What a fantastic excursion this was! A day to remember, both for my daughter, my wife, and me. Mahmoud, our amazing guide, was truly fantastic! Very funny, sweet, and caring. The food was delicious, the captain and guide were friendly, we saw dolphins and visited beautiful places. This was worth every euro! If you're planning on booking an excursion, do it here; you won't regret it!

Absolutely AMAZING Would give them 10 ⭐️'s Easy to book online, once we had booked the communication was excellent, we knew where to meet them as they kept in contact via WhatsApp. We met Bob, captain and Bassem our tour guide who went above and beyond to make our experience one to remember. They changed the itinerary a little so that we got the best experience. We saw dolphins, Bob was tge first the sught them from many other captains in other boats and competed with them so we could see them several times. They then took us snorkeling, the only word is WOW, It was amazing. Our daughters are 11 and 13, they arent great swimmers yet Bassem and Bob helped them so much. They then took us to paradise island which was breath taking and the prepared a lovely fruit platter. My daughter took a gopro, Bob dived right diwn to get her some footage to remember. Cant recommend this excursion enough, which was down to Bob and Bassem....110% guys

Es war ein fantastischer Tag, noch besser als erwartet. Die Crew war zauberhaft zu den Kindern, die Spots einfach traumhaft und das Essen war sehr lecker. Mahmoud und seine Crew sind uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Non ci sono abbastanza parole per descrivere che tempo meraviglioso abbiamo avuto su questa barca con Abdul e il suo equipaggio! Ci ha chiesto cosa volevamo e ha facilitato tutto e di più! Il cibo era delizioso, le bevande erano fredde e gustose e la barca era pulita e ben tenuta! Abbiamo nuotato in alcuni posti bellissimi e Abdul è anche salito per aiutare mia nipote a trovare il pesce... . L'intera giornata è stata tremenda e abbiamo creato alcuni ricordi che custodiremo per sempre Grazie.

What can I say... from start to finish our trip was amazing.. The staff I could not do enough for us and the food was great aswell. I fully recommend to anyone wanting a private boat trip to use these guys as it was a top service made better by the amazing staff who went above and beyond to ensure our day was one to remember.. Will definitely use again on a return to hurgarda

A big shout out to Albert for organising the private boat hire. Your communication throughout was excellent. The transfers to and from the hotel were smooth, punctual, and helpful. The food served on board was exactly as requested, and my family really enjoyed it. I was also able to complete all the dives I had planned, and two beginner dives. My main reason for hiring a private boat was to ensure a truly personalised experience, especially since we had young children on board. Unfortunately, this is where I feel things could have gone more smoothly. The youngest of the four children was my son, and I was quite surprised by the lack of understanding shown toward him at times. When we first boarded, we were told we could explore the boat. My son went upstairs with his mother and briefly touched one of the throttles. My wife immediately moved him away and returned the control to its original position. When the boat started, the captain came down and stated that his boat had been damaged. I was shocked by this and asked for clarification, only to be told to “look after your kids.” Three of the four children are very independent, and I know there is CCTV footage showing how well-behaved they were. I apologised again and asked for an update but received a rather unpleasant response. I would have expected that, before starting the engine of any vehicle or boat, all controls would be checked and set to neutral. Once we set off, My family made sure that one parent was always with my son, and he stayed in the cabin for the rest of the trip. I had specifically chosen this type of boat because it catered to the needs of young children. On our return from Orange Bay, my son became upset and started crying. While boarding, the workers rinsed our feet. My son pointed to go into the cabin, but the door was closed by the captain. I was told to go back and wash off every trace of sand before entering. I had to carry my distressed son back to the washing area, where his uncle threw me a towel so I could dry both our feet. Only then were we allowed inside. This truly broke my heart, as I felt that a little understanding would have gone a long way. We would have happily cleaned up any sand he brought in, rather than have him kept outside while crying. If he hadn’t calmed down as soon as we entered the cabin, I would have asked the captain to turn back to the dock immediately. On a brighter note, the dive itself was excellent, and the service was otherwise very good. The crew members Essa and Islam were fantastic, and I was really impressed with how warmly they interacted with the children. While the mood improved toward the end, I do feel the way situations involving young children were handled could be kinder. This is my sixth visit to Egypt, and I’ve always found people here to be wonderfully warm and understanding, so this stood out to me. I hope this feedback helps make things even better for future families. That said, I’m still very glad I booked with you, and I can see myself booking again. Next time, I’d just like to make sure we’re placed with a crew who are genuinely caring with little ones.

We had a wonderful day on the yacht which passed so quickly. It started with spotting two dolphins, mum and baby, and continued with a visit to a sandbank for paddling swimming and then the highlight, snorkelling in warm waters among beautiful fish and corals. Lunch was copious and delicious. After more snorkelling we headed back to port, lazing on deck with a plateau of fresh fruit. It was perfect. The team looked after us very well and the organisation was excellent from initial contact, the car arranged to pick us up and drop us back at the hotel and the trip itself.
