very bad experience, on many different aspects: IN SUMMARY: TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE WAIT, MONEY AND LOTS OF DISAPPOINTMENT. 1. crazy wait time: first to pickup, last to arrive, wait for extra 1-1.5 hrs in the van just to pickup tourists from other agencies, another 0.5 hr on the ground with heavy exhaust and dust just waiting for the agency guide 2. van is old, hot and smelly, making the wait rather unbearable 3. they will ask to shoot films and pictures of you without your prior consent, then ask for money if you need copies. I have bad knees and cannot jump or run as they want so I refused. HOWEVER, if you refuse to cooperate, you will be excluded by the guide and give you the worst position on the balloon basket. 4. unfulfilled promise: a motorboat across the Nile during pickup was promised but NEVER HAPPENED! LIERS! 5. Ballon very old, with patches on the surface. Old agency means old balloons 6. ground crew: insufficient and incapable. you will see other agency's ground team rushing to their balloons to arrive before landing. For this agency, you need to wait another 0.5 just for them to come, and they ask for tips with this kind of service 7. another unfulfilled promise: at first the promise to send you anywhere in Luxor, then they can only send you to this Alibaba Cafe. Very messy place and extremely hard to get a car. LIERS! 8. MOST IMPORTANTLY: DO NOT TRUST A THING ON THE VIEW OF THEIR POSTER. THE VIEW OF THE WEST BANK IS HIGHLY SUB-OPTIMAL. U WILL BE THRAWNED ABOUT HOW ORDINARY THAT IS.

Na verdade, fui em SET/2024, e a experiência valeu muito a pena!! O caminho até os balões é rápido, a o fato de ser bem cedinho é estratégico. Ver o nascer do sol do balão é uma experiência única. São vários balões subindo ao mesmo tempo. Os guias orientaram bem para que fossemos no balão correto (é muita gente no lugar, importante ficar próximo ao guia para não "perder" o grupo)

We had the best experience with Hod Hod Soliman and our pilot Omar! He flew in different heights, made sure we got to see the complete West Bank with Valley of the Kings etc. from above, and the landing was incredibly smooth :) Pick up and drop off was also very uncomplicated :) We also booked a farm tour after that which made the experience even better!

I shop around for the balloon ride in Luxor . This company was best value . They pick us up on time from our hotel . The captain had over 2000 plus hours flying . First of all it was very safe . It’s must do in Luxor . It was a beautiful ride . Was a bucket list item . I would use this company again based on safety and it was beautiful trip .

乗る前はドキドキしていましたが、気球から見た日の出の美しさに一瞬で不安が吹き飛びました。 添乗員さんが王家の谷など数々の遺跡の上空を巡ってくれたおかげで、地上とは違うダイナミックな景色を満喫できました。 着陸もとてもスムーズでソフト。プロの技に安心して、純粋にワクワクする時間を過ごせました！

Il prelievo è stato super presto in furgone e poi traghetto per attraversare il Nilo. Abbiamo aspettato per ore con centinaia di altri viaggiatori che volavano con molte diverse compagnie. È stata una buona cosa che abbiamo programmato la nostra prima mattina a Luxor, poiché tutti i voli sono stati cancellati dall'agenzia che regola i voli in pallone. Siamo stati lasciati a un punto di incontro per il nostro prossimo tour della Valle dei Re/Regine, piuttosto che tornare al nostro hotel. Questo è stato comodo. Avevamo il giorno successivo disponibile, quindi abbiamo riprenotato e sperato per il meglio. Quella notte è coincisa con il ritorno dell'Egitto all'ora standard, quindi gli orologi sono stati riportati indietro e siamo stati prelevati un'ora prima. Stesso processo del giorno precedente… furgone, traghetto attraverso il Nilo, attesa di ore nel buio mentre venivamo infastiditi da venditori di merci, per lo più bambini. Ma quel giorno i palloni sono decollati. Che spettacolo glorioso vedere i palloni gonfiarsi a terra… tenete pronta la vostra macchina fotografica. Ci sono stati dati posti premium nel pallone perché i lavoratori hanno riconosciuto che eravamo tornati per un secondo giorno. (La maggior parte delle persone intorno a noi il giorno precedente non poteva riprenotare, poiché stavano lasciando Luxor.) Il volo è stato epico. Non sembra nulla quando lasci il suolo e fluttui nell'aria. Abbiamo avuto una vista fantastica dell'alba, della Valle delle Regine e degli altri palloni. Tutto è andato bene con il volo e l'atterraggio. Il trasferimento di ritorno al nostro hotel è stato fluido. Consiglio vivamente questa esperienza!

La guida Abdalla e il capitano Abdo ci hanno regalato l'esperienza migliore della nostra vita. È stato un momento così organizzato e meraviglioso. I panorami andavano oltre la mia immaginazione. Inizialmente ero titubante nel prendere in considerazione un giro in mongolfiera. Ci hanno rassicurato e spiegato ogni passaggio in modo molto chiaro e tranquillizzante. Consiglierei questa esperienza a chiunque stia valutando un'esperienza in mongolfiera a Luxor!!! Grazie Abdalla e capitano Abdo!!
