4-day 3 night Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor with Ballon and Abu Simbel is FAKE!
I booked a 4-day 3 Night Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor With Balloon and Abu Simbel via Tripadvisor powered by Viator for April 9 to 12. Viator assigned Noor Egypt Tour as my activity provider. The ticket did not mention the cruise ship's name and where it docks. I tried several times by email via Viator to ask Noor Egypt Tour to confirm the pick up time at Aswan International Airport. I never received a single response. When I arrived at Aswan airport, I did not see agent from Noor Egypt Tour who were supposed to pick me up. I made calls to Noor Egypt Tour at +201000020863 from my ticket. Nobody answered my phone calls. I waited at the airport for more than two hours. Finally I hired a taxi at the airport to the Aswan Police Station. The police officers and Capitan investigated my situation and concluded that no body worked at Noor Egypt Tour. Noor Egypt Tour did not work with Viator at the moment. At the police station, the Capitan helped me to book another Nile cruise which I had to pay additional $1170. I filed a dispute to my credit card to ask refund immediately after I returned home from the trip. A month late, Viator denied my request without the explanation of the Noor Egypt Tour service. I then followed up call Viator customer service, who referred me to contact Viator's email at CSEU@viator.com. I got an email reply from Viator saying that a chargeback had been submitted to their Chargeback team, who would be in touch with my credit card. Right now, almost one more month has been passed, I still see my credit card charge of $920. I believe I was coaxed.

Excellent decision
Our guide Hady was very professional and attentive. While he was explaining something he always allowed me some time to translate into Spanish for my nephew. The cruise itself was comfortable and the schedule of the excursions was well planned.

Overall great experience
Traveling with friends we booked this imperial Egypt cruise trip which is an amazing experience in our journey. Hady is the guide for four days, his lucid explanation of Egyptian history and attractions are inspiring and helpful.

Un grande tour che non potete perdere
Il mio tour con Imperial Egypt ha superato le aspettative. La stanza era pulita e ordinata, e il cibo era semplicemente fantastico. I luoghi che abbiamo visitato erano tutti straordinari - templi magnifici e scene bellissime. La nostra guida turistica, il signor Hady, è molto amichevole e competente. La prossima volta porterò la mia famiglia in questo tour.

More than memorable
We had a wonderful experience on our Nile cruise, and a big part of that was thanks to our excellent guide Hady. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and always made sure that everything ran smoothly throughout the trip. Lovely cruise. We really enjoyed the ancient Egyptian historical sites and stories.

Amazing nile cruise
We had an amazing time on the Nile cruise and it exceeded our expectations! Our guide Talaat was amazing and was so knowledgeable on all of the history around the sites. He was very thoughtful and planned our visits so that we would avoid as much of the intense heat as possible during these summer months. The cruise itself was well maintained and the buffet kept the menu new for both lunch and dinner everyday. This was one of my favourite parts about visiting Egypt and I would recommend it to everyone! P.S. this is very much an adventure excursion with very early mornings and packed itineraries. It would not be the best suited for people who want to relax/have lots of down time.

Mi sono divertito molto....
Mi sono divertito molto. Vedere i siti archeologici dell'Antico Egitto è stato indescrivibile, la nostra guida è stata anche molto gentile. Ho imparato molto sull'Egitto. La crociera è rimasta ancorata ad Assuan per due giorni e la crociera è durata solo un giorno fino a Luxor. La maggior parte delle attività erano a terra da Assuan o Luxor. Sfortunatamente, la compagnia che gestisce la crociera non era molto buona. Ho avuto un problema con la presa nella mia cabina dove si trovava il mini frigorifero. Ho spiegato che avevo bisogno del frigorifero per conservare la mia insulina. Ho passato due giorni a lamentarmi e a richiedere che la situazione venisse risolta, ma non è stato così. Ho chiesto di cambiare cabina e mi è stato detto che ce n'era un'altra disponibile. Hanno cambiato il frigorifero 3 volte per poi scoprire che era la presa e non potevano fare nulla. Ho dovuto chiedere di collegare il mini frigorifero in un altro posto nella cabina, altrimenti avrebbero pensato a una soluzione. Mi sono sentito molto deluso. Ho pagato molto per la cabina poiché viaggiavo da solo.
