Enjoyable day trip to Luxor, to learn more about the city’s ancient history. Samira (Our Tour Guide) did a great job talking through said history and recommending various sites to visit. Her knowledge was invaluable and added immensely to the trip.

Ho prenotato una gita di un giorno last minute da Sahl Hashhes a Luxor. Era un privatectour per me e mia figlia di 15 anni e l'intera esperienza dall'inizio alla fine è stata impeccabile! Hanno inviato e-mail conformazioni in pochi minuti e hanno anche confermato tutte le disposizioni via WhatsApp. Era un inizio presto alle 5 del mattino e l'autista Ahmed ci stava aspettando alla reception. Ha fornito rinfreschi (bevande fredde e snack) e abbiamo anche avuto due fermate durante il nostro viaggio di 4 ore lobg. Il veicolo era pulito e confortevole, con aria condizionata funzionante. Il nostro tour - gide Samira ci ha incontrato a Luxor e lei era incredibile! Molto simpatico, informato, paziente e gentile. Era felice di ascoltare le nostre preferenze e apportare modifiche all'itinerario del tour pianificato. La sua conoscenza e passione per la storia egizia è ammirevole. Ha anche pazientemente aspettato l'uso mentre davamo da mangiare ai cuccioli di senzatetto e scattavamo fotografie. Monumenti storici come il Tempio di Karnak, Tempio Hatshepsut, Valle dei Re, Tumb of Tutankhamon sono semplicemente mozzafiato, sicuramente vale la pena il lungo viaggio e denaro. Abbiamo pranzato al ristorante tradizionale egiziano e il cibo era molto fresco e gustoso. Pranzo incluso nel prezzo del tour, ha dovuto solo pagare per le nostre bevande. Gita in barca lungo il fiume Nilo è stato un bel tocco e gradita pausa nel caldo di oggi! Nel complesso sono molto impressionato da quanto siano organizzati e professionali i Legacy Tours. Abbiamo intenzione di tornare in Egitto in futuro e sicuramente useremo di nuovo i loro servizi.

I took my mother and I to Luxor and had the most amazing and detailed explanation of ancient Egypt!!! Professor Ahmed Elsisi was the guide and Egyptologist in Luxor, and took us through easy to understand steps of how the Ancient world worked... which was truly fascinating. Each story painted the picture vividly and we couldn't be more pleased. If you are lucky enough to get him - you will NOT be disappointed!!....I would also like to say the car that picked us up was lovely - air conditioned, drivers were polite, very attentive, stopped half way for a toilet and snack break and Hamada in particular even gifted me local mangos which is amazing... also upon our request Hamada stopped as we saw it on the way back. Everyone today was super attentive. The only con I'd say is June is very hot but don't let this put you off!!! Just take LOTS of water with you and be prepared for a lot of walking. Also even though the shops will try to sell, just be tactful and only get what you want. We should try to support the tourism economy so be fair when bargaining with locals - they need the money and we want the souvenirs! :) Overall, Egyptians - both ancient and current are absolutely so amazing!!! Thank you to the tour group again for a welcoming and lovely arrangement of day! Also.... there is not ONE photo online or through any egypt based documentary that does the temples justice. When you are there in real life there is so much for the eye to see. You will be blown away. Seeing is believing!

The day trip to Luxor with Legacy Tours was a very pleasant experience. Our driver Said was more than punctual for our 5am pickup at our hotel. He drove safely and comfortably showing great courtesy at every possible moment. In Luxor, we met our guide, Mark Samir, an egyptologist. He was very keen on giving us as much information on the visited sites as possible (preferably in the shade) and even took a ton of pictures and videos for us. He was very kind and made our trip comfortable despite the heat. Lunch was delicious and we got plenty of water throughout the day. We arrived back in Hurghada shortly after 8pm. Overall, we would recommend this tour!

Partenza anticipata 5 del mattino lungo guidare attraverso il deserto in bella auto con aria condizionata. Incontro con la nostra guida Samira a Luxor. Poi siamo partiti. Samira era molto informato. Alla Valle dei Re visitato cinque tombe ( 2 hanno dovuto pagare un extra per come pubblicizzato £ 27 per due adulti, ma vale la pena avrà bisogno di una carta di credito o di debito per pagare in contanti). Samira andò al nostro passo e spiegò come andavamo. Il cibo era bello e gustoso. Un po 'grazie a Samira ed entrambi gli autisti. Traffico a dir poco interessante.

