Die Tour war exzellent organisiert, mein Fahrer Saba brachte mich sicher nach Luxor und zurück, meine Reiseführerin Monica war ein Glücksfall für mich. Hochkompetent erklärte sie mir die Geschichte der Tempel und der Pharaonen (besonders interessant ihre Informationen zu Hatschepsut), wies mich auf Besonderheiten hin, ließ mir aber auch die Zeit, die ich brauchte, mich auf die überwältigenden Orte einzulassen. Zwischendurch war immer auch Zeit, mir meine neugierigen Fragen zum heutigen Leben zu beantworten. Die Bootsfahrt auf dem Nil in den Sonnenuntergang war wunderschön, das Hotel sehr gut. Das Essen am zweiten Tag war ausgezeichnete ägyptische Küche (am ersten solider Standard). Leider fiel die Ballonfahrt aus, wegen der ich mich für die recht teure (mit Eintritt 315,00 €) Fahrt entschieden habe, wegen falscher Windbedingungen aus. Kann passieren, sollte aber in der Beschreibung mit klaren Bedingungen drauf hingewiesen werden. Dass nicht einmal 15% des Preises erstattet wurden und man nicht mit sich reden ließ, fand ich ziemlich ärgerlich. Darum ein Stern Abzug. Ich empfehle, die Eintrittskarten vor Ort zu kaufen, dieser Service von nice-Tours ist überteuert.

The trip includes all the essentials of Luxor. The trip is packed but you really get a taste of the Luxor experience in a short time. The balloon trip was cancelled due to the wind direction but both the guide and the tour provider were very helpful in accommodating alteration of our plans.

This was s very nice and intense two day trip. We saw a lot of very existing monuments and palace. Our guide Aladdin was a amazing. He took good care of us throughout the days. Was very kind with historical data but also personal advice. He was friendly and easy to talk to. I felt safe in his company and he also showed us around in the city, at the fruit market and more. I can highly recommend this trip ans to ask for Aladdin as guide. I would use him anytime again.

Thank you for organising such a great trip for us, we were a little disappointed with the hotel we stayed at for the evening but understood why with the restrictions on travel during the night. However, we were very impressed with the two locations we ate food at in Luxor (Queens Hotel and Paris restaurant). Our guide (Samah) was very knowledgeable about all of the We also were very thankful for our driver taking us to Luxor and back and driving us around Luxor for the day. Hot air balloon Wow! What an experience!

This tour from start to finish was incredible. We were picked up in a private car by our fantastic driver Assam. After a 4 hour drive to Luxor we were met by our guide Maria (they both stayed with us for the 2 - day trip). We began at Karnak Temple, before moving onto Luxor Temple. Maria was a very informative guide and answered all of our questions-however silly or random they were! The pace of the tour was relaxed and we did not feel rushed at any stage, she also took some great photographs 📸 We then had lunch at a restaurant overlooking the Nile, food was included in the tour price but drinks were extra. Our driver then took us back to our hotel (part of the Jaz Hotels group) and Maria helped us check in. We then had the afternoon to do as we pleased. At 6pm our driver picked us up from the hotel and took us to a Fellucia ride on the Nile, this was a great way to end a long, as we got to see the sunset on the Nile. We were then taken to a restaurant where we had dinner on a rooftop terrace. The next day we were picked up at 4am and rode a hot air balloon! It was fantastic, and the views of Luxor/Valley of the King's was unforgettable!! After this, our driver and guide met us to take us to the Valley of the Kings. Maria sorted all of the tickets for us for every site across the 2 days so we could just relax and take it all in. The ticket price let's you visit 3 x tombs, others are extra per tomb, but Maria chose the best 3 for us! After, we then visited the Temple of Hatshepsut and learnt more about her as a Pharaoh. We then had lunch in a local restaurant and rode a camel! Assam had us back in our resort in Hurghada by 4.30pm. It was an unforgettable couple of days that we will cherish for ever!
