Tour privato della Piramide di Giza
Tour privato, prelevato in tempo, autista molto gentile e competente. Incontrato al Cairo dalla guida turistica, molto gentile e desideroso di assicurarci che ci siamo divertiti ed è stato molto istruttivo sul Cairo e sulle piramidi. Siamo arrivati alle piramidi prima che fosse aperto, ma ci è stato permesso l'ingresso ed eravamo le uniche persone presenti prima che arrivassero le grandi folle, il che è stato fantastico. Il nostro autista era eccellente, non facile da gestire con il traffico del Cairo.
Incontrato di nuovo a Sharm el Sheikh e trasferito senza problemi. Un giorno meraviglioso.

Giornata memorabile al Cairo
Viaggiare con Sharm Smile è stata la decisione migliore che abbiamo preso. Subito dopo aver prenotato il viaggio online, Nabil ci ha contattato tramite Whatsapp e ha prontamente prenotato il volo in Egypt Air. Ha prenotato un volo mattutino che ci ha aiutato a raggiungere le piramidi presto davanti a un'enorme folla.
Teleb, la nostra guida turistica, ci stava aspettando all'aeroporto per riceverci con l'autista Mustafa. Teleb era molto cordiale, ben informato e usava il tempo in modo molto saggio. Ci ha parlato dei luoghi d'interesse mentre stavamo per visitare un sito e ce ne ha dato una storia lungo il percorso. Conosceva i posti giusti per scattare foto, quindi non abbiamo perso tempo a scattare troppe foto. Aveva buone intuizioni locali che aiutavano a risparmiare tempo ed evitare la folla. Era molto flessibile soprattutto con il bambino. Abbiamo fatto il bel giro in feluca che era la cosa più rilassante da fare dopo pranzo.
Nel complesso è stato un viaggio davvero memorabile e grazie a Sharm Smile.

Unforgettable Cairo trip with a super professional and friendly company!
We booked whilst in the UK looking for a Cairo day tour that would really show off the city for us. We came across Sharm Smile after reading some very positive reviews and now, after completing the trip with them I can say that I've never been on a better tour ever. From speaking in the UK via WhatsApp with Nabil to the point he privately picked us up at our hotel to the second he dropped us at the airport he was of great help and listened to every question and query we had. We got lucky as noone else had booked for that day so it turned into a private tour! Whilst in Cairo we had Hassam our guide and Salah our driver. Couldn't of asked for a better and more friendly guide for a private trip around the neighbourhoods and markets, as well as the pyramids, a few shops and the museum, ending with a trip down the Nile. At no point were we rushed and if anything, Hassan would tailor the experience according to what we asked as we were going around! Hassan also encouraged us to snap as many photos as possible with him becoming our unofficial photographer! I cannot recommend this company enough, an unforgettable trip, super knowledgeable guidance who felt like a friend you'd know for years! I even proposed to my partner on the pyramid panoramic and the company arranged a professional photographer to capture the memory. A trip we will never ever forget! Many thanks from the both of us 😁

Excellent service by Nabil from Sharm
Smile
I would love to start of by saying Nabil was an excellent tour guide. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and the people working with him are also fantastic.
We booked our 1st excursion to watch Dolphin show which was last minute and taken care of Instantly. On the day Nabil was already present, greeted us well and saved us the best seats up front which was very lovely of him.
Our 2nd excursion was to Cairo by plane, our tour guide was muhammad in Cairo and he was above and beyond our expectations. Muhammad and Nabil helped arrange for my family get an earlier flight back to sharm, as my daughter felt really unwell due to the heat. Both Muhammad and Nabil are the best examples of what Sharm smile has to offer.
Our 3rd excursion was Submarine which was also booked last minute, as we waited for my daughter to get better. Nabil helped to arrange it for us the night before and it was one of best experience for my daughter, she loved it so much, she enjoyed the breeze from the sea and view of the underwater life.
lastly, the best part of our 4th excursion was Nabil himself, he was our guide for the Sharm City Tour experience. He provided us with great knowledge and history of sharm. He took us to the best locations to get the best pictures.
I would definitely recommend anyone visiting sharm to use Sharm smile as they provide an excellent service. Nabil is always available to get in contact with from Whatsapp. I would definitely use their service if we come back again.

Giornata favolosa al Cairo organizzata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Gentilezza e cortesia in ogni fase, dal pick up in hotel al tour mozzafiato del Cairo. Assolutamente consigliato!

Great time visiting the pyramids
The Cairo trip we took with Sharm Smile was one of the highlights of our vacation. One of the best things in our tour was the fact that we always managed to be ahead of the tourist crowd in every location, so we could take pictures and relax without feeling overcrowded. Another good thing worth mentioning was that we never felt like we are being rushed (as it happens sometimes with some tours where they try to pack as many activities as possible in as little time as possible).
In terms of itinerary, the day started with the Nile boat trip which we skipped because our son got a little car-sick while getting there. Then we got to the museum, buffet lunch (they would provide each table with chicken and kofta, you would choose sides, humus, salads, deserts), papyrus shop, then pyramids and sphinx.

