Family trip along the Nile
We had a fantastic time on the Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor on the Blue Shadow. It was very well organised by Hany from Luxor and Aswan travel with great communication. He also organised a trip for us to the Pyramids while we were in Cairo.
The ship was lovely with a swimming pool on the top deck and delicious food. Our children really enjoyed playing in the pool while we sailed down the Nile.
Our tour guide Ahmed Silem was fantastic. He took really good care of us over the whole trip, keeping us informed of what would be happening next and even getting us things we needed along the way. The trips along the way were great and Ahmed was very knowledgeable about all of the sites and was good at including our children too.

Wonderful Nile cruise and Egyptologist guide
Spending four days with Ashraf was an absolute pleasure. From the moment we met, he made us feel instantly at ease. He was generous with his time, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. He went out of his way one afternoon and organised an additional excursion for us to visit which we really appreciated.
Ashraf’s knowledge was truly impressive! He brought every site to life with his fascinating insights and stories and could answer any question we put to him, no matter how obscure.
Ashraf was extremely helpful in every situation, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. His support was invaluable throughout the trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a more helpful or caring guide. Exploring ancient Egypt with our wonderful guide Ahmed Sliem
Our tours with Ahmed were spectacular! He has great knowledge and is a generous person. He treated us like royalty and made sure any concerns were addressed immediately. He gave us info and warnings so we weren’t taken advantage of along the way.
We enjoyed our touring with him so much we added another day of visiting sites.
We visited temples and tombs, took a hot air balloon and camel rides and enjoyed some delicious meals with his guidance.
Ahmed was always happy to share his knowledge and humor, great combination.
If we get back to the Luxor/Aswan area, we will be sure to reach out to Ahmed for more adventures and laughs.

Thank you for giving us the trip of a lifetime! Our tour guide, Ahmed Sliem treated us like family as he took care of our every need and took us on memorable excursions along the Nile River. He was engaging and entertaining and I would strongly recommend Ahmed to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and fun guide to lead you in Egypt. Indimenticabili 4 Giorni ad Assuan & Luxor
Ho avuto un incredibile tour di 4 giorni ad Assuan e Luxor con la guida Ahmed Sliem. Tutto era così ben organizzato e perfettamente in tempo con visite in ogni sito.
Ahmed ha dato vita a ogni tempio e tomba con la loro profonda conoscenza e passione per la storia egizia. Visitare Abu Simbel, navigare sul Nilo, esplorare la Valle dei Re e passeggiare per i templi di Karnak e Luxor è stato indimenticabile grazie alla sua narrazione.
Oltre ad essere un'eccellente guida, Ahmed era gentile, attento e faceva sempre il possibile per aiutarmi con consigli locali e scattare foto incredibili. Davvero una delle esperienze migliori del mio viaggio in Egitto. Altamente consigliato!

Ottimo tour con Mahmoud
Ho apprezzato molto il nostro tour con Luxor e Aswan Travel. Abbiamo fatto la crociera di quattro notti da Luxor ad Assuan, e dall'inizio alla fine è stato eccellente. Mahmoud era una guida meravigliosa — la sua conoscenza della storia e della cultura ci ha davvero stupito, ed era anche una persona così genuinamente gentile e piacevole con cui trascorrere del tempo. La barca era fantastica, i siti erano assolutamente incredibili, e tutti quelli che abbiamo incontrato era così accomodante. Consiglio vivamente questa esperienza, e soprattutto Mahmoud come guida!

Luxor & Aswan Travel is definitely an agency to consider if you are planning a trip to Egypt. Years ago, we took a Nile cruise with them, and we were truly impressed—not only with how well the trip was organized but also with the seamless coordination of all activities.
From the very first contact, Mahmoud ensured we received outstanding service, always providing us with useful information ahead of our journey. In addition, he arranged for a guide named George, an expert in Egyptology. What stood out the most was not only George’s vast knowledge but also the engaging way he shared it, making history come alive.

Ottima esperienza, consiglio vivamente
Ottima coordinazione del nostro viaggio. Abbiamo fatto la crociera di 4 giorni 3 notti sul Nilo con trasferimenti da / per Il Cairo. Dal momento in cui siamo stati prelevati al nostro hotel al Cairo, per essere tornati al nostro hotel al Cairo, il viaggio è andato nel complesso abbastanza liscio. La nostra guida era grande - molto ben informato (era un egittologo) e molto disponibile.
Hanno anche risolto un problema che avevo con alcune spezie che avevo comprato, dopo essere tornato a casa! Consiglio vivamente di prenotare con questa azienda.
