Great experience, I travelled with my son and we had a privte Guide Mahmoud, who knows a lot and taught us much of the interesting Egyptian history. We had the opportunity to go also to Abu Simbel and a Nubian village for $ 330 extra.

3 nights / 4 days of Nile cruise is a well organized tour for Aswan and Luxor area. First 1-2 days are more chill, and the last days are a bit in rush. The reason for that is all the ships follow the same route at the same time. This makes all the visited places very crowded. Our private guide Mo was very knowledgable about Egyptian history, and the information he gave about historical artifacts made this tour more special.

Abbiamo avuto una fantastica esperienza sulla crociera tra Assuan e Luxor. La sistemazione sulla barca era incantevole, e il personale siamo cordiale, accogliente, ed estremamente disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti davvero di conoscere il personale e abbiamo ricevuto un servizio personale da loro. Tutto è stato organizzato bene, anche quando il tempo (venti forti) ha ritardato la barca quindi le visite e le escursioni hanno dovuto essere leggermente riorganizzate, tutto è andato liscio. La nostra guida, Mahmoud, è stata brillante durante tutto il viaggio, dandoci tutte le informazioni importanti sui siti che stavamo visitando, e anche le sue intuizioni personali. Ha davvero fatto il miglio in più (letteralmente) quando volevamo camminare tra i templi di Karnak e Luxor, piuttosto che tornare in macchina, in modo da poter sperimentare il Viale delle Sfingi, venendo con noi nonostante fosse nel caldo di mezzogiorno, e condividendo le sue conoscenze.

Abbiamo fatto il tour e ci siamo divertiti molto. Chiedi di avere la nostra stessa guida Ahmed Sliem. Era divertente, perspicace e ci ha mostrato il miglior tempo possibile! Inoltre, prova a fare la cosa della mongolfiera ; è stato incredibile! Grande amore da David e PL

Questa compagnia era fantastica. Ci sono stati diversi problemi (tempeste di sabbia, ecc) e questa azienda ha gestito proattivamente tutti per noi davvero bene. C'è una guida o un autista con te letteralmente ogni secondo che non sei sulla barca. La nostra guida era Ahmed Sliem. Assicurati di chiedere di lui nello specifico. Potrebbe essere la guida più gentile e rispettosa che abbiamo mai avuto. Il tuo viaggio sarà migliore usando questa compagnia con lui come guida.

Our trip through Egypt was nothing short of magical, thanks to our incredible tour guide Dr. Ashraf Al Raafey. As an experienced archaeologist, he brought history to life with his wealth of knowledge, answering every question with clarity, depth and enthusiasm. From temples to tombs, every stop on our journey was enriched by his storytelling and insight. He was not only informative but also patient, professional, warm and genuinely funny—making every day feel special and enjoyable. Dr. Ashraf even went above and beyond to celebrate one of our birthdays on our Nile cruise with a surprise cake and a custom-made cartouche. It was such a thoughtful and unforgettable moment. Even other tour guides stopped to tell us we had the best—and they were right. If you’re heading to Egypt, do everything you can to book a tour with Dr. Ashraf. You won’t regret it!

We had a great experience with Luxor and Aswan Travel and our guide Ahmed Sliem. All the admin in the run up to the trip was handled with no fuss. On the trip itself everything worked perfectly. Ahmed made sure everything was exactly how we needed it, went above and beyond in making us comfortable and was a great uide round the temples and tombs; knowledgeable and fun but not overbearing and giving us plenty of time for us to explore as a family after explaining the histroy and showing us some highlights and interesting features at each site.

We have just enjoyed a 4 day trip down the Nile with our guide Ahmed Sliem. Ahmed was very welcoming and took care of everything for us. He gave great explanations about the amazing sites that we visited, but also gave us time at each place to explore as a family. Thank you Ahmed
