We had an awesome visit to Egypt. Right from the time of making the reservation to the time we returned, Hany was there to take care of us. We had an Egyptologist who accompanied us throughout our visit and had very informative visits to the Pyramids and temples. Highly recommend.

Everything about the trip was good to great, but what really put this company above every other is Hany and his customer service. Our group was very last minute in planning everything but Hany took care of us and made the whole process easy and straightforward. From driver, to guide, to pick-up, and drop-offs, everything was planned well and Hany would check in on us every time to make sure we were ok. Thanks Hany for going above and beyond all the time :)

Luxor and aswan travel arranged Princess sarah nile cruise for 4 days and 3 nights.The services provided were excellent and our tour guide Ismael provided us with expert knowledge about all the places we visited,he was very punctual and very helpful during our tour. The buffet on board was delicious with a variety of dishes to choose from. We enjoyed the cruise ship tour. Thanks to Luxor and Aswan travel and Mr Ismael for a memorable trip.

The principal organiser Hany is sincere and helpful in every manner imaginable. Responding immediately to all and any queries about the Egyptian experience, whether its in direct relation to the tour being offered or any information i needed to be aware of to ensure my overall travels needs were met. Aswan and Luxor are a must when visiting Egypt. This is a 5 Star Company in every respect. Being a world traveller i have learnt to be discerning when dealing with travel agents however this experience with Luxor and Aswan Travel has provided me with one of the best memorable experiences i could have wished for. Highly recommend this company, you cant go wrong. I am an Australian who loves learning about spirituality and history.

Awesome trip designed by Luxor travel it was excellent. Hany our travel agent set everything up. We had the four day cruise and three nights in Cairo. We had two tour guides Mohamed in Luxor who was excellent and treated us like family. Jimmy in Cairo who was very good and watched over us. awesome guides. I would recommend this travel agency and these tour guides to everyone who wants to come to Egypt because of their attention to detail and because they’re awesome, awesome customer service.

Throughout the entire process our experience with the tour exceeded our expectations. First with Hany who not only help us during the booking process and then with our tour guide Yasser (BEST spanish tour guide ever), who was not only the kindest but also the most efficient tour guide in whole Egypt. (His spanish was flawless) Without a doubt we won’t consider returning to Egypt unless we do it with Luxor & Aswan Travel. Two big upsides and differential factors from other agencies are that not only does our tour guide knew all the tips and it was like doing a fast-track from the other tourists but also the other differential factor from other agencies is that you can pay the entire tour by card and no cash is needed wich could become quite a relive.

It was a dream of mine to visit Egypt ever since I was a kid. Thanks to Hany and his team at Luxor and Aswan Travel, my dream came true without a hitch. Right from the beginning Hany was remarkably prompt in responding to my emails. I don’t know where he finds time to sleep but he has a work ethic that’s second to none and he makes his clients feel looked after 24/7. I booked the Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor with stops at the Edfu and Kom Ombo temples along the way. Hany also set me up with a tour guide named Mohammed Badawy. He accompanied me to Abu Simbel, the Philae Temple, Edfu and Kom Ombo, as well as the main sites at Luxor (Valley Of The Kings, Luxor and Karnak temples etc). Mohammed was amazing. He was very talkative and funny and has a very extensive knowledge of ancient Egypt. He really helped bring the history to life and allowed me to get the most out of my visits to each historical site. He was even willing to get up extra early so that I could have more time to tour the Valley of the Kings and beat the crowds. The Nile Cruise was top knotch as well. The ship I was on was beautiful and very comfortable, not to mention the food was fantastic. All in all I can’t reccomend Luxor and Aswan Travel enough if you want to see what the cities of Luxor and Aswan have to offer. They really go the extra mile to make sure their clients get everything they want out of their trip!

Unlike TravelCo which took them 3 days to return my call (and they called at 4:30 am), Mr. Hany el Dosouki from “Luxor and Aswan Travel,” answered me immediately. He informed me what the trip didn’t include (Abu Simbel), and when I told him I wanted Abu Simbel, he made it happen. He kept contact with me before and during the trip and set me up with a modern cruise ship that has excellent food. On the sight-seeing end, Dr. Ashref Abdou is one of the few tour guides who can actually read hieroglyphics. I’ve seen tourist asks their tour guide to translate, and the tour guides responses is “you need a professional for that, I can’t do it.” Well, Dr. Ashref is that professional who can translate. He’s an actual Egyptologist, and he’s a good-hearted gentleman on top of that. He knows all the reliable local drivers and the best shop keepers around. Ask for these two men if you want to enjoy the beauty of Ancient Egypt.

We are a long term travelling family who found ourselves lost about the best way to experience the Nile and all its treasures. We found Luxor and Aswan Travel while browsing the internet and contacted them for help. They were able to match a price we found on an online discount site and provide us a very comfortable suite and adjoining room for a 4 day/3 night Nile Cruise on the Radamis I with a private guide. The boat exceeded our expectations and our guide, Ahmed, was so knowledgeable, respectful and kind. We are told he is actually a professor and has been touring for over 20 years. His knowledge about all things Egypt is incredible. We added a trip to Abu Simbal, a 3 hour drive, and our son left his bag behind. Ahmed and Hany from Luxor and Aswan Travel went out of their way to locate the bag, connect us with tourist police to identify it and have a driver bring it to our stop in Edfu! They continuously told us not to worry and there was no charge for the bag to be returned. We are so grateful we enlisted the help of Luxor and Aswan Travel to set up our cruise and support us along the way. We don't usually use an agent but we don't hesitate to recommend them. True service is shown when problems happen and this company is first class!

Let me begin with the absolutely outstanding service we received from hany at Luxor and Aswan travel. Hany apparently never sleeps. He was always responsive to my emails day or night. He put together this wonderful cruise on a top of the line river cruise boat. The staff on the Sun ray were excellent!!! From the reception staff to the room stews and then the restaurant staff were exceptional. I highly recommend this ship! Super clean, elegant and exceptional service. Now to our tour guide Mr. Ahmed Magally. He is an extremely knowledgeable Egyptologist who transforms you to the ancient times of the pharaohs while visiting the beautiful sites by his unique way of storytelling that brings the past to life. Aside from his expertise, he is an amazing human being who cares for his guests and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. If you’re thinking of doing this once in a lifetime experience, absolutely ask for Ahmed to guide you through it.