We did a private tour of Luxor at the end of May with a 2 and 4 year old. I was a bit apprehensive about taking the boys on this trip, with them being so young, but it was an amazing day. It was a long, hot day, but with plenty of water, sun hats, sun cream and stopping regularly for breaks, it was absolutely fine. Our tour guide was incredible. She was so friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable. She was great with the boys and just put us instantly at ease. We could take things at our own pace as it was a private tour. We were never made to feel rushed. Our driver was great as well. He took us everywhere and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company and this tour of Luxor. A trip we will never forget. Thank you :D

Unbelievable trip even though it was quite hot. Abdul, our guide, was the best, super informative. We had 2 drivers because it was a 4 hour drive each way so they took turns. All of the attractions were excellent. Karnak was the highlight.

J’ai visité Louxor en excursion privée avec le chauffeur Bomba et le guide Ismail. Dès le début, la communication avec l’agence a été excellente : ils ont toujours été réactifs et disponibles pour répondre à mes questions avant la réservation. L’organisation a été au top ! Même si la montgolfière a été annulée à cause des conditions météorologiques, une alternative a été trouvée rapidement. Je remercie Bomba pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme : j’ai pu me reposer en toute tranquillité pendant le trajet — et l’avoir comme “bodyguard” haha ! Un grand merci également à Ismail, mon guide francophone, pour ses explications claires et passionnantes sur l’histoire de l’Égypte et des temples. Il a été très à l’écoute, et même photographe à ses heures ! J’ai adoré cette journée, pleine de beaux souvenirs, et surtout, j’ai été parfaitement accompagnée tout au long de l’excursion. Merci à Bomba et Ismail pour cette belle expérience !

Fantastic day trip from Hurghada to Luxor with Ahmed the driver and Ahmed El Sisi our guide for the day. It’s an early 5am start but Ahmed arrived on time and we began the drive. It’s a long way but there are a couple of stops where you can buy drinks, snacks and use the facilities. We started at the valley of the kings, then the temple of hapshetsut followed by the collossi of memnon with a stop at the artists alabaster workshop in between before a buffet lunch. After this we jumped on to a felucca for a scenic trip along the Nile and returned to finally visit the habou temple which was an impressive site to behold. Ahmed the guide was extremely personable, knowledgeable and full of insight, bringing history to life and describing the many statues, glyphs and carvings in great detail. After this we were on our way back to the hotel and were able to reflect on a great day which we would absolutely recommend. Overall, the day was fantastic. If we were going to over any comments for continuous improvement or for those partaking: the car did smell a little of petrol at first which was a bit off putting at 5am but Ahmed our driver soon sorted and he also provided lots of drinks throughout the day. The cleanliness of toilets were variable with some not as clean or well equipped as others so use at your discretion. We also tipped a lot as we went round the sites so either have tips ready or be prepared to say no with no shame. Thanks again guys!

Fantastica gita di un giorno da Hurghada a Luxor con Ahmed l'autista e Ahmed El Sisi la nostra guida per il giorno. È un inizio di mattina presto 5 ma Ahmed è arrivato in orario e abbiamo iniziato il viaggio. La strada è lunga ma ci sono un paio di fermate dove è possibile acquistare bevande, snack e utilizzare le strutture. Siamo partiti dalla valle dei re, poi il tempio di hapshetsut seguito dai collossi di memnon con una sosta al laboratorio di alabastro degli artisti in mezzo prima di un pranzo a buffet. Dopo questo siamo saliti su una feluca per un viaggio panoramico lungo il Nilo e siamo tornati a visitare finalmente il tempio habou che era un sito impressionante da vedere. Ahmed la guida era estremamente affabile, esperto e pieno di intuizioni, portando la storia in vita e descrivendo le numerose statue, glifi e sculture in grande dettaglio. Dopo questo eravamo sulla via del ritorno in hotel e siamo stati in grado di riflettere su una grande giornata che consigliamo assolutamente. Nel complesso, la giornata è stata fantastica. Se stavamo andando a sopra qualsiasi commento per il miglioramento continuo o per quelli che partecipano: la macchina ha fatto odore di un po 'di benzina in un primo momento che era un po' fuori mettendo alle 5 del mattino, ma Ahmed il nostro autista ha presto ordinato e ha anche fornito un sacco di bevande durante il giorno. La pulizia dei servizi igienici erano variabili con alcuni non così pulito o ben attrezzato come altri in modo da utilizzare a vostra discrezione. Abbiamo anche dato un sacco di mancia come siamo andati in giro per i siti in modo da avere suggerimenti pronti o essere pronti a dire di no senza vergogna. Grazie ancora ragazzi!
