This tour is an absolute must-do during your first couple of days in Cairo. It's an experience you truly couldn't have without the expertise of a local guide like Nora. We started at one of the old city gates and walked through the lively streets of Old Cairo and the Khan el-Khalili bazaar. My husband and I had visited the bazaar earlier in the day, but it was nothing like the vibrant, bustling atmosphere that comes alive at night. Nora led us to a fantastic local restaurant where we enjoyed a meal we never would have discovered on our own. After dinner, we went to a local café brimming with live music and character, where we had some delicious coffee. We visited some off-tourist-track shops and saw local crafts and artisans at work. The real highlight of the tour was Nora herself. She's a fantastic guide --enthusiastic and incredibly knowledgeable. Our conversations touched on everything from Egyptian politics and culture to religion and food, and we learned so much about Cairo and Egypt as a whole. I highly recommend this tour!

Maya was a charming, personable, and knowledgeable guide in creating a memorable cultural experience! She shared the rich historical significance as we toured the area of the Khan Al-Khalili Marketplace. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring all the artisan crafts and taking in the unique Egyptian atmosphere! Maya knew exactly where to find the treasures we were seeking! Khalefa was incredibly knowledgeable and managed to share 7,000 years of Egyptian history in just one hour. We then visited a mosque and a local market, followed by a taste of real Cairo life in a traditional coffee shop. The day ended with a delicious meal.”

Reservamos en Tour nocturno a través de Viator. La experiencia fue estupenda!!! Tuvimos la gran suerte de tener como guía en español a BAKKAR. Super atento y amable con nosotros. Estuvimos en La Mezquita, en la calle más conocida, en la cafetería de los espejos tomando té, el típico bazar Jar el Jalili y cenando en un maravilloso restaurante comida típica egipcia Koshari. Bakkar ha sido un guía estupendo que nos explicaba todo super bien, íbamos sin prisa y hasta nos hacía las fotos con su móvil (que salian mucho mejor que con el nuestro) BAKKAR ERES EL MEJOR!!! También queremos agradecer al conductor Ali que nos llevaba y recogía de los sitios. Os recomiendo 100% este tour y ojalá os toque Bakkar de guía!!! Gracias
