This was a good trip. Luxor Aswan travel company stayed in contact from day 1. Their guides are all very qualified.We stayed on the Le Fayan nile cruise boat which was exc ellent,food service etc. Have no hesitation recommending the trip and the company.

La nostra visita in Egitto è stata un viaggio senza problemi, piacevole e memorabile. È in gran parte dovuto alla perfetta organizzazione di Hany e alla risoluzione dei problemi. La barca e le escursioni erano come descritto, la nostra guida amichevole era molto disponibile e ben informato e tutti i trasferimenti erano puntuali. Abbiamo dimenticato un oratore JBL in cabina e abbiamo avvisato il team di Hany: s che è entrato in azione e ce l'ha fatta consegnare 2 giorni dopo, rifiutando di essere compensato per tutto il loro duro lavoro. Lasciamo l'Egitto sopraffatto dalla bellezza dei suoi monumenti storici e dalla cordialità della sua gente. Grazie Hany, Ahmed e Mohd Naseer.

We both wish to thank you very much Hany for organizing our four night Nile cruise on the MS Farah. The whole experience was superb! We are so glad we chose Luxor and Aswan travel. Very impressed with the courtesy, kindness, professionalism, ease of communication and competency of your staff. The transfers from airport to hotel to boat and then boat to hotel to airport were seamless and much appreciated. We were also very grateful to have such an experienced and pleasant Egyptologist guide in Mr Mohamed Badawi. We enjoyed his information and his company. We simply cannot imagine a better tour company and will certainly recommend your company to our friends. Thank you again John and Carlene

I traveled to Egypt with my parents who are in their late 60s. Hany, the Manager was super helpful in trying to set things up so we would be comfortable. The cruise was better than expected, relaxing. We were vegetarians, but had a good choice of food items to chose from. Our guide Mahmoud was a well informed Egyptologist. He knew places, took our walking pace into consideration. I believe I know Egypt a little because of my guide and Luxor and Aswan travel. I do recommend it!

We cannot say enough good things about this tour company, by far the best one we used during our time in Egypt. Everything was well organised, we had the same guide for our tour whos knoledge was very good. He arranged a boat ride down the Nile in Aswan, which was enjoyable. We did the 4 night cruise from Luxor to Aswan with a couple of extra tours thrown in.

Le strutture erano pulite e lussuose! Ogni esperienza culinaria è stata deliziosa e abbiamo ricevuto il servizio più incredibile e attento da tutti i camerieri e gli chef! TUTTO il personale a bordo è stato assolutamente meraviglioso. Non avremmo potuto immaginare un'esperienza più fluida! Mohammed era la nostra guida fornita da Luxor e Aswan Travel ed era INCREDIBILE! Molto ben informato e sempre cortese e rispettoso del nostro tempo! Ci ha mostrato i posti più belli di queste città e si è sempre assicurato che ci sentissimo al sicuro. La nostra famiglia di quattro persone (bambini di 13 e 10 anni) ha trascorso 9 giorni in Egitto. Hany ha gestito ogni dettaglio della logistica. Era incredibilmente reattivo, disponibile e l'intero viaggio è andato liscio. Abbiamo avuto la migliore guida sulla nostra crociera Nike! Hai reso il viaggio per noi indimenticabile e te ne siamo grati. Abbiamo trascorso il nostro ultimo giorno a vedere le Piramidi, la Sfinge e Sakara in una gita di un giorno. Questo è stato il nostro secondo tour con Ahmed, che abbiamo richiesto espressamente dopo il tour di un'intera giornata della settimana scorsa ad Alessandria. Ancora una volta, è stato un'ottima guida per Dashur, Memphis e Sakarra - - molto competente, attento al nostro comfort e sensibile alle nostre (molte) domande, anche quando erano un po 'fuori tema. Quindi, abbiamo avuto un tour di un'intera giornata e un tour di mezza giornata con nient'altro che lodi.

Tutto è stato organizzato per noi, abbiamo inviato le date e cosa vorremmo fare ed è stato tutto risolto! Grande comunicazione con la Tour Company. Dalla raccolta iniziale dal nostro hotel alla nostra partenza alla fine, la nostra guida Ismail si è assicurata che fossimo a nostro agio, ci prendessimo cura e soprattutto ci insegnassero sulla Valle del Nilo, sia presente che passata. Consiglio vivamente il villaggio nubiano di Assuan così come i templi di Abu Simbel, sicuramente vale la pena! Sicuramente porta scarpe da passeggio, parasole e un cappello!

Before our trip, I spent so much time researching companies and ships and potential itineraries. If you're at that stage, stop now, and just go with this company. Tell them where you want to go and they will take care of the rest in a way that surpasses any skeptical hesitation you may have. The ship (" Amwaj Livingstone") we sailed on was wonderful: the staff was so attentive; the food was delicious with plentiful options (including for vegetarians), and always had middle Eastern options but also usually other types of cuisines; the suites were really well appointed with a surprising amount of storage AND a sitting area in front of floor to ceiling windows; and the bathroom even had a tub! Common areas were very comfortable as well. Our tour guide for most of the cruise portion of our trip, Hassan, was superb. An egyptologist and archeologist, there were few questions that stumped him. He was such a nice guy, fun to spend so much time with, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was punctual and completely catered our days to what we specifically wanted to see and to do. We could not have been more delighted to have had him as our guide. In Cairo, we had just one day with a guide, and that was another expert egyptologist, "Zouzou." She also is very knowledgeable and such a nice, sweet person who toured us around the pyramids and through the museum. We really enjoyed our time with her as well. Know that with this company, your every need will be anticipated and planned for. When there were just 2 of us, we had a nice air-conditioned car for the long drive to Abu Simbel. When one other friend joined us, we had a very comfortable and modern van, with A/C. Drivers are provided for all vehicles, the tour guides aren't distracted by navigating or driving us themselves. (and driving in Cairo is VERY distracting!) It's hard to know exactly how many details they take care of for you until you spend a day with their guides. Upon arrival at each tomb or temple, our guides handed us our entry tickets. We didn't have to wait in line or deal with understanding what to buy, or when photography permits were required. In each area we toured, Hassan even suggested the best spots to get a great photo, and never hesitated to offer to take photos for us. Based on our preferences, we were taken shopping for the products in which we had expressed an interest; in our case, perfumes and cotton. What we bought was well wrapped for the long ride home to the US, and everything made it back unscathed. Lastly, I'll add that I felt 100% safe the entire trip. I often travel alone, and I waited to do this trip until I could go with some male friends. On the next trip, I would feel safe traveling as a single female, or with another female friend, without hesitation. I do plan to return to see the part of the Nile between Cairo and Luxor, and I absolutely positively will call on Hany and his team again. The planning next time will take me no time at all. I encourage everyone to go to Egypt to see the amazing sights, and to use this company.
