Bucket list trip realized! My husband and I booked this tour in order to have a guide throughout the great pyramids of Giza as we read this would be the best safest way to see them Let me just say this tour with guide Khalefa MORE than exceeded our expectations!! Seriously we would give him 5 ++stars! His knowledge of ancient Egyptian history was captivating! He also was a great photographer taking the best pics of my husband and me with the pyramids and sphinx in the background as well as arranged an unforgettable camel ride thru the desert to the sphinx After visiting the pyramids his driver took us to an oils shop a papyrus store which was beautiful and finally to a jewelry store where we both bought our Egyptian cartouche. After shopping an authentic Egyptian meal was also included. Would highly recommend this tour. Make sure it is with Khalefa. We feel we made a friend forever by the end of the day

Oggi Abbiamo fatto il tour delle piramidi e ieri il tour del Cairo vecchia con street food assaggiando cibi tipici. Tutto perfetto. Ayoub É una guida molto preparata, puntuale e super organizzata e disponibile. Inoltre é un ottimo compagno di viaggio abbiamo fatto lunghe chiacchierate. Molto consigliato

It’s been almost a year since our trip to Cairo, and we still talk about how amazing the experience was — largely thanks to Ayoub. From day one, Ayoub was sincere, genuine, and all about good vibes. No politics, no pressure — just someone who truly wanted us to enjoy Egypt the right way. He treated my friends and me with real care, always looking out for us and making sure we were comfortable and safe. At one point, I almost fell for a local scam, and Ayoub immediately stepped in, pulled me out of the situation, and firmly handled it for us (much appreciated!). That alone speaks volumes about his integrity and how protective he is of his guests. His knowledge of the sites we visited was top-tier, and he was very mindful of our pace — never rushed, never overwhelming. On top of that, his command of the English language is excellent, making explanations clear, engaging, and easy to follow. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind tour guide in Cairo, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ayoub. Would absolutely book with him again.

knowledgeable guide, pleasant, took the time to explain details and point out hidden aspects of the museum’s collection. Adapted the program to-the needs of the client such as skipping over things already seen, using the ramp/stairs or lift and even finding vegetarian food for lunch. Was professional and communicated well both in messaging and in person.

The pyramids are a wonderful site to visit. However, avoid guides. We had hired one before we travelled and she seemed really helpful and was planning our visits etc. She gave us quotes stating that transport in Egypt is really expensive and everyone is out to scam foreign tourists. When we started the tour after paying her she turned out to be really bad, always demanding money and she hugely overcharged us. It is best to reach Egypt and use the hotel to hire one if required. In fact even for cars just use the hotel resources.
