Long drives, but very worth it! If you get Ahmed the driver and my tour guide is a true legend. The activities were far beyond my expectations. In fact it was probably the best part of my month of traveling in Egypt. The 4WD experience was a real rush and definitely the best part of it.

Siwa was a trip highlight! From the salt pools, to the magical sunsets, to the awesome heart pounding four wheel drive in the desert... this trip had it all! Our guide was excellent and full of interesting facts and tailored the trip to suit us! 100% would recommend this trip!

個人で行くにはハードル高さを感じる街、シワ。 そこにガイド兼ドライバーのHanyさんがずっと帯同してくれました。 初日はカイロからの移動後、サンセットを湖のほとりで眺めるスタート。 ２日目は死者の山、昔の街の跡地、クレオパトラが入った？池、ソルトレイク、最後は砂漠を車で大移動からのサンドボード体験とサンセットを砂漠で眺めて終わり。 ３日間はオプションでカイロにある日本語対応してくれるお土産屋に連れて行ってもらったり、ピラミッドへのバギー体験をしてツアー終了です。 ２日目までは、宿泊先から食事もすべてお任せ。お水やスナック等も用意してくれました。 最終日のオプションは、Hanyさんの提案でするかしないか選ぶこともできます。 移動中は、車から見える景色のことから、エジプトの不思議に思うこと、本人のこと等、色んなことを教えていただきました。 アラビア語もいくつか教えていただき私としては本当に充実した時間でした！ 最後の最後に、声かけられてもホイホイついていくなって忠告と仲裁までしていただきました。（不覚にもHanyさんや彼の知り合いとしか過ごしてなかったのでスキができてしまいました、、） 彼は日本語は話せないのでその点は難しいと感じる人はいるかもしれません。 ただ、それでも楽しんでもらいたい！エジプトの良いところを伝えたい！ そんな思いをひしひしと感じられる時間でした。 ツアー代金とは別でチップが必要ですが、 それは皆さんが彼らとのツアーにどれだけ満足したかで決めたら良いことだと思います。 初めてのエジプト、 でも遺跡ばかりではなくて少し変わった街に行ってみたいと思う方はぜひ彼らに委ねてみると素敵な体験と時間を過ごすことができるかも。 良いことばかり書きましたが、お世辞抜きで楽しい時間でした。 Hanyさんの助けに感謝です。

It was a fabulous experience. I’m glad we were not deterred by the long drive. The Siwan sites are spectacular, the tour guide was fantastic and very personable and knowledgeable. We had the best time. Stand outs are of course the salt lakes, the sand duning and lunch at Mataam Mama.

Hamy è stato una guida meravigliosa e comprensiva in questo tour vorticoso intorno a Siwa. Dalle antiche tombe ai laghi salati e allo shopping notturno al mercato. Ci siamo sentiti al sicuro e abbiamo goduto del meglio che questa magica oasi aveva da offrire, non solo una festa per gli occhi ma anche ottima per le papille gustative.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience touring Siwa Oasis with Amr from Cairo! From start to finish, he was kind, friendly, hilarious, and incredibly welcoming. He made the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable, and his personality really made the trip special. Amr speaks phenomenal English and is extremely knowledgeable about Siwa, its history, culture, and the different places we visited. He was also very understanding and patient, and he made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire tour. He was also a phenomenal photographer/videographer. What really stood out to me was how much fun I had. Amr wasn’t just a tour guide — he genuinely made the experience feel like I was spending the day with someone who wanted me to have the best possible time. I learned so much, laughed a LOT, and got to experience Siwa in such a memorable way. If you’re visiting Siwa Oasis, I highly recommend booking with Amr. He was absolutely wonderful, and I’m so grateful for the experience!
