Sara (guide) and Ahmed (driver) were the 2 most friendly people I met during my entire trip to Egypt. They accepted a last minute request to see the bazaar. They picked me up right on time, Sara told me a lot of information about the history of the bazaar, took me to mosques and shops. She bought me a milk and vanilla drink and gave me a bracelet. What a great time. Thank you both!

Book this tour!!! My best friend and I booked this super last minute and I couldn’t be more happy that we did. Mohamed and Moaz were the best tour guides! They made sure we were safe as well as providing information around different locations. Overall I highly recommend this experience and it was one of the highlights of my trip!

A fantastic evening taking in the sights, smells and feel of Cairo. Our driver dropped us right in the heart of it so we could start the walking tour immediately through the old gates. Moaz, our guide, took us through Al Muizz street and the Khan el Khalili market area and took great care of us. He showed us the Mosques and explained their roles in the town before heading into the markets. He made it clear that it was our tour and we could follow up on anything that interested us, making sure to get us the proper prices for food and souvenirs, showing us different places before we chose where to stop for a drink (and food if wanted). He even made a point to take photos for us so we could remember the evening. He was an excellent guide, we would recommend! A brilliant solution for any tourist that isn't used to this kind of market, appreciates a friendly face leading the way, or would like to hear the history whilst walking through.

Moaz was great! He took us to several different spots for some great pictures and took us to the beautiful Al-Azhar Mosque. He also took us to this really fun restaurant where they were singing and dancing so we were able to enjoy before heading to the market! I highly recommend taking a guide for the market so you know you have a local helping you with prices and making sure you aren't getting hassled. Definitely recommend Moaz!!

Alles war perfekt! Eigentlich habe ich um 16.00 Uhr gebucht und wurde informiert, dass es am Abend viel schöner ist. Sie haben dann den Zeitpunkt angepasst und ich wurde vom Fahrer Achmed und Guide Moaz vor dem Hotel abgeholt. Ich habe viele wertvolle Informationen über Kultur, Lebensweise, Bauwerke und Geschichte von Moaz erhalten. Der Besuch des Marktes war ein Highlight in meiner Ägypten Reise dank der ausgezeichneten Betreuung von Moaz und der sicheren Fahrtweise von Achmed. Shukran!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Moaz and Mohamed from Heaven Tours. I booked this tour the same day, completely on the spur of the moment, because I knew I could not visit Cairo without seeing Khan el-Khalili Bazaar — especially at night. My sisters decided not to go, but I still really wanted to experience it, and I am so glad I did. Mohamed made sure to confirm with me several hours before the tour started, which I really appreciated. He and Moaz picked me up on time, and from the very beginning, they were respectful, polite, professional, and welcoming. As we drove through Old Cairo, Mohamed shared so many interesting facts about the city, which immediately set the tone for the evening and made the experience feel more meaningful. Our first stop was Al-Hakim Mosque, and I was lucky enough to be there during the call to prayer. It was such a beautiful and memorable moment. After that, we strolled along Al-Muizz Li-Din Allah Al-Fatimi Street while enjoying Luqaimat, which they kindly purchased for me as a welcome gift. The street was full of life, color, and energy, with different shows happening around us. They gave me the option to stop and watch, but I decided to keep exploring. Moaz and Mohamed were also amazing about helping me take photos. Not only did I get to take plenty of pictures, but they also took lots of great photos of me, which meant a lot since I was traveling solo that evening. Khan el-Khalili Bazaar was exactly what I hoped it would be — fun, lively, loud, colorful, and full of personality. I even got to haggle, which was part of the fun. The prices were very affordable, and there was such a wide variety of trinkets, souvenirs, and tourist merchandise. If you are looking to pick up gifts, the Bazaar is definitely the place to do it. To make the night even better, they also had me try sugar cane juice, which was delicious — another thoughtful treat from them. Even though I am sure they may have thought it was unusual that I was doing the tour solo, they never made me feel uncomfortable. Instead, they made sure I felt safe, looked after, and able to fully enjoy the experience. This tour ended up being the perfect way to spend the final night of my trip. Moaz and Mohamed were kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and truly made the evening special. I highly recommend Heaven Tours, especially if you want to experience Cairo at night in a safe, fun, and memorable way. Five stars!

J'ai eu une expérience absolument merveilleuse avec Moaz et Mohamed de Heaven Tours. J'ai réservé cette visite le jour même, complètement sous l'impulsion du moment, parce que je savais que je ne pouvais pas visiter Le Caire sans voir Khan el - Khalili Bazaar - surtout la nuit. Mes sœurs ont décidé de ne pas y aller, mais je voulais quand même vraiment en faire l'expérience, et j'en suis tellement contente. Mohamed s'est assuré de confirmer avec moi plusieurs heures avant le début de la tournée, ce que j'ai vraiment apprécié. Moaz et lui sont venus me chercher à temps, et dès le début, ils étaient respectueux, polis, professionnels et accueillants. Alors que nous traversions le Vieux Caire, Mohamed a partagé tant de faits intéressants sur la ville, qui ont immédiatement donné le ton à la soirée et donné plus de sens à l'expérience. Notre premier arrêt a été la mosquée Al-Hakim, et j'ai eu la chance d'être là pendant l'appel à la prière. C'était un moment tellement beau et mémorable. Après cela, nous nous sommes promenés le long de Al - Muizz Li - Din Allah Al - Fatimi Street tout en profitant de Luqaimat, qu'ils ont gentiment acheté pour moi comme cadeau de bienvenue. La rue était pleine de vie, de couleurs et d'énergie, avec différents spectacles qui se passaient autour de nous. Ils m'ont donné la possibilité de m'arrêter et de regarder, mais j'ai décidé de continuer à explorer. Moaz et Mohamed étaient aussi incroyables de m'aider à prendre des photos. Non seulement j'ai pu prendre beaucoup de photos, mais ils ont aussi pris beaucoup de superbes photos de moi, ce qui signifiait beaucoup puisque je voyageais en solo ce soir-là. Khan el - Khalili Bazaar était exactement ce que j'espérais qu'il serait - amusant, vivant, bruyant, coloré et plein de personnalité. J'ai même pu marchander, ce qui faisait partie du plaisir. Les prix étaient très abordables, et il y avait une grande variété de bibelots, de souvenirs et de marchandises touristiques. Si vous cherchez à obtenir des cadeaux, le Bazar est certainement l'endroit où le faire. Pour rendre la nuit encore meilleure, ils m’ont aussi fait goûter au jus de canne à sucre, qui était délicieux — un autre régal bien pensé de leur part. Même si je suis sûr qu'ils ont pu trouver inhabituel que je fasse la tournée en solo, ils ne m'ont jamais mis mal à l'aise. Au lieu de cela, ils se sont assurés que je me sentais en sécurité, soigné et capable de profiter pleinement de l'expérience. Cette visite a fini par être le moyen idéal pour passer la dernière nuit de mon voyage. Moaz et Mohamed étaient gentils, bien informés, attentifs, et ont vraiment rendu la soirée spéciale. Je recommande vivement Heaven Tours, surtout si vous voulez vivre Le Caire la nuit d'une manière sûre, amusante et mémorable. Cinq étoiles !
