Holpriger Start der dann in einem fantastischen Erlebnis geendet hat!!!!
Es war ein ganz toller und preislich super Ausflug für die Familie. Bedingung: die Kinder gehen mit Schnocheln. Am Anfang wurden nach den Reisepässen gefragt aber nicht gut erklärt für was sie diese benötigen, was bei uns und einigen anderen für Unsicherheit geführt hat. Erklärt das einfach ein bisschen besser dann startet der Trip genauso gut wie er den ganzen restlichen Tag war und auch geendet hat :) Der erste Stop: Orange Bay ist ein reiner Tourismus Spot bei dem ihr für viel Geld essen und Trinken kaufen könnt, ansonsten ist aber der Strand wie aus dem Bilderbuch!!!!! Danach gibt es Mittagessen an Bord, was fantastisch war. Auch die zwei Schnorchel Spots waren super und es wurde sehr gut auf Sicherheit der Menschen und des Riffs geachtet. Danke nochmal für den tollen Ausflug.

Misleading and Overpriced / Irreführend und überteuert
First of all, I would like to point out that this is not a luxury yacht tour as advertised. There are around 30 people on board. In addition, they claim that the tour starts at 8:00 AM, but in reality it begins around 10:00 AM. Throughout the experience, they provide misleading and inaccurate information. We were kept waiting inside the boat at the marina for nearly two hours. They take photos and videos and try to sell them at extremely high prices. They tell everyone that their photos will be sent privately to them, but this is not true. After the purchase, they simply provide a QR code that gives access to all the photos and videos, meaning everyone can see everyone else’s content. In fact, if one person buys it, others can use the same QR code as well. They also constantly ask for tips. First, they ask whether you enjoyed the experience, and then they pressure you into giving a tip. On top of that, they encourage guests to leave Tripadvisor reviews and insist that everyone give a 5-star rating. This is likely why their ratings appear much higher than they should be. I had read the reviews beforehand and saw a few negative comments, but I did not take them seriously. After experiencing it myself, I can say that this tour was a complete disappointment. My advice is to avoid this tour altogether. Zunächst möchte ich klarstellen, dass es sich nicht um eine Luxusyacht-Tour handelt, wie in der Werbung dargestellt. An Bord befinden sich etwa 30 Personen. Außerdem wird angegeben, dass die Tour um 8:00 Uhr beginnt, tatsächlich startet sie jedoch erst gegen 10:00 Uhr. Während des gesamten Ausflugs werden irreführende und falsche Informationen gegeben. Wir mussten fast zwei Stunden im Boot in der Marina warten. Es werden Fotos und Videos gemacht, die anschließend zu völlig überhöhten Preisen verkauft werden. Den Gästen wird gesagt, dass ihre Fotos nur ihnen persönlich zur Verfügung gestellt werden, doch auch das stimmt nicht. Nach dem Kauf erhält man lediglich einen QR-Code, über den alle Fotos und Videos zugänglich sind. Dadurch kann jeder die Aufnahmen aller anderen sehen. Tatsächlich reicht es sogar aus, wenn eine einzige Person den Zugang kauft, da derselbe QR-Code von allen genutzt werden kann. Außerdem wird ständig nach Trinkgeld gefragt. Zuerst wird gefragt, ob man zufrieden war, und anschließend wird man dazu gedrängt, Trinkgeld zu geben. Darüber hinaus werden die Gäste dazu aufgefordert, Bewertungen auf Tripadvisor zu hinterlassen, und man verlangt praktisch von jedem, 5 Sterne zu vergeben. Deshalb wirken die Bewertungen deutlich besser, als sie tatsächlich sein sollten. Ich hatte die Bewertungen vorab gelesen und einige negative Kommentare gesehen, ihnen jedoch nicht viel Glauben geschenkt. Nach meiner eigenen Erfahrung kann ich jedoch sagen, dass diese Tour eine völlige Enttäuschung war. Mein Rat: Nehmen Sie auf keinen Fall an dieser Tour teil.

Das Team war sehr freundlich und nett, insbesondere Herr Ashraf. Alles war sehr gut organisiert. Wir wurden vom Hotel abgeholt und auch wieder zurückgebracht. Ich empfehle jedem, dieses Erlebnis auszuprobieren.
