Great experience visiting Siwa and its amazing sites (Desert, Salt Lakes, Mountain of the Deads, Temple of the Oracle...) with Luxury Tours Egypt. Mohamed and Mustafa were really kind and made this trip a really nice time.

O guia Tolba, foi essencial para essa experiência no Egito, pois me senti segura e pude aproveitar mais. Fiz o tour de 3 dias em Siwa ( oásis) e as pirâmides de giza + Sqaara com a empresa e além de me apresentar os pontos turísticos, tive a oportunidade de vivenciar o cotidiano. Tolba super paciente para explicar a história do local e com um excelente inglês.

I’ve been fortunate to return regularly to Egypt , to pursue my passion for the archaeological wonders that exist in this timeless land. On my recent visit , my travelling companion and I discovered the desert oasis of Siwa and the ‘chill out’ hospitality vibe that teased us into a slower rhythm after leaving the chaotic din of our beloved Cairo. We booked a charming hotel ‘ Dream Lodge’ and our gregarious guide Ali aka (love machine ) introduced us to Bedouin hospitality at its best. We quickly became enmeshed in everyday life and were bustled off to attend an official opening meal , as guests at a restaurant in downtown. Between Ali attending a wedding and a funeral in the week of our stay we were transported to Al Wahi Temple , Gebel al Mawta and to float in the turquoise waters surrounded by snow white salt ( el Mallahaat ) But we were drawn daily to the beauty of the surrounding palm trees and the mineral healing properties of the hot spring of Aman Ykden and relished our take out from Abdo Restaurant ,that would arrive at our door of an evening , delivered by the irrepressible ‘love machine’. A thousand salaams to Ali and to the very venerable Gamel Yousef Mansour ( Dream Lodge ,manager ) for making our stay a special one. Cheryl and Pamela

We had a fantastic time at the siwa oasis! Mahmoud, our guide, was really skilled, attentive and laid-back, he made us feel really relaxed and comfortable at all times, he answered all our many questions and made sure we had an unforgettable experience. We really enjoyed the salt lakes, the evening soaking in the hot-springs and especially the desert! The huge endless sand dunes with silky sand were definitely the highlight of our trip, and we came purely because we wanted to see that. We drove around them in a 4x4 which was super fun, amazing views! Huge thank you to Mahmoud for making this a relaxing and breathtaking trip for us, would definitely recommend him as a guide and this trip to anyone! Small note to the company: we spoke to the manager of Luxury Tours Egypt prior to our trip, we wanted to have a small adjustment in our program to skip some sights to spend more time in the desert filming (as we needed some footage for a project we are working on) which he initially approved of. But in the end it wasn’t possible. I would really suggest to Luxury Tours Egypt to provide more flexibility on private tours, as for many tourists this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to visit such natural sights. The rest was wonderful!

Недавно вернулись из потрясающего путешествия по Египту, и хочу выразить благодарность нашему гиду Махмуду. Он не только искусный водитель, что особенно важно в условиях пустыни Сахара, но и чуткий, внимательный гид. Махмуд показал нам удивительные места, включая живописные оазисы, солевые озера и древние храмы в Оазисе Сива не утомляя присутствиями на маркетах. Самое впечатляющие это были пески и барханы grand sand sea, лучшее что я видел в жизни из природных явлений. Из рекомендаций, хочется в два раза больше времени провести там. Махмуд также познакомил нас с местной кухней, каждый прием пищи сопровождался уникальными напитками , особенно запомнился тростниковый сок с базиликом и лаймом. Махмуд проявил особое внимание к нашим потребностям и предпочтениям, был ненавязчив и внимателен делая наше путешествие максимально комфортным и интересным. Очень рекомендую Махмуда как гида, если вы хотите увидеть настоящий Египет и особенно пустыни.

To start off, let me make clear that this is the best tour I’ve ever been on in my life, and I’ve been to about 40 countries. I was picked up by Tolba from my hotel, and we departed for Siwa. He was cheerful, informative, and personable. We quickly got along and the long drive seemed short due to his hospitality. He prioritized giving me the best possible experience and changed around the scheduled in accordance to my best interests, in order to experience certain activities at the most suitable times, such as the amazing sunset on Fetnas Island (Siwa Oasis). To end off day 1, we went to the natural hot springs and then had delicious baked chicken (baked underground in accordance to ancient tradition). The next day, we visited Alexander the Great’s temple (he actually visited that temple in real life) and then Mahmud the local Siwa tour guide came to pick me up for the desert safari. He spoke amazing English and was a terrific driver in the sand dunes. Next, we went sandboarding and then prepared tea over a self made fire to catch the sunset in the desert. He knew all the best spots, as he has been doing this for much longer than the average tour guide. 15/10 experience there. For dinner, we had traditional Egyptian food again (minced meat in a hot pot), which was delicious. Finally, the drive the following day to Cairo was pleasant, as Tolba is a great driver. Can’t say enough good things about my experience. Will be recommending Luxury Tours Egypt to all my friends and family who come to this country.

Everything was really perfect like a guide, the scenery.. I’ve never seen such a scene in my life. 한국인을 위해서 리뷰남겨드립니다. 우선 오전에는 툭툭이타고 곳곳의 관광지를 이동해요. 소금호수나, 죽음의 산, 등등 많이 이동하고 1시쯤에 점심을 먹어요. 점심도 맛있고 닭다리랑 쌀이여서 맛있게 먹었습니다. 실패할 수 없는 조합이죠. 그러곤 2시반쯤에 호텔에 픽업하러오는데 사파리투어가 진짜 너무재밌어요. 롤로코스터 저리가라입니다. 가이드분도 친절하시고 진짜 재밌는시간 보냈습니다. 일몰시간때는 카페트를펴고 차를 마시는데 캬… 차맛 죽입니다. 가이드님이 사진도 진짜 이쁘게찍어주세요. 혼자오셔도 사진 이쁘게 남기실수 있어요. 정말 좋은시간보냈고 여기서 좋은추억 남기고가세요.

One of the absolute highlights of our trip to Egypt! We couldn't wish for a better guide, Eslam, to show us around the oasis. Eslam - a local celebrity in Siwa ;) - knew all the ins and outs of the town, introduced us to the loveliest people, and showed us the hidden gems during our trip. We felt incredibly safe and welcomed, leaving us with a friend for life. I would highly recommend asking for him when you decide to book the tour!
