A million lanterns in the sky
Good trip. Food was great & tent was comfortable, sleeping bag and mattress were provided.
Best moment is seeing the stars ⭐️ covering the sky like a million lanterns 🏮.
One unforgettable thing is seeing the dessert fox 🦊.
White dessert is something else to see 🏜️
A few comments:
- The driving is long 😩, about 10 hours 7am to 5pm. Only stops for first day are for bathroom, lunch, black mountain and sand boarding. Would have appreciated clearer information on duration of the drive.
Suggestion for improvement:
1 - A guide to explain the history or geography of all the places visited.

Just do it
Top Tour, a lot of different spots visited. They are well organized and planned. Food was also delicious, sleeping in the tent in the middle of the desert was amazing

White and black desert
Experiencia increíble! Muy recomendado para ir al desierto por primera vez. Las estrellas, la luna, el sol, se aprecian de una forma increíble! Y toda la experiencia en si, la comida estuvo excelente, típica del lugar y la atencion muy buena! Nos tocó el guía Emed, muy amigable, compartiendo experiencias y ayudando en todo momento. Realmente recomendable!!

Esperienza unica davvero, ad un prezzo super conveniente vivrete una esperienza unica e indimenticabile! Avrete ottima colazione pranzo e cena inclusi farete surf sulle dune e vedrete indimenticabili scenari. Tutto gestito con puntualità gentilezza e correttezza. Ottima la nostra guida Emed!

Brutta esperienza.-
Innanzitutto devo dire che il primo autista è stato molto gentile e attento. Tuttavia, ha usato il cellulare mentre guidava, cosa che non dovrebbe fare, anche se ho capito che è pratica comune qui.
Anche Moustafa, la guida nel deserto, era al cellulare per la maggior parte del tempo, sia sulla strada che nel deserto stesso.
In secondo luogo, il furgone di Moustafa aveva diversi problemi: aveva un problema al motore, le cinture di sicurezza non potevano essere utilizzate, i finestrini non potevano essere aperti o chiusi quando era necessario, e stava fumando all'interno. Riguardo a quest'ultimo, ho capito che trattandosi del suo camion, non potevo dire nulla, ma questo ha portato alla situazione peggiore. A un certo punto, ha gettato una sigaretta accesa dalla finestra, e non e' uscita o e' rientrata. Il punto è che ho iniziato a sentire calore sulla schiena, ed è stata la sigaretta a bruciarmi la giacca. Questo mi ha davvero turbato perché è una giacca costosa con valore sentimentale, che ora dovrò sostituire in qualche modo. L'agenzia e la guida hanno solo detto "scusa".
Infine, le istruzioni della guida durante il tour erano minime. Tutto è stato affrettato al mattino, e poi abbiamo dovuto aspettare un'ora per il driver successivo. Siamo stati nel Deserto Nero per 5 minuti.
Moustafa aveva con sé un assistente, Giuseppe, che era molto attento e disponibile. Tuttavia, hanno trascorso tutto il tempo a parlare tra loro in arabo, il che ha interrotto la dinamica del gruppo. Mi dispiace che l'esperienza sia stata così negativa per me, ma consiglio vivamente di non farlo con questa agenzia.

Amazing! Stunning views in the Black & White desert, fun with the sandboarding, delicious vegan-friendly lunch and dinner freshly cooked and a calm night camping. Very well organised and Mohammed knows the desert like the back of his hand!

Very good tour. Sandboarding was a great experience. Hany our driver and guide was excellent. He made sure we had a good experience. Food was great too.
