Fin dal processo di prenotazione, abbiamo avuto singolo POC che era sempre disponibile e ci ha aiutato attraverso il viaggio.
Il signor Ahmed Helmi Ali è stato la nostra guida turistica per tutta la crociera sul Nilo. Lui è certamente la migliore guida che abbiamo mai visto e il motivo chiave per la nostra straordinaria esperienza una volta nella vita. Altamente informato, appassionato, paziente, ottimo inglese e semplicemente fantastico.

Grande crociera con una guida turistica molto esperta
L'intero processo di pianificazione e prenotazione del viaggio è stato molto facile, e ho apprezzato la loro reattività e flessibilità. Siamo stati prelevati all'aeroporto di Assuan, e un rappresentante ci ha portato alla nostra guida e autista. Tutto era molto ben organizzato. Avevamo una macchina molto nuova e ci siamo sentiti molto sicuri con il nostro autista. La nostra guida, Mahmoud, era molto esperta, e ci è piaciuto ascoltarlo e imparare da lui. Abbiamo anche aggiunto Abu Simbel, e il viaggio è stato di nuovo molto ben organizzato. È stato fantastico, e abbiamo imparato molto. Mahmoud è anche un ottimo fotografo e ci ha scattato bellissime foto. Il suo inglese è eccellente, e le nostre conversazioni sono state senza sforzo. Alla fine, abbiamo deciso all'ultimo minuto di aggiungere il giro in mongolfiera a Luxor. Mahmoud ha organizzato tutto per noi, ed è stato meraviglioso. Consigliamo vivamente di prenotare con loro. Non abbiamo avuto problemi a tutti, e il team è stato estremamente disponibile. E' stata un'esperienza fantastica. La nave, MS Medea, era bellissima. La nostra camera era spaziosa e molto pulita e il cibo e il servizio erano ottimi.

Avventure indimenticabili con una delle guide turistiche egiziane più conosciute

Abbiamo avuto una fantastica gita di 4 giorni da Assuan a Luxor con la nostra guida turistica, Ahmad (II) Sliem. Era estremamente professionale, competente, e ha reso l'intero viaggio molto rilassato per la nostra famiglia. Le sue spiegazioni sulla storia egizia, i templi e tutti i siti che abbiamo visitato erano chiare, dettagliate e facili da seguire.
Ci ha anche guidato molto bene sulle abitudini e costumi locali, che ha reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole e confortevole. Ha mantenuto un equilibrio perfetto — sempre disponibile quando necessario, ma dandoci abbastanza spazio per goderci il viaggio come una famiglia.
Amichevole, affidabile e veramente dedito al suo lavoro. Ci siamo sentiti completamente a nostro agio durante tutto il tour.
Altamente raccomandato per chiunque visiti l'Egitto e alla ricerca di una guida affidabile e competente!

Ottima guida
Mahmoud Hassan era una guida impressionante, e ha davvero reso questo un buon viaggio come avrebbe potuto essere! Tutto l'equipaggio era disponibile e cordiale.
La folla era significativa in alcune delle località del tour a causa del programma e della direzione della crociera, tuttavia Mahmoud ha reso questo il più fluido possibile.

Memory of a Lifetime
Hands down, the BEST experience I could ask for in Egypt. The cruise was relaxing, the staff were friendly, but what made my trip very memorable was my tour guide Michael Edwards. Michael was assigned as my private guide for 5 days. He was very knowledgeable, showed his passion for the rich Egyptian history, his enthusiasm was invigorating, very personable, professional, very attentive, lined everything up (door to door) up until dropping me off at the airport. It was overall an amazing experience, I would highly recommend it. Ask for Michael Edwards as your tour guide! And book your cruise on the Amwaj!

I would love to go back!
I decided to book with Luxor and Aswan Travel because the Operations Manager, Hany Dosouki, had quick and clear email responses. His details and suggestions made me trust working with this travel agent in Egypt. I had a customized five-day plan, including a Nile cruise and private visiting options. Our schedule was successfully managed by one guide, Mohamed (Momo), for all five days, and he suggested alternate schedules if the weather and timing were not suitable. He was exceptionally prepared, very approachable, and looked after his group--helping with Egyptian cultural customs and informing us of tourist traps. Their drivers and team were truly trusted, and I had comfortable stays at the cruise and hotel. They answered all my questions and concerns right away, including those on Egyptian history, culture, language, and other thoughts that came up. The payment processes were clear as well. I strongly recommend Luxor and Aswan Travel. Love Egypt!

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία που αξίζει να την κάνουν όσοι σκοπεύουν να επισκεφτούν την Αίγυπτο!
Το γραφείο τα είχε κανονίσει όλα τέλεια για εμάς τους 4. Κάναμε μια 4ημερη εκδρομή στο Νείλο και είδαμε τα πιο όμορφα μέρη χωρίς να μας λείψει καμία άνεση. Ο οδηγός μας, ο Ahmed Sliem, ήταν απίστευτος, δε θα μπορούσαμε να έχουμε καλύτερο! Νιώσαμε άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή μαζί του, οικογενειακά ❤️ και θα χαρούμε να τον ξαναβρούμε!

Super unbelievable!!!
This trip was unbelievable!! Ahmed Sliem our tour guide had a real knowledge of Egyptian history!! He made our trip super comfortable and he took us everywhere we wanted to go shop and see! The crew at the Sonesta Star Godess was very nice! The room clean and the food amazing! I did not felt uncomfortable at all in all the days!!I had a great time!

The best tour guide we have ever met in Egypt
I recently took a Nile River cruise from Aswan to Luxor with my friends, and we were truly impressed by the professionalism and passion of our guide Mr. Ashraf. Throughout every classic site we visited along the way including egyption temples and museums, he was incredibly enthusiastic, warm, and genuinely dedicated to making sure we had the best experience.
His knowledge of Egyptian history and ancient monuments was exceptional. He explained each temple, tomb, and historical site with such clarity and depth that it made the entire journey far more meaningful. You can tell he has spent years studying these places, and he shared his insights with so much patience and joy.
What I appreciated most was how willing he was to answer questions, offer additional stories, and help us understand the cultural and historical background behind everything we saw. His passion for Egypt’s heritage truly elevated the trip.
He also kindly help us find some special egyptian spices for our Taiwanese friend for gifts. We really appreciate his kind and warmness.
Thanks to him, our cruise from Aswan to Luxor became an unforgettable and enriching experience. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a guide who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and enthusiastic.
