Valley of the Kings. Not a single of the 28 balloons did. It was not part of the plan. We did get a good view of the Valley of the Queens and the tombs of the workers. As also a good view of the fields along the Nile. There were others who were disappointed on comparison of the view with what they had experienced in other countries, but I was satisfied.

Amazing 👏 🔥 Hot Balloon 🎈 ride 😍
Is was an amazing 👏 experience had awesome views and sunrise is espectacular. I booked the day before instantly WhatsApp msg came to my phone giving me instructions and piece of mind. They took care from start to finish pick up, drop off etc. from now I will only book with Viator
