Der Ausritt war super, der Transfer vom Hotel zum Reiterhof eine Katastrophe und ganz klar verbesserungswürdig!
Die Organisation der Anfahrt war eine Katastrophe, da wir 2 Stunden in einem kleinen Bus gesessen haben, der sämtliche Leute auf dem Weg eingesammelt hat. Die Klimaanlage im Fahrzeug war sehr schlecht und hatte kaum für Kühlung gesorgt, sodass wir die Fenster bei 35°C öffnen mußten. Das Fahrzeug hatte ebenfalls überwiegend defekte Sicherheitsgurte, so dass man sich nicht anschnallen kann. Mit einem 7 Jährigen Kind und ohne das man Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt hat, fand ich das für den Preis absolut unangemessen und unverschämt. Zumal wir auf eine Familie 30 Minuten gewartet haben, bis sie da waren.
Was positiv war, das man sich direkt um meine Beschwerde gekümmert hat.
Der Ausritt an sich war sehr schön, der Guide hat sich sehr gut im die Gruppe gekümmert und auch sehr gut auf die Kinder geachtet. Da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Es gab auch Reithelme, die zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Passende Größen für Kinder waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Das ist für mich ein ganz klarer Pluspunkt. Der Inhaber des Reitstall spricht sehr gut deutsch.
Was die Pferde betrifft, sie waren gut genäht. Einige Pferde hatten nach der Rückkehr leider nur eine kurze Pause und sind zügig wieder auf den nächsten Ritt gegangen. Hier könnte man im Sinne der Tiere auf jeden Fall etwas nachbessern!
Für die Gäste gibt es gekühlte Getränke. Eine Flasche Wasser 0,5l kostet 1€.
Die Rückfahrt war zügig und wir würden direkt zu unserem Hotel gefahren. Fahrzeit ca. 25 Minuten.

Not professional.. no health&safety
So the comminication at start is very well .. tour guide keeps you updated. Once picked up the van that picked us up was battered.. ac not in proper working order. Got to the horse place and the animal look tired and battered.. also seen how alimals treated not very well.. e.g the horse carriage was stood in direct baking sun for the hour we sat waiting for our rides .. the horses were not well mannered and did not alway follow order and when it did not the guide rough handled them... we were a group of 9 and we only had 2 adult and 1 child guide.the horse i had was very uncomfortable maybe the saddle was not adjusted properly.. put it this way i choose to walk back. There is no concept for health and safety too. God forbid something happened they are not prepared for it.. unless you are proffessional and know how to handle a horse syay away.

Esperienza da rifare e ricordi indelebili
È stata un’esperienza magnifica. Siamo stati accompagnati al maneggio con il tranfer incluso da Temir, che èstato gentilissimo. Abbiamo fatto la passeggiata di 3 h con Freda e Snow accompagnati da Mimo e Mamhood. Non eravamo mai saliti a cavallo ma è stato stupendo e facile con la loro guida. Le loro foto sono spettacolari. Ci ritorneremo volentieri

Bonjour nous avons passé un agréable moment avec des jeunes qui guide qui faisait de leurs mieux, néanmoins je tiens â préciser quelques points
Taxi pas en tres bon etat mais à l'heure et roule asses vite.
Prix attractifs mais après la confirmation de votre réservation on vous invente 24 euros de taxe a payer en espèces pour un couplé et deux enfants.
Absence de reçu ni facture et ils nous ont fait des photos qui voulaient nous fourguer à 80 euros apres 40 euros apres vous voulez payer combien? Nous sommes rester courtois, mous avons donné qqs billets pour les guides et les enfants que jespere qu'ils ne sont pas travailleurs pour le coup et nous avons décliner l'offre gentiment, cest dommage d'ailleurs pour la sortie du lendemain on nous demande 40 euros de taxes on hésite à ne pas s y rendre quit à perdre un peu d'argent plutôt que d'être dessus deux jours de suite

Honest review
Honest review.
We booked for the 2 hour horse riding option which was the beach and the sea.
The car picked us up from the hotel on time and after a 20 min ride we arrived at a horse stable to pick up the horses.
The horses were not the best trained but we were able to ride them slowly to the beach where we stopped for a picture session.
We then went into the sea with the horses and while we did not get to go into a deeper level, we were able to get our feet into the warm waters. I was expecting and wanting to go deeper but we were unable to due to the presence of 2 foals, they were following their mum and would have gone in over their head!
I was able to gallop with the horses which somewhat made up for it.
All the pictures that we taken of us we purchased as they captured some great moments.
Overall this was worth it and I recommend to everyone.
Did not get offered tea or water though..
