Luxor sehr sehenswert, Taxifahrer war das Highlight, Reiseleiterin unterirdisch
Absolut toll war der Taxifahrer, der uns nach Luxor gebracht hat. Wir haben noch nie einen so zuvorkommenden, freundlichen und witzigen Fahrer erlebt, mit einem so gut ausgestatteten Van, incl. funktionierender Anschnallgurte, kostenlosem Wifi, Kissen für die Fahrgäste, funktionierender Klimaanlage, TV und komplette Verpflegung (Chips, Eis und Getränke) an Bord. Sein Name war Ahmed von Ramashka Tours!!! Absolute 6-Sterne-Empfehlung!!!
Die eigentliche Reiseleiterin Nermin auf der Tour nach Luxor war hingegen leider das komplette Gegenteil: unmotiviert, trocken, geistig abwesend, völlig übermüdet (ist beim Reden eingeschlafen) und hat versucht, uns abzuzocken. Als wir ihre Zusatz-Angebote abgelehnt haben, waren wir für sie keine Kunden mehr und sie hat uns mit kompletter Mißachtung ignoriert.

A great, hot, day out in Luxor.
Went on a day trip with my sister from Makadi Bay. We booked through TripAdvisor and the company had been in touch via the website messenger to confirm everything and give further details within 24 hours. The pickup was completely smooth; Ahmed - the driver - was great; really knowledgeable about sites that we passed to keep us updated and punctual to the minute - we were first at every historical attraction and rest stop! There were only 5 of us on the tour which made it easier and better - no waiting around for huge numbers to use toilets etc. He went out of his way to make sure we had snacks, ice cream, drinks, films - anything we needed. He was brilliant. We were picked up at 5am and were back at our hotel for 5.45pm. Said was our guide round the sites, and we met him nearer to Luxor; his knowledgeable was impeccable. He answered all questions and went out of his way to point out little details that we definitely would have missed in the granduer of some of the sites. He was lovely to speak to and learn from - several people stopped us, in fact, to tell us he was the best tour guide in Egypt..we couldn't agree more. The day was extremely hot - 45 degrees - and so it was difficult in the heat to stay at some of the attractions for too long, but again, Said and Ahmed went out of their way to find shade/drinks etc to make it as comfortable as possible. Overall, a fantastic day with great, professional people.

Giornata fantastica
Abbiamo avuto il miglior tempo sulla nostra gita di un giorno a Luxor. È iniziato con Ahmed il nostro autista di autobus che si è presentato puntuale nel suo comodissimo minivan con aria condizionata con film, musica, snack e bevande il tutto fornito con un sorriso e un'atmosfera molto amichevole. Quando siamo arrivati a Luxor prima di qualsiasi altra auto di autobus o tut. lol ha detto era la nostra Guida personale per tutta la giornata. Era pieno di energia e le sue conoscenze erano prossime a nessuno conosceva veramente la sua storia egiziana. Non potevamo consigliare questo viaggio abbastanza grande rapporto qualità-prezzo e tutti abbiamo avuto una grande giornata. Grande grazie ad Ahmed e ha detto

Ahmed bracht ons in een super snel tempo naar Luxor! Hij wist alle andere touringcars voor te zijn en zo konden wij genieten van al het moois zonder te veel toeristen. Onze engelstalige gids Saïd kon veel vertellen over de geschiedenis van Egypte. Een super geslaagde dag! Zeker de moeite waard! 🍀

Topdag in Luxor
Trip naar Luxor was geweldig! Ahmed de chauffeur heeft er alles aan gedaan om ons zo snel mogelijk van Hurghada naar Luxor te krijgen. Daar hebben we veel informatie gekregen van gids Said. Hij wist enorm veel te vertellen over de geschiedenis van Luxor.
Al met al een geweldige ervaring!

Excellent tour to Luxor with Ahmed & Said
This was perfect tour to see and experience the wonders of Luxor and it's main attractions.
Our driver Ahmed was excellent, great communication on pick up time the day before the trip and very punctual on arrival at 04:15.
His bus was equipped with A/C, WiFi, TV screen for entertainment and comfy pillows.
We were a group of 6 and so travelled with much comfort.
Ahmed did his best to ensure we were in the first wave of visitors to Luxor and as a result we were one of the first groups to get to Karnack Temple, our first stop.
Our guide named Said took over from there and was very welcoming and had great knowledge and passion for Egyptian history.
It was great that Said could share his knowledge and we could take pictures without the large crowds.
He was excellent, we really learnt a lot from him.
Our full itinerary was completed and was thorough. We were well looked after with drinks and snacks thoughout the trip and a buffet lunch.
I do not eat meat but still had plenty of choice for lunch.
Ahmed even got us some fresh sugar cane from a passing truck for us to try on the way back.
We returned to our hotel around 18:30 and again we were one of the first tour groups back to Hurghada and in time for dinner.
Only downside was that the boat trip is marketed as an optional extra but really there is no choice, you must pay 10€,$ or £'s pp to cross the Nile. Luckily we wanted to do the full boat trip so not an issue for us.
Overall an excellent trip, with and excellent team in Ahmed and Said.

A Must Do with Ramashka Tours
A huge thanks to our driver Ahamed who picked us up on time at 4:15am sharp. The group was nice and small (a total of 6) so the bus journey was very comfortable, with cushions (should you wish to continue with your sleep) movies, wi-fi and snacks. Ahamed's punctuality and swift driving ensured we were the first bus to arrive at Luxor from Hurghada where we met our wonderful English speaking tour guide Said. Said was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Our fantastic duo ensured we arrived at each destination with very few other tourists which meant we could take our time & soak it all in before it got too crowded.
After a fantastic day we returned back to our hotel at 6:35pm after an equally comfortable journey back with more snacks, refreshments, movies and cultural stories from Ahamed.
Ahamed and Said make a great team. This is a must do trip, would highly recommend and I promise the early start is worth it.

Excellent
We had a really nice day at Luxor. Speciam thanks to our driver, Ahmed, who got us their fast so we could enjoy Karnak temple before it was crowded. He also took good care for us in the bus with cold drinks and snacks. Said, our guide, knew a lot about the museums we visited. He tells fascinating and with a lot of humor. Would recommend to others.

Ahmed and Said the best
Yesterday we had a great adventure with ahmed (driver) and said (guide). Ahmed gave his best to arrive as fast as possible that we can enjoy every temple before any other tourists arrived. The whole trip ahmed explained everything around us, very interesting. At the temples, said did a very good job to understand the history. He speaks english fluently and knows everything about the old egyptian kingdoms. All in all can i recommend this trip, especially with ahmed and said.