Incredibile gita di un giorno al Cairo in aereo da Sharm
Fantastica gita di un giorno al Cairo per vedere le piramidi da Sharm in aereo. Ottima comunicazione da parte di Nabil fin dall'inizio che ha organizzato tutto. Abbiamo comunicato tramite WhatsApp, il che è stato molto utile per noi in quanto potevamo porre domande sul viaggio in arrivo molto facilmente. Tutti i voli e la guida turistica prenotati come concordato. La nostra guida turistica Hassan Yusuf ci ha incontrato all'aeroporto del Cairo senza problemi. Hassan è stato eccezionale: la guida perfetta (e anche un ottimo fotografo di Instagram:) molto ben informata e ha davvero reso il viaggio. È un inizio molto presto (volo alle 5 del mattino) ma ne vale davvero la pena perché arrivi alle piramidi prima della folla. I grandi tour in autobus hanno iniziato ad arrivare mentre lasciavamo ogni sito, quindi ci siamo sempre sentiti come se fossimo davanti alla folla, il che è stato fantastico. Anche Sphynx è stato fantastico. Il pranzo è stato delizioso e abbondante. Buono anche il viaggio al museo. Ci siamo un po' stanchi nel corso della giornata, ma abbiamo appena informato Hassan e ci ha trovato un bar per prendere un caffè e ricaricare un po' le batterie. Tutto sommato è stato un pensiero di guida brillante ed eccellente in un'auto comoda. Grazie ragazzi!

Fantastico dall'inizio alla fine
Fantastico dall'inizio alla fine. Nabil ci ha informato dell'itinerario dei giorni in anticipo ed è stato in contatto durante il giorno per assicurarsi che tutto andasse bene. Siamo stati prelevati alle 4:30 del mattino e portati all'aeroporto dove Nabil ha spiegato cosa dovevamo fare per ottenere i nostri biglietti di partenza e il visto. Quando siamo arrivati al Cairo, siamo stati accolti da Yusuf (Hassan), la nostra guida turistica, che è stata eccezionale dall'inizio alla fine. Yusuf è stato molto gentile e ben parlato in inglese, fornendoci tutta la storia e i fatti in ogni fase del tour. Era un fotografo fantastico e ha scattato delle foto brillanti di noi alle piramidi. Abbiamo pagato un extra per fare una gita in barca lungo il Nilo dopo pranzo (che era un buffet eccezionale). Una cosa che vorrei menzionare è che visiti un negozio di profumi / oli dove puoi annusare una varietà di fragranze da acquistare ma prima di entrare ti viene detto che non c'è pressione per comprare qualcosa. Ci viene anche chiesto di visitare un negozio di cotone e lino, ma questo è qualcosa che abbiamo deciso di tramandare. Abbiamo concluso con una gita al museo dove ci è stata data tutta la storia e i fatti. Nel complesso non possiamo criticare nessuna fase di questo intero viaggio. Yusuf è un vanto per la compagnia e ha reso il viaggio un'esperienza da non dimenticare. Ci siamo sentiti in buone mani e ci ha persino detto come dire no grazie a chiunque ci infastidisse per comprare regali. Utilizzeremmo sicuramente di nuovo i sorrisi di Sharm.

Giornata meravigliosa a Giza e al Cairo
Abbiamo prenotato un tour privato con un paio di settimane di anticipo, prima di andare in Egitto, per vedere le piramidi di Giza, la Sfinge e il Museo Egizio del Cairo. Tutto era perfettamente organizzato e la nostra giornata è iniziata molto presto all'aeroporto del Cairo, dove Hassan e Shahid - la nostra guida e autista per la giornata - ci stavano aspettando puntualmente.
Entrambi sono stati molto gentili, flessibili ed estremamente professionali per l'intera giornata. Shahid è un pilota eccezionale e calmo, anche nella follia del traffico del Cairo (che, di per sé, è un'esperienza da non perdere), ci ha sempre portato ovunque in orario ed era sempre dietro l'angolo per portarci alla fermata successiva . Hassan ha dimostrato di essere estremamente ben informato sulla storia della città, delle sue culture e delle sue numerose meraviglie. In un solo giorno ci ha mostrato un'enorme quantità di bellezza con un sacco di fatti e aneddoti interessanti.
Ci sono molte opzioni durante la giornata in base alle proprie preferenze ma consiglio di andare presto alle piramidi e poi saltare la spesa e passare più tempo possibile nel pomeriggio al Museo perché vale assolutamente la pena girarci intorno senza fretta.
Quindi, per concludere, è stata una giornata lunga e molto intensa ma ne è valsa la pena e vogliamo ringraziare Nabil e Sharm smile per l'organizzazione impeccabile.

Fantastico, divertente e suggestivo.
Siamo partiti dall’ albergo alle quattro del mattino ad aspettarci c’era Nail che ci ha portato in aeroporto. Al Cairo abbiamo incontrato Nubiano la nostra guida che insieme a el Bob l’autista ci hanno guidato in questa fantastica esperienza. Abbiamo visitato le piramidi, la sfinge e il museo egizio . Nubiano ci ha portato a pranzo in un ottimo ristorante del posto dove abbiamo potuto mangiare del vero cibo egiziano. Nubiano un ottima guida precisa, competente, divertente e come secondo mestiere è uno spiccato fotografo 😂.Grazie!!!
