Superbe activité, très bonne organisation et prise en charge. Tommy a vraiment été un excellent guide, ouvert aux discussions, très avenant et sympathique. Il y a tout un tas de beaux poissons à voir lors des deux sessions de snorkeling. L’île d’orange bay est bien choisie en fonction de l’heure afin d’éviter le maximum de touristes.

"Ho scelto l'escursione in barca VIP per Orange Bay e l'isola di Giftun e ne è valsa davvero la pena. L'organizzazione è stata impeccabile: il servizio VIP fa la differenza, con molto più spazio a bordo, un ottimo pranzo servito con cura e un'attenzione particolare alle esigenze di noi ospiti. Lo snorkeling è stato spettacolare, abbiamo visto pesci colorati e coralli incredibili in totale sicurezza. Orange Bay è un paradiso, sembrava di essere alle Maldive. Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff per la professionalità e la simpatia. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca una giornata di puro relax e mare stupendo a Hurghada!"

Un dia divertido con playa, sol y muchos peces. De los mejores snorkeling, sino el mejor que he hecho. Dos arrecifes pequeños pero hermosos, sanos, con miles de peces. Lo único es que la careta y el tubo en muy mal estado. Si mejoran el equipo la experiencia sería mucho mejor. El guia Bahaa, excelente. Muy atento y pendiente. Un día relax.

Overall I would have given this tour 5 stars except for one huge problem. Overall the tour is well organized. The company communicated through WhatsApp and answered all questions. Pickup was right on time. On the boat you get free soda and coffee. They serve nice lunch as well. Ride to the island is not very long and we saw a dolphin along the way. On the island there are dedicated spots for guests. No credit cards are accepted. There's also 10Euro park fees that has to be paid in cash. The spots are safe and you can swim in the Red Sea. Bring your own towel. Snorkeling was very decent. Now for the huge problem: Smoking! Unlike most boats, here if you're nonsmoker you have a choice: either sit under scorching sun in front of the boat or be surrounded by neverending cheap cigarette fumes that by the end of the day probably makes you smell like a two-packs-per-day. It's nonstop chain smoking on both upper and lower decks as well as the island. It's especially unbearable while the boat is moored. If the company can't provide adequate non-smoking environment they should at very least tell guests not to smoke until the boat is moving and clearly mention this in the tour description. This is very unacceptable and I was fluctuating between 3 and 4 stars just because of this issue.
