Excellent Organization and Great Service by Exodus Travel
The days we spent in Egypt were full of visits and activities, yet everything was very well organized. Mohamed Basuni was the group supervisor, and he followed our movements and schedule closely and helped resolve any issues that came up during the trip.
We also really appreciated that Exodus Travel provided us with free internet throughout the tours, as well as water and snacks. This was very useful, especially while traveling between different places.

Great day in Alex with Mohammed
Mohammed was the best! He was so knowledgeable and clearly loves teaching others. The trip was well planned and showcased Alexandria well for the few hours we had. The bus to and from Alex was also comfortable and convenient. If you want to take day trip from Cairo then this is perfect!

Great trip with friends, but a very long day
Went on this day trip to Alexandria with a group of friends. It’s a pretty long drive from Cairo, but it was worth it to see the coast, the Catacombs, and the Library. The guide did a good job, and the pickup went smoothly. It’s a very packed and tiring day, so it's a solid 4 stars from us across the board. Good value if you want to see Alexandria quickly in one day.

Excursion d'une journée à Alexandrie depuis Gizeh (voiture, chauffeur et audioguide), réservation d'un guide anglophone plus tard.
J'avais réservé une excursion d'une journée pour le 31 août 2026 de Gizeh à Alexandrie (uniquement voiture et chauffeur avec audioguide). J'étais inquiet et je ne savais pas à quoi m'attendre. Dès que j'ai terminé ma réservation, le voyagiste a recommandé d'avoir un guide touristique, ce qui est bénéfique, et j'ai décidé de réserver un guide anglophone.
J'ai été soulagé lorsque nous avons été contactés la veille avec les détails du chauffeur, etc. La voiture (grand véhicule de 12 places) avec chauffeur est venue nous chercher à notre hôtel.
Notre guide a rencontré notre groupe à Alexandrie et nous a fait visiter. Malheureusement, je ne me souviens pas de son nom, mais il était excellent. Nous avons fait un merveilleux voyage. Le guide nous a emmenés dans des endroits qui ne figuraient pas sur la liste. Nous avons visité la serre du Palais Royal et c'était magnifique. Il y avait un billet d'entrée, mais cela en valait la peine.
À la fin de la visite, nous avons fini par réserver notre déjeuner par l'intermédiaire de notre guide. Le restaurant au bord de la mer était très bon, tout comme la nourriture. Nous avons également rencontré un merveilleux jeune couple de Turquie et nous avons passé un très bon moment ensemble.
Je n'avais jamais l'habitude d'écrire des avis, mais je réalise maintenant qu'il est important d'en fournir un afin que les futurs touristes soient bien informés et non appréhensifs. Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment. Je réserverais à nouveau avec eux sans hésitation. Je recommande vivement les guides touristiques.

Mohammad, our guide was wonderful. He is knowledgeable, a good communicator with a good sense of humour.
The staff at all monuments visited were helpful and courteous.

Fantastic Good Value Tour
The tour was really interesting. The highlight for us was Salama our guide, who was personable and gave us lots of information, he clearly had a fantastic knowledge of his city and current and ancient history.
The communication before our tour was excellent, so we knew exactly where to meet (easy) and even what Salama looked like (useful because it was very busy with lots of tour guides and drivers in the area).
Great tour overall for the price.

Le chauffeur était gentil et aimable.
Mais le guide n'était pas bon. Il semblait dire des choses agréables mais ne prêtait aucune attention aux touristes. Il ne s'est même pas soucié de savoir si nous avions des allergies alimentaires pour le déjeuner.
