Magy created a truly memorable experience, explaining food and culture as we stopped at various restaurants and vendors. This is a must do if you’re interested in experiencing local cuisine and night life. Come hungry!!!

Magy is a phenomenal culinary tour guide. Truly felt like we were locals going out to eat. She explained everything well and was very organized. Take her advice about coming hungry seriously. I wished I had skipped lunch. Sooooo much (delicious) food

This was the most amazing experience and made our time in Cairo truly incredible. Our guide was wonderful and took such special care us and we made SO many stops! We loved getting off the beaten path, hearing about all the local foods, area, and culture. Could not have been better! Exceptional experience - and highly recommended. And seriously, when the host warns you in her pre-experience messages to come with an empty stomach, she really means it! The number and variety of different foods you can try is incredible. Magy was a lovely host - full of information, both about the food and its relation to daily life, and cultural aspects of life in Egypt. Everything was explained clearly and the pace of the experience was perfect - visiting many different places to try different types of food without any feeling of being rushed. I did follow her advice and came with an empty stomach, but still couldn't find room to try everything, so will just have to book the experience again next time I am in Cario!

If you come to Cairo, this experience is a must. I want to give a shout out to Magy someone who cares deeply about providing you an amazing experience, and that she did. She welcomes you to Cairo with an open heart and A LOT of knowledge. Her effort in ensuring we had an highly authentic, comforting and welcoming food experience in Egypt should get more than 5 stars, it truly is unbelievable how epic our time with her was. Make sure you don't eat before doing this experience, there is A LOT of food. Pace yourself to make sure you have room for ALL OF IT, it's a lot and it's ALL worth it. I don't usually use CAPS but this experience deserves the shout out. I'm very thankful Magy opened the doors to the local side of Cairo, where everyone was so very welcoming and the food was absolutely incredible. - -

Excellent experience with Magy! She truly showed us how the locals live and what foods they would typically have in a day. The food & tour felt authentic and Magy was a lot of fun, answering any questions we had. She was also super generous! Make sure you come hungry as there is an abundance of food to enjoy!

Truly authentic experience in a very local, not touristy neighborhood of Cairo. Magy was an amazing guide, her English was very good, and I tried so many new Egyptian foods that I didn’t know existed! Highly recommended!
