Very kind staff and people
Very kind staff and people. Not harassment at all (which is not usual in Egypt). This experience is a MUST, the best view of the valley of the kings from above.

Ottimi panorami, buona esperienza!
Esperienza eccellente Siamo stati prelevati dal nostro hotel e abbiamo preso il traghetto per andare sul lato ovest, da lì un altro giro fino al sito di lancio. Ho dovuto aspettare finché non ci fosse il via libera da parte di qualche autorità, a quel punto tutti i palloncini hanno iniziato a riempirsi contemporaneamente e in breve tempo sono stati in aria. Indipendentemente dall’azienda che utilizzi, la maggior parte di loro fa la stessa cosa e allo stesso tempo. Non abbiamo optato per le riprese video offerte per $ 25 USD poiché pensavamo che fossero costose. Nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza. Lasciati vicino al ristorante Alibaba dove abbiamo fatto colazione decente

As stated in other...
As stated in other reviews, they say the pick-up time is 3:30 AM before you order. Shortly after I ordered they said the pick-up time was changed to 4:30 AM. Then they said it was moved to 5:30 AM. I belive they are doing this to move people to the cheaper option for them to have people on the second flight. After being quite strict about moving the pick-up time for two hours they said it was a mistake, and I was moved back to 4:30 AM. So be careful of that. Otherwise the pick-up and trip back to the hotel worked fine.

4/5. Almost perfect!
The balloon ride in Luxor is a must do!! That experience is a 5 out of 5! Communication was 3/5. We had settled on a pick up time for 530am with the understanding that there would be little waiting around. But eight hours before our pickup was rescheduled to 4:10am with the explanation being there was going to be bad weather. We did see later that the 7:30 balloons did lift off no problem. We would have preferred the extra sleep time

We had an amazing time. We've never had a hot air balloon ride before and were a bit apprehensive about what it would be like, but we needn't have been. From getting picked up from our hotel on the east bank to getting in the balloon on the West Bank was really slick, and the flight itself was such an amazing experience. We were offered either a 0400 pick up or a 0530 one and went for the latter start as we didn't want to have to get our children up too early - it worked out perfectly and we were back at the hotel just after 0800 in time for breakfast.

Nice Experience!
Our hot air balloon ride was fantastic! They are really good at their jobs. They were always on time, looked after us well, and made sure we were safe. The view from up there was amazing! We loved seeing everything from above and feeling the warmth of the balloon. The crew took good care of us and made sure we had fun while staying safe. We had a great time and would tell anyone to try it!
