ATTENZIONE: non credete a ciò che leggete.
Le mie due stelle vanno al capitano della barca e al suo assistente, che hanno fatto tutto il possibile per assicurarsi che ci divertissimo, nonostante gli inconvenienti che abbiamo incontrato fin dall'inizio. Il personale era perfetto. Per il resto, la descrizione del servizio è fuorviante. L'itinerario indica che l'ingresso a Giftun Island è incluso nel prezzo, ma non quello a Orange Beach, Eden Beach e Paradise Beach. Non essendo mai stata a Hurghada, non ho idea della differenza tra queste spiagge. Quando siamo arrivati sulla barca, ci è stato detto che l'accesso all'isola di Giftun non era incluso, contrariamente a quanto indicato nell'itinerario, in quanto l'isola di Giftun è costituita da Orange Bay, Paradise Bay e Eden Bay. Quando ho chiesto cosa fosse incluso nella linea di ammissione "Giftun Island", mi è stato detto che si trattava dell'accesso a un banco di sabbia (non un'isola). Alla fine, il banco di sabbia è in realtà una secca sommersa sotto un metro d'acqua, e non un banco di sabbia su cui si può camminare e sdraiarsi, come ci si potrebbe aspettare quando si parla di un'isola. I punti di snorkeling sono in mezzo al mare, con vento e mareggiate, quindi è impossibile per i bambini nuotare lì. In breve, è molto, molto lontano dalla descrizione paradisiaca.

Great cruise
Great experiente, from the begining with a nice driver, till the end with a cruise members and a wonderfull day! Swim a lot, snorkeling and saw the dolphins!

Amazing day trip
Booked a day trip with Egyptboats and they whole experience was amazing. we were a group of 22, and booked the Royal Pool boat. Picked up in comfortable mini busses on time, on arrival at the boat given the rules etc and then set off to see dolphins, then to a private island / sandbank, lunch then a swimming and snorkelling. The boat was spotless and really luxurious, with a pool and plenaty of shade / sundeck and seating. Lunch was fantastic and all soft drinks / tea coffee was included.

Boat trip on the Red Sea
We had a private boat trip on the red sea. Upmost great experience. We had the best captain with “an eye” for dolphins. Everything sporthal organized! I strongly recommand this campany. A great experience.

Viaggio incredibile
Abbiamo fatto una gita in barca privata con 12 persone, tra cui 4 bambini. Abbiamo trascorso l'intera giornata sull'acqua - è stata un'esperienza assolutamente meravigliosa. Il personale era molto attento, ha preso in considerazione tutti i nostri desideri, e ci ha mostrato alcuni bei posti. Il pranzo era eccellente. Siamo entusiasti di come è andata la giornata – grazie mille! Utilizzeremo sicuramente di nuovo i servizi di questa azienda e lo consiglieremo a tutti i nostri amici.

Amazing experience
Super trip, fantastic team and amazing experience with the dolphins. This was our second trip in 3yrs and we can't wait to book our next boat trip already for next year 🙂

Amazing, relaxing day on the Royal Pool boat
As a group of 14 we wanted to book a private boat trip during our stay in Hurghada and I'm so glad we found Albert and the gorgeous Royal Pool boat. The group included children aged 4, 9 and 12 and it catered for everyone. Communication via WhatsApp with Albert was great and all questions were answered. The cost of the boat included all soft drinks, food, hotel transfers, blue tooth speaker and snorkeling equipment. You are able to take your own alcohol onto the boat or Albert will purchase it (at an additional cost). The driver arrived at the hotel ahead of time and took us to the harbour where we were greeted by a friendly member of the crew. Whilst walking to the boat we were asked what we would like to do and where we would like to go because the day was about us. Once on the boat we went through health & safety and were shown the 4 levels of the boat. Below the restaurant deck is a chill out area with a TV, seating and bean bags which the kids loved, the restaurant deck where tea/coffee/soft drinks are available and lunch is served. The sun deck with seating and a small pool and then the top deck with sun loungers. Within minutes of setting off fresh fruit platters and drinks were served to us. We were then lucky enough to see dolphins whilst on the way to a small island. When we arrived we had a short swim to the island (life jackets were provided to those that needed it) and after spending a short while there we we off again to our snorkeling spot. The fantastic snorkeling guide first went out with the adults and then the children so everyone got to enjoy the experience. Lunch was then served which included pasta, rice, chicken, beef, salad and tasted amazing, this was prepared whilst we were on board so was all fresh. After lunch more snorkeling before heading back. It was honestly the most perfect, relaxing day. We were collected from the hotel (which was 60mins to the harbour) at 8.15am and arrived back at 6.15pm. The crew worked so hard during the day and gave us the most enjoyable day. We would most definitely recommend this company and this gorgeous boat.

Amazing!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely the best boat trip ever! We were a family of fourteen with a mix of adults and children of all ages, and everyone loved it. Everything was perfect — from the prompt pick up to the amazing staff, delicious food, and immaculate boat. It felt so safe and well-organised, and we had plenty of time to enjoy every moment. If we had more time, we’d do it again in a heartbeat! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again — can’t fault a single thing! x
