Ottimo tour assolutamente da fare!
Fantastico tour con Elarya, ci sono venuti a prendere in hotel, viaggio confortevole in una bella macchina, pulita e moderna (cosa non scontata). Tutti gentilissimi, il ristorante ha una cospicua varietà di piatti. Una difficoltà è girare le tombe nel primo pomeriggio, sotto al sole del deserto..ma ovviamente c'è ben poco da fare e di certo non è colpa di nessuno. Ricordatevi di portare creme solari, ma tour assolutamente consigliato

Overall a good experience...
We went as a company of 16 people...Arwa was upto the point and make sure our activities, flight, airport drop off and pick up was smooth... she gave her 100%... Eshaak was pur tour guide and was very professional and knowledgeable. He make sure that we were happy and enjoying our views. The hot air balloon was tp die for. Eshaak was very reasonable with cartosh pricing and went out of his way to make us comfortable. Arwa and eshaak also gave ys very traditional lunch and a cake for my kids celebrations as well....giving 4 stars only for our stay at pyramisa hotel, it's a 1 star hotel comparing to usa....

Very poor communication and didn't feel safe
Our trip was postponed due to a road closure, this was not the tour operators fault. They offered to pick us up the next day at 4pm and pay for us to stay in a hotel in luxor, and then do the hot air balloon ride the next morning. We agreed to this and were picked up at 4pm the following day. The journey to Luxor was mostly OK until we were about an hour away, we went through a very busy town and I felt very unsafe. When we arrived in Luxor we were taken to our hotel for the night. We were a group of 3 (one couple and one single), staying in a nice hotel, in 2 separate rooms in Makadi Bay. The hotel they'd booked for us in Luxor was extremely old, run down and dirty, and they had booked just one room for all three of us. We had to argue this and eventually Nice Tours said they would agree to a second room "as a gift". The manager of the hotel was very helpful but I did not feel safe in the hotel. The staff were all wearing dirty clothes and flip flops. The hotel had not been maintained for years. The toilet didn't flush, the fridge in the room was dirty, and the doors were all rotting at the bottom. However, they did provide a good breakfast box the next morning. Nice tours communication was extremely limited. We had no idea what was happening. They had sent the odd message by WhatsApp but as soon as we had been picked up from our hotel in Makadi Bay, we had no WiFi (and no tour guide until the next day). There was also no WiFi in the hotel in Luxor so I sent a text message (at my own cost) to Merna at Nice Tours asking for them to send details of pick up time for the hot air balloon by text message instead of WhatsApp. I received no information back. Therefore, we didn't know what time we would be picked up in the morning for the hot air balloon ride. So we got up at 3am, and waited until 4.45 when we got picked up. Hot air balloon trip was good, the pilot was knowledgeable. But it was around 25-30 mins when it should have been 45-60 mins. We were then taken back to the old, run-down hotel. We didn't know why we had been taken back there, we were just told to get off the bus. We waited and were later picked up by our tour guide Jackie. She took us on a tour of all the tombs and temples and gave us a lot of interesting historical information. She was friendly but was constantly picking on one member of our group and made some unacceptable comments to him. The tour around the temples was good and we had a bit of time at each one. As it was a private tour we could choose to omit the shopping trip, and to add on a visit to the workers tombs which we would definitely recommend. Our driver for the day was really good, and he got us back to our hotel in Makadi Bay in good time. The main thing that let this trip down was the lack of communication and details from Nice Tours. I felt so unsafe on this tour that it has put me off doing anything similar in the future.

Amazing views, lovely historical sites, our tour guy Hamdy was great takong us around ensuring we had the best possible day and Elarya was communicative organising our trip

The description is inaccurate. After a 4hr commute we were brought to a restaurant to have a "free" breakfast which consisted of bread and various sauces. We weren't told until after our meal that the drinks weren't included (and were cash only). We then were left to sit in the restaurant for over 2hrs waiting to be taken to the hot air ballon location. I would have rather been picked up later than lounge around for 3hrs. The hot air ballon was a great experience, from the views, the pilot and the crew. However, after this everything went downhill. We were supposed to make various stops but instead the whole trip was rushed and we were only able to see the Valley of the Kings, and 1 temple. Instead of bringing us to all the listed stops, our guide took us to souvenir shops (where he obviously received a commission). Prior to us finishing the excursion, the guide pressured us to write a review and demanded to see that we submitted it (obviously we faked it). This is totally unprofessional, especially given that we had not been dropped back to our hotel which was 4hrs away.

Bomba è un buon pilota. Siamo arrivati a destinazione sani e salvi. Sono riuscito a dormire bene in macchina e non ho dovuto preoccuparmi di nulla. Gli ha spiegato molto bene come andrà avanti la giornata. Altamente raccomandato
